Abstract

The objective of the research is to explore meaning of ta’zir bi al-mal, reasoningsof ta’zir, issues concerning branches, types, nature, the principles of ta’zir bi almaland cases related to the ta’zir bi al-mal. The research is undertaken byutilizing the methodology of literature review. After examining both classicaland modern literatures, the writer finds that ta’zir is essentially speculativeoutcome of Muslim jurist that were made based on the Qur’an and Sunah. Sinceit is ijtihad, it is subject to change and non absolute. The study believes thateven though ta’zir is considered speculative, it has its own regulations andobjectives. The research also discusses the significance of the ta’zir bi al-mal(wealth discretion punishment) in order to minimize disobedience ortransgression. The same topic has been written by other researcher, such as;book, article, hand out, and other kind of research. So this research is written inorder to equip, empower and mention some items that have not ben mentionedin other researches.

Abstract

The theme of this research on the reality of an educated Arabic language in Indonesia, and their needs and aspirations, and I try of this research to monitor the most important phenomena related to the learner Indonesian, and enjoyed by the skills and potential, and aspire to the high level makes it no less important than the Arab individual in possession of the corner language, and through my personal experience as a visiting professor of Arab language and literature at the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies at the University of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic Jakarta, Indonesia for three months at the first of September to thirty of November 2016.

Abstract

Zakat as one of Islamic principles is not only asdevotion for the muzakki but it is also as investmentfor the mustahiq. As infestation zakat is an instrumentthat generates income. Al-Qur'an states certain kindsof mustahiq, which are not as passive receiver butobliged to struggle for certain values. Thus, theresponsibility of amil zakat is not confined only todistribute the zakat, but also to make it moreproductive and profitable for the mustahiq.

Abstract

The research concludes that the concept of al-taḍmīn in balāghah can provide deepmeaning to a verse of the Quran. Some examples mentioned on this paper in using latterjar, like in surah al-Baqarah/2: 76, word “Khala” connected with latter "ila", which issupposed to connect with "bi"; word “aḥsana” connected with latter “bi”, which is shouldbe connected with “ilā" (al-Qaşaş/28: 77); word “Maşā” connected with letter “fī” whichis should be connected with "alā” (al-Isra/17: 37). The paper reveals that the above usageis more appropriate, because it can describe the true meaning. The method of this paperis based on the content analyses. Referring to the classical references of Naḥw andBalāghah, and the critical reading is a privilege of this paper.

Abstract

Arabic is the language of the Prophet Muhammad saw. He has encouraged people to love, learn, and teach his language. This article aims to describe the implementation of the Prophet methodology on Arabic teaching, as well as to find out more details on the approariate methodology for learning arabic in Indonesian society particularly in Ma’had al Jami’ah for female students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.It has concluded that the prophet methodology is consists encouraging to love the Arabs and their language, acquising language environment, encouraging for exercise by teaching, reading, and writing, avoiding the non-standard language, and learning Arabic literature. And the implementation of this methode in Ma’had al Jami’ah for female UIN Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know Ibn Mâlik position toward the different opinion between Albesrion and Alkovion. To answer this problem, the researcher access to Ibn Mâlik ideas and his steps in the controversial treatment. This researh depends on his book Syarh al-Tashîl. Because it has his deep investigation and analysis on grammatical issues. It was noted that he has an attitude and problem solving steps as follows: (1) understand the essence of the issue is controversial, (2) read all the different views in each issue an accurate reading, (3) understand the essence of every opinion on every issue, (4) stated views that improves speech them, (5) critic each of opinion, (6) choose the best opinion of demonstrable base, and (7) report and prove the fixed rule of al-Qaida. These steps are characterized by these characteristics: (1) non-discrimination, (2) criticism and verification, (3) respect, and (4) wise and educative.This analysis concludes that Ibn Mâlik has a cautious attitude, scientific, objective and educative to the differences problem between Basra's school and Kufas school. It mean that Ibn Mâlik was not fanatical to one of them. So his thoughts grammatical resides on an objective and pedagogic basis.

Abstract

This article concludes that many types of sale such as Ajal Sale, al Misk Sale, alMuzayadah Sale and al Fudluli Sale, according to the imam Bukhari perspective arelegal, as mentioned in the Sahih Bukhari Book, chapter of al Buyu’(sales). Ajal Sale is atype of sale by postponement payment system. Imam Bukhari argues for the legality ofthat sale by the Hadis; that Prophet Muhammad Saw ever bought a food from a oneJew by pawning his iron clothes. Its mean he paid the price of food after few days later.About the legality of Al Misk (perfume) Sale, Imam Bukhari argues by the hadis thatProphet Muhammad made a parable between a perfume seller and a blacksmith. Also,most of Moslem scholars agreed that perfume is pure (thahir) and allowed for sale.Muzayadah Sale is someone gives a certain price for buyer, and gives another buyerwith a different price, more expensive than the first price. Al Fudluli Sale is someonebuys goods for someone (owner of money) without his permission, and then theowner agrees with that sale. The writer used a comparative method, which compareddifferent views of the classic Muslim scholars (Muslim Jurisprudence)

Abstract

In the history of Islamic scholar, men dominated the process of most Hadith narration from the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. However, the role of women in these fields cannot be underestimated. This is seen clearly, when they asked the Prophet to assigned a day to teach them and asked questions related to their lives without embarrassment. They possessed lots of knowledge with regard to worship and muamalat. In fact, they thoroughly pay attention with the words of the Prophet. Among the shahābiyāt, some become critics of Hadith, like Aisyah, the wife’s of the Prophet.

Abstract

Some people think that contradicted ahadithcannot be reconciled or unified. All theahadits which are seen textually contradictedwith the others, in fact, are not, because theyare all revelations (wahy) from Allah to theprophet Muhammad SAW. Muslim juristsand scholars have tried to find out methodshaw to reconcile the ahadith that are seentextually to be contradictory with others.
