Abstract

Premeditated murder or moord is a form of crime against life which is regulated in article 340 of the Criminal Code (KUHP). News of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J on July 8 2022 at the official residence of Inspector General of Police Ferdy Sambo has previously gone viral or trending topics on social media, the case of premeditated murder of Brigadier J who was killed by his own colleague, namely Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudhiang Lumiu alias Bharada E on orders from his superior, Inspector General Pol Fredy Sambo, who serves as head of the Indonesian National Police's propam division. The design in this research uses Robert N. Entman's framing approach. According to Entman, framing is the process of selecting and highlighting certain aspects of reality by the media. The media chooses certain issues to report and ignores other issues, and emphasizes certain aspects of the issues being reported. He was involved in the planned murder of Brigadier J, as well as making efforts to obstruct the investigation process. Sambo was also proven to have manipulated and engineered the case to protect himself and the other perpetrators. Motive and Behavior The motive for the murder of Brigadier J is still being debated, but strong suspicions point to Sambo's motive for revenge and disappointment towards Brigadier J. Sambo's arrogant, manipulative and authoritarian behavior is in the public spotlight. Impact and Implications.

Abstract

The study of diction and style of language in the lyrics of the song Sang Dewi by an Indonesian singer named Lyodra Ginting is the focus of this research. This topic was chosen based on the linguistic elements in the song lyrics. To identify these linguistic elements, this study employs a descriptive qualitative research method based on library sources in the form of research object data, namely the lyrics of the song Sang Dewi, which can be accessed through official digital platforms such as Spotify, and several references in the form of books accessed online and journals whose topic of discussion is similar to this research. Language elements include the style of language and diction used in the lyrics of the song Sang Dewi. The findings of this study are the concluding meanings of the diction and style of language used in the song Sang Dewi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor kompleks yang memengaruhi nilai pasar pemain sepak bola, termasuk variabel internal seperti usia, posisi di lapangan, dan jumlah pertandingan, serta faktor eksternal seperti popularitas global dan eksposur media sosial. Berdasarkan analisis literatur, usia ditemukan sebagai salah satu determinan utama, di mana pemain dalam rentang usia 21–25 tahun memiliki nilai pasar tertinggi karena potensi pengembangan dan performa optimal. Posisi pemain juga memainkan peran penting, dengan posisi menyerang seperti penyerang dan gelandang serang cenderung memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan posisi bertahan atau penjaga gawang. Selain itu, pengalaman kompetitif yang diukur melalui jumlah penampilan dalam turnamen besar seperti Liga Champions atau Piala Dunia secara signifikan meningkatkan nilai pasar seorang pemain.. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan holistik tentang dinamika pasar transfer pemain sepak bola dan menyarankan pendekatan strategis bagi manajer klub dan agen dalam memaksimalkan nilai pemain, baik dari perspektif olahraga maupun komersial.

Abstract

Assertive communication plays a key role in building positive and productive working relationships in an organization. This research aims to explore the influence of assertive communication on work effectiveness and productivity in the context of work relations in companies. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and observations in various organizations. The research results show that assertive communication, which prioritizes respect for the rights and feelings of other people while expressing opinions openly and firmly, can reduce conflict, increase cooperation, and improve the work atmosphere. Apart from that, assertive communication also contributes to reducing stress, increasing self-confidence, and clarifying expectations between team members. By implementing assertive communication techniques, such as active listening, stating expectations clearly, and providing constructive criticism, work productivity in an organization can increase significantly. This research provides recommendations for organizations to develop assertive communication skills among all members to create a more harmonious work environment and support the achievement of common goals.

Abstract

Proses pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) di MA Plus Peradaban Insani masih dilakukan secara manual, yang sering kali menimbulkan kendala seperti keterlambatan pencatatan, potensi kesalahan input, dan kurangnya transparansi data keuangan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem pembayaran SPP berbasis website dengan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak model Waterfall. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel pada sisi backend dan React.js pada sisi frontend, serta menggunakan database MySQL untuk pengelolaan data. Sistem menyediakan fitur login pengguna, pengecekan tagihan, upload bukti pembayaran, verifikasi admin, serta cetak invoice dan laporan keuangan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi yang direncanakan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pembayaran menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, dan dapat dipantau secara real-time oleh pihak sekolah dan wali murid.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Dahu Village, Pandeglang Regency, with the main objective of introducing and implementing biopore infiltration hole technology as a simple and environmentally friendly solution to address waterlogging and organic waste management. Biopores are small-diameter vertical holes dug into the ground and then filled with organic waste, such as dry leaves, vegetable scraps, or food scraps. This organic waste will naturally decompose through a decomposition process, producing compost that is useful for fertilizing the soil. Furthermore, the presence of biopore holes can improve the groundwater absorption capacity, thereby reducing the risk of waterlogging and minor flooding around residential areas. During the implementation, we as students not only provided theoretical explanations through socialization sessions but also actively participated directly in the field. Together with residents, we practiced making biopore holes, starting from the stages of preparing tools and materials, the process of drilling the soil, and filling the holes with organic waste. This practical activity was designed to help the community understand the steps for making biopores independently and utilizing them sustainably. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding and awareness of the importance of easy, affordable, and beneficial waste management. The community is beginning to realize that waste processing does not always require large costs or complicated technology. Biopore holes have been proven effective in accelerating rainwater absorption, reducing household waste volume, and improving soil fertility. Beyond the environmental impact, this activity also strengthens relationships between students and villagers through the collaboration established during the biopore construction process. Thus, this program is expected to be the first step towards a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable village.

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have long been recognized as a vital driver of economic growth, particularly in rural areas where access to large-scale industries is limited. In Dahu Village, the community relies on local products such as melinjo as one of the main sources of livelihood. However, despite the potential of melinjo-based products, business development has been constrained by limited innovation, low product diversification, and weak marketing strategies. These challenges hinder the competitiveness of local SMEs in wider markets, especially in appealing to younger consumers who often prefer modern and innovative products. To address these challenges, the 2025 Student Work Study Program (KKM) conducted by the University of Bina Bangsa implemented a community empowerment project aimed at enhancing the capacity of SMEs in the melinjo sector. The program introduced the development of an innovative product, namely chocolate-flavored keceprek, a melinjo-based snack with a unique taste and higher market value. The initiative not only focused on product innovation but also provided comprehensive support in production techniques, hygienic and attractive packaging, logo and banner design, as well as digital marketing strategies tailored to rural entrepreneurs. The results of the activity highlight that even a relatively simple innovation can significantly increase product appeal, improve branding, and create new market opportunities. Early feedback indicated that chocolate-flavored keceprek products successfully attracted interest from younger consumers, demonstrating the importance of innovation in maintaining the relevance of traditional products. Furthermore, the project functioned as a collaborative platform where students and local communities worked together in applying entrepreneurial concepts to local potential. This synergy not only contributed to improving the competitiveness of SMEs in Dahu Village but also encouraged sustainable economic development in rural areas through innovation, creativity, and digital-based marketing.
