Abstract

Perkembangan zaman telah membuat teknologi semakin maju. Dan hal itu memberikan dampak besar terhadap perubahan bisnis. Yakni mulai dari cara beriklan, cara jual beli, cara berkomunikasi dengan orang, dan sebagainya. Seiring kemajuan teknologi, orang menjadi lebih mudah untuk bernegosiasi. E-commerce atau belanja online kini semakin populer di kalangan masyarakat umum. Transaksi yang awalnya dilakukan dengan cara tatap muka kini telah bisa dilakukan secara non tatap muka atau online. Karena kemudahan ini, transaksi telah banyak berubah menjadi ke arah transaksi online atau e-commerce. Dengan banyaknya aplikasi e-commerce yang ada di zaman sekarang ini telah membuat berbelanja menjadi sangat mudah dan praktia, salah satu e-commerce yang saat ini banyak diminati yaitu shopee. Aplikasi shopee adalah salah satu aplikasi jual beli online yang sangat berpengaruh bagi kehidupan masyarakat apalagi sejak adanya masa pandemi covid 19. Tetapi hal ini memunculkan pertanyaan tentangapakah aplikasi tersebut telah sesuatu dengan ekonomi islam?. Nah, maka dari itu di artikel ini kami akan membahas tentang penerapan jual beli online di shopee menurut perspektif ekonomi islam.

Abstract

Manajemen adalah cabang ilmu ekonomi yang berperan penting dalam keberhasilan operasional suatu organisasi atau usaha. Penerapan manajemen bisnis bisa menaikkan efektivitas dan efisiensi sumber daya bisnis atau organisasi buat lebih mencapai tujuan atau visi usaha. Islam merupakan kepercayaan yang dianut secara umum dikuasai warga indonesia dan mewarnai setiap aspek kehidupan umatnya, baik secara kepercayaan, politik, sosial, serta ekonomi. Akibatnya, karyawan hanya sebagai objek perusahaan serta bukan peserta aktif pada pengembangan perusahaan yang diterapkannya manajemen SDM islami maka karyawan akan menjadi suatu subjek sebuah perusahaan agar bisa berperan aktif pada perkembangan perusahaan. Sistem ekonomi islam dalam melakukan pengelolaan SDM didasarkan pada keselarasan atau keseimbangan antara kebutuhan materi serta akhlak insan. Sistem ekonomi islam tidak melupakan ciri utamanya yaitu kemajuan manusia, bergantung pada derajat koordinasi dan keselarasan antara aspek moral serta material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada pentingnya untuk memahami akad jual beli dalam Islam agar dapat memakan dan memilah harta yang batil. Akad miliki posisi dan peranan yang sangat penting dalam berbagai persoalan mu’amalah. Salah satu penentu sah atau tidaknya suatu transaksi adalah akad. Dengan demikian, akad merupakan bagian yang sangat penting untuk semua orang dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif . Penelitian ini dilakuakan oleh mahasiswi di Universitas Lambung Mangkurat pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika semua syarat-syarat dan rukun terpenuhi maka akad jual beli akan sah yang berimplikasi pada adanya perpindahan kepemilikan dari penjual kepada pembeli. Sebaliknya, jika syarat dan rukun tidak terpenuhi maka akad tersebut bisa menjadi tidak sah atau batal.

Abstract

This essay will examine the place of biology in Islam from a Koranic perspective. The study of living things, such as humans, animals, and plants, is known as biology. Studying biology is regarded as a sunnah in Islam, which is the practice of doing what the Prophet Muhammad teaches and does. Biology is a branch of science that examines earthly life and living things. Islam holds that the Koran is the best source of knowledge and that it contains the solutions to all of life's questions, including those pertaining to biology. There are various verses in the Qur'an that discuss biological science. The origins of creation, diversity and classification, reproduction, zoology, and animal behavior are all topics covered in these verses. The growth of science, particularly biology, is not hampered by the Qur'an; on the contrary, it is encouraged. Humans can comprehend monotheism and how it relates to the continuity and stability of the cosmos through biology. Islam places a lot of importance on biological science. The Qur'an claims that humans were the animals' primary purpose for creation. Humans can appreciate the beauty and intricacy of Allah SWT's creation and use it in accordance with Islamic teachings by studying biology. By comprehending and protecting biodiversity, biological science also assists humans in fulfilling their position as caliphs on earth.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of business ethics in Islam and how it influences business responsibility and fosters economic blessings within the context of the Islamic faith. Business ethics in Islam emphasizes moral principles such as honesty, justice, and integrity as the fundamental basis for conducting business. Furthermore, the article explains the concept of social responsibility in Islamic business, including the obligation to benefit society. Economic blessings, in the Islamic perspective, encompass not only material wealth but also spiritual and moral well-being. By understanding and applying these principles, Muslim business practitioners can contribute to the development of a more just and sustainable society in line with their religious values. In this article, we will use the literature study method to dig deeper into the concepts of business ethics in Islam, business responsibility, and economic blessings. As a result of the literature we have reviewed, there is agreement that business ethics in Islam places great emphasis on morality in all aspects of business. Honesty, fairness and integrity are considered to be very important principles of business ethics.

Abstract

According to the Al-Qur-an, the source of the Islamic religion, art is highly valued. The Al-Qur'an helps people know Allah SWT. and directs them to see the universe in a suitable and beautiful way. By enjoying the beauty of this universe, we can prove that Allah SWT. really loves beauty, because He made this world perfect. This is proof of God's greatness that we must see and appreciate. Islamic art is an expression of the beauty of existence from an Islamic perspective on nature, life and humans. This leads to the perfect meeting of truth and beauty. Beauty is a means to achieve happiness in life because it is one of the factors that encourages the growth and strength of faith. However, Muslims often disagree regarding the laws of art in Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This article will analyze the theory of human evolution that developed in the West and the theory of human evolution explained in it Al-Quran with an exegetical approach. The method used in This writing uses qualitative methods sourced from share books related to the above problems. The theory of evolution begins became a study and event in the 6th century BC, Diwali by a philosopher Greek Anaximander, Empedocles, Lucretius, same opinion too presented by the Arab biologist Al Jahiz, the Persian philosopher Ibn Miskawaih, Ikhwan As-Shafa, and Chinese philosophy Zhuangzi. Next is the theory of evolution published by a British scientist named Charles Darwin, results His research on evolution, especially human evolution, explains that the theory of evolution did not create God but rather stands alone. This opinion gave rise to the emergence among scientists and Religion, especially Islam, is rejected because it contradicts the Koran. The aim of this research is to understand the concept of human creation in the Al-Quran and then internalize the values ​​it contains in science teaching Biology. The result of this research is the creation process humans in the Qur'an are divided into two stages, Internalization which can be applied in material evolution by using the Koran as a source science, inserting verses Al-Qur'ān regarding creation and critical study of evolutionary theory. internalization of the value of faith in the end of the day, and includes verses from the Koran regarding the stages of baby development in the womb..

The practice of fasting is one of the commendable habits for Muslims. This research aims to explore the benefits of fasting from both religious and health perspectives. The research methodology employed in this study is qualitative. The findings from the conducted research reveal that fasting not only serves the purpose of enhancing faith in God but also yields benefits in terms of both physical and mental health.

Abstract

Over 20% of the world's population are Muslims, who are people that practice the Islamic faith. Islam, in Arabic, means "submission," specifically to God. Those who submit to God are called Muslims. Muslims strengthen their faith through the regular religious duties called the Five Pillars of Islam: Shahadah, Salah, Zakat, Sawm, and Hajj. These five pillars of Islam are meant to unite believers globally in fellowship.
