Abstract

The development of Biology worksheet oriented by active learning with Mind Mapping strategies on the material structure and function of plant tissues in class XI SMA objectives describe the feasibility of theoretical and empirical the Biology worksheet were oriented by Active Learning with Mind mapping strategies in the subject matter on the structure and function of tissues plants from the aspects of the presentation by structure, content and language. This type of research is the development of research. The result showed that developed biology worksheet was very good category with validation value from LKS 1, LKS 2, LKS 3, LKS 4 was 91.4%, 92.4%, 95.6%, 95.6% Keywords: Active Learning, Mind Mapping strategy, structure and function of the tissues of plants

Abstract

One of learning strategies which can be done by teacher to surmount imbalance of right and left brain activity is using of learning strategy of student question. This research was conducted to describe effectiveness of “student question” learning strategy to the student’s learning outcome. This research was conducted in three steps: preparing, implemantation, and analysis step. The research result showed that percentage of student which get value of learning outcome with predicate mastery about 80% and not mastery about 20%. Abstract

Circulating of the teaching material of ecosystem has not met the seven pillars of contextual teaching and learning (CTL), whereas the material is a material related to daily life. The porpouse of this research is to produce biology tecahing material based on CTL on ecosystem and to describe the theoritical reasonably of biology teaching material based on CTL. This research is development research reference to the development of 4D models with the steps are Define, Design, and Develop without Desseminate step. The target of this teaching material of ecosystem based CTL. This research showed that the teaching material developed was declared very decent with the review by 91,69%. Abstract

The objective this research are produces interactive slide with a viable approach to learning styles is used as an alternative learning resources, to describe the feasibility of interactive slide learning styles approach as an alternative learning resources, to describe the response of students to the interactive slides with style approach to learning, and to describe students behavior during trial of interactive slides with learning style approach. This type of research is performed with six development stages, among others, 1) analysis of student characteristics, 2) formulate learning objectives, 3) determine the types of learning resources and materials used, 4) organize an interactive slide diversity of living things, 5) study of the members, and 6) the trial limited. Alternative Learning Resources Form of Interactive Slide with Approach of Learning Styles on Diversity of Living Matter declared fit for use as an alternative learning resource by the percentage feasibility criteria in terms of content and format of learning resources as large as 92.08%, and get a very good response from students, as an alternative learning resource with big percentage of revenue 97.5%. Abstract

The objective of this research were to develop teaching learning materials, to describe the feasibility of teaching learning materials, and to describe the response of students about teaching learning materials oriented active learning action learning strategy on ecosystem. This research was a development research of teaching learning materials using four-D models. The development of teaching learning materials result tested finitely to 15 students in MTS Al Fatich Surabaya. Parameter that measured are the feasibility of teaching learning materials, and student’s response. Data analized in quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the validation, teaching learning materials includes student worksheets and book are feasible and get percentage in series 85,09% and 85,97% with very proper criteria and get positive response from students that showed with percentage of students response to students book and student’s worksheet in series 90,3% and 86,7%. Abstract

Human respiratory system is material that related with process that happen in human. That material need higher comprehension that can be get from discussion and work together among students; therefore it is necessary to improve student activity to work together through particular strategy and student worksheet. One of active learning strategies that can improve student ability to work together is active knowledge sharing.The purpose of this research is to describe the theoretical feasibility of student worksheet which is oriented to active knowledge sharing on the human respiratory system material based on expert analysis. The research is refers to Four-D model that consists of four steps: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The result of this research showed that the theoretical feasibility of student worksheet based on expert analysis is 83, 68%. Abstract

Most teachers often use teaching method that doesn’t cause enough activity of the student. The students are not motivated and not understanding the abstract materials such as membrane transport. The purpose of this research is to produce a “make a match” student worksheet of the membrane transport material, which is feasibility to the applied in teaching learning process of the high school students. This worksheet was developed using 4-D models from Thiagarajan. The results showed that this student worksheet is included in good to excellent category. Abstract

Problem posing learning model was a learning model that assign students to made questions about the material being taught which must then be solved by students either individually or in groups. Reformulate the problem or application problem is one way to make progress in solving the problem. Learn to ask very important in the educational process. Students can not have learned before asked himself, and then answer the question. It is a reflection of the problem posing learning model. Students will got direct experience by doing activities related to the integrated botanical material. This learning model aims to achieve competency in accordance with theme integrated botany in the structure and function of plant tissue is taught. This type of research was a pre-experimental research The method used was the “One Group Pre-test – Post-test” with subjects 26 students class XI Science 1 SMAN 1 Gresik Manyar. The analysis was conducted in descriptive quantitative. Cognitive learning outcomes students, 88.47% of students have completed the classical. Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that the problem posing effective learning model applied to an integrated botanical material. Abstract

Ecosystem matter worksheet on schools, one of them is SMAN 1 Sumberrejo, Bojonegoro, have not applied inquiry activity, only contain summary and questions that only encompass explaining skills. From that, this research have purpose to detect accomplishment of inquirybased worksheet on ecosystem matter for teach skill student in critical brain. Accomplishment inquiry skill measured from obcervation 18 studens class X of SMAN 1 Sumberrejo, Bojonegoro when their aolication of LKS, and then score must analyed as discriptif. Abstract

Genetics and Protein Synthesis substance is the subject matter in the subjects of biology at the high school level who have the abstract characteristics that require creativity teacher. One effort to facilitate understanding of the material through the use of Understanding Self Evaluation Sheet (SUES) based on metacognitive. The research objective to produce SUES and describe its theoretical feasibility based on the expert. This research uses development model of Borg and Gall which consists of two step, step of a preliminary study and development. The results showed that the developed SUES get the review was 98.00%, which means SUES expressed very feasible in theory.
