Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Vendor Payment Procedure based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Finance Division at PT PKM, North Jakarta. Specifically, the study investigates the existing vendor payment procedures, identifies the challenges encountered during their implementation, and explores the solutions adopted to address these issues. Data were collected using a qualitative approach through direct observation of the vendor payment process The findings reveal several challenges in the implementation of the vendor payment procedure, including delays and incomplete submission of payment documents, the unavailability of Sub-Branch Office (Kantor Cabang Pembantu/KCP) information for newly registered vendors' banks, which complicates bank transfer transactions, and the continued use of a manual document filing system. To overcome these challenges, the company conducts regular training programs for employees at both the head office and operational units to improve their understanding of their respective job responsibilities and ensure compliance with the established SOP for vendor payment processing. These initiatives are expected to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the vendor payment process within the Finance Division.

Abstract

opname discrepancies and to evaluate the changes in stock opname results before and after the application of DMAIC in inventory control at PT XYZ warehouse. The research design used is action research with a mixed-methods approach. The research data sources consist of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, document analysis, and focus group discussions (FGD). The research results show that the main causes of stock discrepancies are operators forgetting to record materials, accumulation of materials in one address, suboptimal material recording, and limited storage area capacity. The proposed improvements include dividing operator tasks, grouping materials and limiting storage capacity in one address, real-time material recording, implementing 3S, periodic address updates, and cycle counting. The implementation of the proposed improvements was able to reduce the stock discrepancy rate from -17% to -5%, or a decrease in the stock discrepancy rate by 12 percentage points. The recommendation given is that the company needs to use consistent strapping for pipe materials, optimize real-time material recording, and continue implementing the 5S principles (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Instagram social media management strategy in increasing the number of new student enrollments at SDIT Al-Hikmah. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. The data sources consisted of primary data obtained through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data in the form of documentation related to the school's social media management. The study was conducted at SDIT Al-Hikmah in 2025. The research informants included the principal, social media administrators, and other relevant parties selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the Instagram management strategy has included content planning, content publication, audience interaction, and account performance evaluation. However, its implementation has not been optimal due to the lack of structured content planning, inconsistent posting schedules, underutilization of Instagram features, and limited human resources. These conditions have reduced the effectiveness of Instagram in reaching the public and attracting prospective students. The study concludes that social media management should be strengthened through the development of a content calendar, optimization of interactive features, improvement of visual content quality, utilization of analytics, and enhancement of two-way communication to improve the school's image, expand information reach, and sustainably increase new student enrollment.

Abstract

Multi-tier loyalty programs (MTLPs) have become a dominant strategic instrument for customer retention and value creation, yet the literature remains fragmented with limited systematic synthesis. This study aims to comprehensively review and map the research landscape of MTLPs by identifying core dimensions, antecedents, outcomes, moderating factors, and research gaps. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA 2020 protocol integrated with bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, this research systematically searched Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar for publications from 2022 to 2026. From 1,247 initial records, 29 articles met the inclusion criteria for final synthesis. The analysis reveals eight interrelated dimensions of MTLPs Tiered Structure, Differential Rewards, Customer Segmentation, Dynamic Engagement, Perceived Value & Aspirational Goals, Retention Targeting, Spending Pattern Evolution, and Aspirational Status & Psychological Ownership which are influenced by five antecedents (Consumer Behavior, Service Design, Marketing Strategy, Digital Technology, and Brand Perception) and moderated by three factors (Industry Context, Consumer Demographics, and Digital Infrastructure). Five primary outcomes were identified: Customer Retention, Customer Lifetime Value, Brand Loyalty, Share of Wallet, and Word-of-Mouth & Advocacy. Bibliometric mapping uncovers six critical research gaps: limited longitudinal studies, insufficient psychological mechanism understanding, unexplored AI/ML integration, lack of evidence-based tier structure optimization, minimal cross-cultural analysis, and under-researched unintended consequences including loyalty fatigue and privacy concerns. This study contributes an integrated conceptual framework connecting MTLPs dimensions with their antecedents, moderators, and outcomes, offering both theoretical enrichment for academic discourse and evidence-based practical guidelines for program designers across industries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the Marketing Mix Strategy on students' decisions to choose the PLJ Kampus Tangerang Selatan. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of 92 active students from PLJ Kampus Tangerang Selatan (Levels I, II, and III) who enrolled during the 2023/2024, 2024/2025, and 2025/2026 academic years. The sample size for this study is 75 active students. Simple linear regression analysis yielded the equation Y = 3.238 + 0.132X, indicating that in the absence of a marketing mix strategy, the purchasing decision value is 3.238. Hypothesis testing results demonstrate the significance of the marketing mix strategy regarding the purchasing decision, with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05 (leading to the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha) and a calculated t-value of 12.648 exceeding the t-table value of 1.993. This implies that the Marketing Mix Strategy has a positive and significant influence on the Purchasing Decision. The Coefficient of Determination (R-Square) is 0.687, indicating that the Marketing Mix Strategy (X) explains 68.7% of the Purchasing Decision (Y), while the remaining 31.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The packaged drinking water industry in Indonesia faces increasingly intense competition, and PT XYZ, a demineralized water producer, has repeatedly failed to meet its sales volume targets during the 2024–2026 period, with shortfalls reaching 37.48%. This issue motivated a study on the influence of product quality and price on sales volume, grounded in the theoretical frameworks of product quality by Kotler and Keller (2022), pricing by Tjiptono and Chandra (2021), and sales volume by Swastha (2022). A quantitative approach was applied using total sampling involving 70 consumers as respondents. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and company documentation, then tested for validity and reliability before being analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination via SPSS 27. The findings reveal that product quality (β = 0.631) and price (β = 0.498) each have a positive and significant effect on sales volume, both partially and simultaneously (F = 135.226; sig. 0.000), with an Adjusted R² of 79.6%. The study concludes that enhancing product quality alongside implementing competitive pricing is a key strategy for sustainably increasing sales volume of demineralized water.
