Abstract

Faculty of Medicine (FM UII) is part of the Association of Indonesian Medical Education Institutions (AIPKI) Region IV. FM UII through the online course program opens elective block courses by implementing an e-learning system. The aim of this research is to investigate the factors that influence the adoption of e-learning in medical education elective programs. The method used in this study uses the Human, Organization and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) framework where the aspects studied include aspects of users, organizations, and technology to provide more benefits in implementing e-learning. Data analysis was performed by regression. A total of 124 respondents were used in this study. Hypothesis testing showed that there were 11 accepted hypotheses and 6 rejected hypotheses. From this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the e-learning system in general has provided benefits to its users. But on the other hand, the implementation of e-learning still needs to be improved to be able to achieve more benefits for students by paying attention to aspects of user satisfaction (human), adequate organizational and technological support. This research can provide recommendations for models of implementing online learning that are in accordance with the characteristics of institutions, especially in medical education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research was to improve table tennis candy skills through the use of the interval training method in students of class XI IPA 4 semester 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2021/ 2022. This research is a type of classroom action research, with research subjects being students of class XI IPA 4 semester 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2014/2015. The source of the data came from observations of table tennis training activities through the interval training method. Data collection techniques used observation methods, test formats, questionnaires and point documentation. Data analysis techniques used cycle points consisting of two cycles with steps including planning, evaluation and reflection. Performance indicators include the results of the table tennis skill test using the backboard test and students' interest or motivation in participating in the training program using the interval method. The results showed that the interval training method in the game of table tennis carried out by the researcher showed the results of cycle 1: students' skills were in the moderate category 11 students, 14 students were lacking and 7 students were not very low. Cycle 2 results: showed student skills in the security guard category 13 students, category good 11 students and very good category 8 students. Getting to the point of increasing students' skills in playing table tennis based on class XI IPA 4 semester 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sukorejo in the 2021/ 2022. academic year, this is evident from the results of research conducted in two cycles, namely the results of hitting students right on target that have been determined have increased from the test results cycle I with the results of the test cycle II.

Abstract

Abstract: Micro teaching serves as an initial stage in shaping teaching competence for aspiring educators, with its main focus being the refinement of teaching skills through an approach based on each indicator of teaching skills. This research addressed the role of Micro Teaching in developing teaching skills for prospective teachers.  Micro teaching is expected to address deficiencies in the Education program and aid prospective educators in comprehensively mastering the components of teaching skills. However, this study indicated that teaching skills are not solely determined by Micro Teaching, but are more dominantly influenced by teaching experience and direct teaching practice. That study involved students from various disciplines, with 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research findings reveal that there is no significant correlation between the Micro Teaching course and teaching skills. These results suggest that Micro teaching is not the sole determinant. This study is also consistent with other findings that emphasize the significant impact of Education, Training, and teaching experience on the enhancement of teaching skills.Keyword:Micro Teaching, Teaching Skills, Teaching Practice

Abstract

Education is an important aspect that needs to be improved to face the increasingly complex and challenging developments of the 21st century. The goal of Indonesia's national education in the 21st century is to develop high-quality human resources. One of the qualities that humans must possess is the ability of self-regulated learning. This ability can be developed through education, one of which is through English language learning, especially reading skills. To improve reading and self-regulated learning abilities, this research used e-module as a learning medium. The e-module was developed by the researcher while paying attention to the aspects of reading and self-regulated learning. This quasi-experimental study aimed to determine whether the use of e-module can improve reading and self-regulated learning abilities. The study population consisted of 339 students, while the sample was 68 students from experimental and control classes at SMPN 29 Bandung. Data collection was carried out using a multiple-choice test instrument with 22 items to analyze the reading aspect, and a questionnaire with 30 items to collect data on the self-regulated learning aspect. The results showed a significant improvement in reading and self-regulated learning abilities after using the e-module. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of e-module can significantly improve reading and self-regulated learning abilities. Therefore, e-module can be an alternative learning medium that can be utilized by teachers or schools to improve reading and self-regulated learning abilities of students. A recommendation for future research is to expand the sample size and conduct research using different methods to ensure the effectiveness of the e-module as a learning medium.Pendidikan merupakan hal penting yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk menghadapi perkembangan abad 21 yang semakin kompleks dan menantang. Tujuan pendidikan nasional abad 21 Indonesia adalah untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Salah satu kualitas manusia yang harus dimiliki adalah kemampuan self-regulated learning. Kemampuan tersebut dapat dikembangkan melalui pendidikan, salah satunya adalah melalui pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, khususnya kemampuan reading. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan reading dan self-regulated learning, penelitian ini menggunakan media pembelajaran e-modul. E-modul dikembangkan oleh peneliti sendiri dengan memperhatikan aspek reading dan self-regulated learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui quasi eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan e-modul dapat meningkatkan kemampuan reading dan self-regulated learning. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 339, sedangkan sampelnya 68 siswa dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol di SMPN 29 Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes berupa pilihan ganda dengan 22 butir soal untuk menganalisis aspek reading dan angket dengan 30 butir penyataan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang aspek self-regulated learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan reading dan self-regulated learning setelah menggunakan e-modul. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan e-modul dapat meningkatkan kemampuan reading dan self-regulated learning secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, e-modul dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru atau sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan reading dan self-regulated learning bagi siswa. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah memperluas jumlah sampel dan melakukan penelitian dengan metode yang berbeda untuk memastikan efektivitas dari e-modul sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of technology in this era is growing rapidly. This has had a major impact on several sectors in Indonesia, be it the education, economic, political, health, social or cultural sectors. This development makes the process of finding information easier, one of which is in the education sector. This technological development has made the education sector more diverse in terms of innovation, this can be seen from the learning process which is increasingly innovative and relevant to its development. In addition, the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makariem made a new breakthrough in terms of education, one of which was Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka. Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka policy is a form of learning in higher education that is autonomous and flexible so that it can create an innovative learning culture that is not restrictive and in accordance with the needs of students. The program was created with the aim of improving students' soft skills hard skills in developing their skills. Therefore this program needs to be implemented, then the authors conduct research in terms of student perceptions, especially educational technology study programs, on their work readiness after participating in the program that was created, namely the MSIB program. From this collection of perceptions, it is hoped that the MSIB program will be able to gain new perspectives and feedback related to the programs that have been implemented. The authors collect data using a quantitative descriptive method with a questionnaire containing a number of statements with an assessment using a dichotomous scale. The questionnaire is divided into 2 parts, namely personal data and statements related to MSIB. There were 13 statements related to MSIB given to respondents relating to the level of knowledge, interest, and respondents' perceptions of the MSIB program.Keywords: Perception, Program, Work, Policy

Abstract

Saat ini merupakan era digital yang menempatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai garda terdepan. Dalam ranah pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di era saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri masih banyak guru yang melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelas secara monoton melalui media ceramah. Karena itu saat ini telah hadir media pembelajaran ICT yang memiliki peranan penting dalam inovasi pembelajaran saat ini. Artikel ini membahas tentang implementasi media ICT materi organisasi Muhammadiyah kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan, yaitu penulis menjelaskan melalui sebuah paparan deskriptif berdasarkan informasi atau data-data yang diperoleh dari lapangan serta literatur-literatur yang mendukung penelitian ini. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi media ICT materi organisasi Muhammadiyah kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah media ICT memiliki peranan yang sangat penting di antaranya yaitu sebagai alat bantu guru dalam pembelajaran, sebagai tempat dan sarana belajar siswa, serta sebagai sumber belajar. Adapun penggunaannya di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin ialah melalui beberapa langkah, antara lain yaitu pendahuluan/kegiatan awal, kegiatan ini, dan kegiatan penutup.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dalam menggunakan Learning Management System di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang memuat makna dari para partisipan mengenai pengalaman pembelajaran. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 7 orang mahasiswa dari berbeda janjang semester dan sudah pernah menggunakan LMS sebagai sarana belajar. Adapun instrumen penelitian utama dari peneilitian fenomenologi adalah wawancara dan didukung oleh focus group discussion dan dokumen. Data wawancara dan diskusi fokus grup dianalisa memakai within-case and cross-case displays and analyses dari Miles dan Huberman (1994). Temuan dari penelitian ini meliputi 2 tema yaitu competitiveness vs unmotivated dan flexibility.
