Abstract

This research examines the representation of patriarchal culture patriarchy in the movie Sehidup Semati and the audience's response to the theme through Twitter reviews. Patriarchal culture, which prioritizes dominance of men over women, is often reproduced in popular media, including movies, especially in Indonesia, which has traditional norms. popular media, including movies, especially in Indonesia which has strong traditional and religious norms. A qualitative approach was used in this study by analyzing the tweets using thematic coding and discourse analysis methods to identify key themes such as gender stereotypes, power relations and critiques of patriarchy, The results show that the movie Sehidup Semati represents patriarchy through the portrayal of subordinate women, especially in unequal household relations. The female character, Renata, is portrayed as surviving in a violent relationship, reflecting the pressure of patriarchal social norms. However, symbolic elements such as the voice and shadow of the in her husband's workspace become an implicit critique of gender inequality. gender injustice. Audience reviews expressed mixed views, both criticism of gender bias and appreciation for the movie's courage to raise sensitive issues. This research concludes that popular media can play a dual role as a reproduction of patriarchal norms and a tool for social change.

Abstract

The presence of the village library aims to improve the quality of life of the community through access to information, science and increase learning opportunities. Village libraries provide a variety of information as well as education and training programs to improve the quality of life of the community. However, public awareness of the importance of libraries is still very low, which has an impact on public interest in libraries. The development of village libraries really needs to be done with the right strategy. This study discusses the development strategy of the Smart Library in Beji Village, Junrejo District, Batu City in increasing people's interest in literacy. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection is carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model which consists of data reduction,data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the library development strategy implemented by the Beji Village Smart Library in increasing people's interest in literacy is carried out through several service programs such as mobile village libraries (Pusdesling), literacy programs such as Perpusdes greeting schools, classes for mothers and toddlers, schools for the resilient elderly, teenagers ready to fight drugs and mothers to work. The supporting factors for the activity are cooperation and support from various parties, while the factors that hinder it are budget limitations and low awareness and interest from the community about the importance of the village library.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan adalah layanan dasar yang harus diberikan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mendukung pembangunan. Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan berperan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, sehingga penerapan kebijakan pelayanan di fakultas ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Implementasi kebijakan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan aksesibilitas layanan, serta pengembangan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman terhadap kebijakan, kekurangan SDM berkualitas, dan dukungan manajerial menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan solusi dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut agar kebijakan pelayanan di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan secara efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang berhasil mengimplementasikan kebijakan kualitas layanan dengan fokus pada keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi kepemimpinan, sarana prasarana, dan SDM kompeten. Namun, tantangan komunikasi dan sosialisasi prosedur layanan perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan administrasi.       Abstract Health services are basic services that must be provided by the government to improve the quality of human resources and support development. The Faculty of Health Sciences plays an important role in providing health services to the community, so the implementation of service policies in this faculty is expected to improve the quality of services. The implementation of appropriate policies can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of services, as well as the development of health workers' competencies. However, challenges such as lack of understanding of policies, lack of qualified human resources, and managerial support are obstacles. This research aims to find solutions in overcoming these challenges so that service policies in the Faculty of Health Sciences can effectively improve the quality of health services. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that the Faculty of Health Sciences, Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University Malang has successfully implemented a service quality policy with a focus on reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The main supporting factors include leadership, infrastructure, and competent human resources. However, the challenges of communication and socialization of service procedures need to be overcome to improve the efficiency of administrative services.

Abstract

The title of this research is Analysis of Accountability of Regional Financial Management in Batu City Inspectorate. This study's goal is to ascertain Batu City Inspectorate's regional financial management's responsiveness. Accountability is essential to ensure that regional financial management runs effectively, openly, and in accordance with laws and regulations. This research uses a qualitative methodology, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Batu City Inspectorate has implemented fairly good regional financial management procedures. However, there are still obstacles in the form of suboptimal use of technology in financial reporting and lack of knowledge about process devices. While the internal control system has been functioning effectively, we still need staff training and transparency in the reporting process to enhance regional financial accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of the apparatus in improving public services in Mulyoagung Village, Dau District, Malang Regency, and to identify factors that influence the quality of public services. The approach used in this study is a qualitative case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants selected by purposive sampling, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, and the community. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive analysis model that includes collection, condensation, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the performance of the Mulyoagung Village apparatus in improving public services is excellent, with increased transparency, community participation, and utilisation of technology. However, the challenges faced are limited human resources and infrastructure that need to be improved. The main supporting factor is the commitment of the village government, while the main obstacles are a lack of training for village officials and low public awareness, which hinders active participation in the service process. This study provides a practical contribution to improving public services at the village level by increasing the capacity of the apparatus and community participation
