Abstract

The parents role in educating children since Infancy in the family. The child is a boon and mandate entrusted by God to His servant who will be asked for the responsibility in the Hereafter. The obligation as a parent is to provide education to children starting from an early age. The development of early childhood is strongly bound by the environment and the family. This paper aims to describe the role of parents to introduce their children to learn, read and write the Al-Qur'an. As one of the most important education that must be given to early childhood as part of the Muslim community. Al-Qur'an as the holy book of Muslims acts as a source of law, the basis of knowledge and as a benchmark in the formation of early childhood behavior. The Qur'ani religious and personal character are needed in forming a civilized nation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by collecting and analyzing primary data sources from books, articles and research results that have been conducted by previous researchers. The data analyzed is relevant to research the role of parents to introduce their children to learn, read and write the Al-Qur'an The findings from several references illustrate how the implementation of learning to read and write Al-Qur'an for early childhood from parents.

Abstract

Peranan agama sangat penting dalam suatu kehidupan manusia di muka bumi ini atau didunia, untuk mencapai kebahagian didunia dan menuju kebahagian diakhirat kelak. ketidakseimbangan dalam aspek sosial, ekonomi, politik, pendidikan, dan kesehatan di dalam masyarakat. Hal itu menyebabkan banyaknya peranan agama dalam upaya penyeimbangan beberapa aspek terutama kesehatan di masyarakat, karena para ilmuan tidak menemukan kesulitan dalam menghubungkan antara ilmu pendidikan kesehatan dan agama, sebab dengan adanya Al-Qur`an para ilmuan menganggap bahwa poros utama ilmu pengetahuan modern tidak sedikit yang diwariskan oleh islam.Dengan semangat yang tinggi terhadap sains modern di imbangi dengan nilai-nilai tauhid yang kokoh, menghantarkan umat islam memegang superioritas kebijaksanaan keberhasilan di dalam berbagai bidang.

Abstract

Hedonism is a view of life that seeks pleasure to achieve happiness, often with a focus on material goods and benefits. However, Islam rejects hedonism, especially in terms of wasteful and miserly behavior that is contrary to the Islamic concept of simplicity. This research uses descriptive qualitative and content analysis methods with data from journal articles related to the culture of hedonism and consumption in online shopping and Islamic economics. The results show that this culture can have a negative impact on society from an Islamic economic perspective. However, there are also positive impacts, such as increased welfare and economic growth. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the negative impacts and maximize the positive impacts, especially in raising public awareness about wise and ethical shopping in Islamic economics.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keistimewaan anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam Islam.Beberapa isi dari artikel ini,kami mengambil sumbernya dari alqur’an dan hadist.alasan kami mengambil judul artikel ini,karena kami dan orang-orang yang ada di luar sana masih banyak yang belum paham mengenai apa saja keistimewaan anak berkebutuhan khusus.anak berkebutuhan khusus masih sering disepelekan oleh orang lain.Mereka berhak dihargai dan berhak hidup mandiri, mereka berhak bahagia dan berhak berprestasi serta membahagiakan orang tuanya. Untuk itu, bagi orang tua dianjurkan untuk memenuhi hak-hak ABK dalam segala aspek kehidupan, seperti bersosialisasi, belajar, sekolah, bermain, mengaji dan berkegiatan lain yang bertujuan memperkenalkan anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kehidupan di luar rumah. Manusia dengan segala kurang dan lebihnya akan selalu membutuhkan orang lain untuk dapat menjalani hidup dengan lebih baik Dari anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan segala keistimewaannya.Semoga dengan adanya artikel ini,bisa membantu kalian untuk lebih memahami keistimewaan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam islam

Abstract

Advances in information technology have had a big impact in the field of e- commerce, namely the buying and selling process carried out online. The concept of Qardh is a transaction that has binding legal consequences for the lender after the loan recipient accepts it. Shopee, as one of the most popular and popular online shopping platforms, especially in Indonesia, has implemented the Qardh contract in one of its payment options, namely Shopee Pay Later. Through this method, Shopee users have the opportunity to pay in interest-free installments. This method gives access to users who already have an online shop on Shopee to provide instant loans to buyers. Transactions via e-commerce or marketplaces like this are permitted as long as they meet the basic principles of muamalah and meet the requirements, as long as they do not violate sharia law or conflict with the texts (dalil). Technological advances in trading are a form of electronic trading.

Abstract

Business management in the contemporary era is often faced with a variety of complex ethical and moral challenges. In an effort to maintain a balance between achieving financial profits and conducting business with the principles of justice, ethics and social responsibility, Islamic management principles have received increasing attention. The aim of this article is to investigate how Islamic management principles are applied in a modern business context. The main principles of Islamic management, such as justice (just), ethics (akhlaq), and social responsibility (ihsan), will be explained in detail and analyzed in relation to modern business practices. The concept of justice in the Islamic management framework includes fair treatment of all stakeholders, including employees, customers and shareholders. Emphasis is also placed on implementing strong ethics to ensure integrity in all aspects of the business. Apart from that, social responsibility refers to the concept of ihsan, namely doing good to society and the environment. Thus, this article will illustrate the importance of applying Islamic management principles in modern business as a valuable model for overcoming the ethical dilemmas faced by companies today. In conclusion, Islamic management not only creates long-term, sustainable business success, but also integrates moral and ethical values in business practices, helping to create a better business world overall

Abstract

Islam membolehkan transaksi jual beli karena merupakan kebutuhan penting dalam masyarakat. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, peraturan yang kuat harus dijaga untuk memastikan transaksi yang adil. Transaksi jual beli tidak dapat dianggap sempurna tanpa pemilikan barang oleh pihak yang terlibat dalam perjanjian. Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah memicu perkembangan bisnis yang tidak mensyaratkan penjual untuk memiliki barang fisik, yang dikenal sebagai dropshipping. Pendekatan studi literatur pustaka dan metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik jual beli dropshipping memenuhi prinsip-prinsip jual beli Islam dalam hal akad, namun ada dua pandangan terkait kepemilikan barang, yang satu membolehkannya dengan syarat penjual mendapatkan izin dari pemilik barang, sementara yang lain melarangnya jika barang belum berpindah ke tangan penjual. Selain itu, dalam proses dropshipping, penipuan dan kecurangan dilarang, dan penjual harus memberikan informasi yang jelas tentang barang dan harga kepada konsumen serta menangani keluhan konsumen dengan baik.

Abstract

Investasi berbasis syariah semakin diminati oleh masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia. Salah satu platform investasi yang menyediakan produk investasi syariah adalah aplikasi Bibit. Aplikasi Bibit menyediakan lebih dari 30 produk reksa dana syariah yang terbagi ke dalam reksa dana pasar uang, reksa dana obligasi, dan reksa dana saham yang masuk dalam Daftar Efek Syariah (DES). Alokasi aset reksa dana syariah ditempatkan pada produk berbasis syariah, seperti sukuk, pasar uang, dan saham yang ada di DES. Reksa dana syariah juga dikelola oleh Manajer Investasi (MI) dan bank kustodian. Fitur Bibit Syariah di aplikasi Bibit berfungsi agar aplikasi Bibit hanya menampilkan reksa dana dan Surat Berharga Negara (SBN) syariah. Reksa dana dan SBN non-syariah akan di-hide jika fitur Bibit Syariah diaktifkan. Kebijakan investasi reksa dana syariah yakni hanya berinvestasi pada perusahaan dengan kategori halal, dan memenuhi rasio keuangan tertentu.

Abstract

Today's technological developments have advanced very rapidly which cannot be separated from everyday life, the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and the presence of financial technology, one of which is E-Wallet. However, is E-Wallet in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Law? As we know, the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. In this research, the Islamic perspective on E-Wallet will be discussed. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a library study method. The results of this research state that the use of e-wallets in Islam is considered halal, by always ensuring that e-wallet transactions comply with sharia principles, such as avoiding usury, ensuring there are no transactions with haram objects, and maintaining compliance with the basic principles of Islam. This is based on regulations from Bank Indonesia and DSN-MUI fatwa no. 116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017.
