Abstract

The islamic Jurisprudence scholars called al-ushuliyyun has reached the methods of istinbath to know the meaning of the texts of the Quran and the sunnah. The methods commanly working to understand the meaning of the text, uncovering and exposing the aims of the words in the text, and its implications. Those methods of istinbath are important to confine the disagreement among the jurists and controll its in discovering the ahkam from the texts. This article intent on presentation an importance of the methods of istinbath, and its application in contemporary issues, especially in cases of  muamalat; in installment sales as the sample, by using the inductive and deductive methods. Whereas the researcher derive generally the methods of istinbath from the opinions of the islamic jurist, than apply it in installment sale, as the sample.

Abstract

A good teaching of Arabic language must be based on linguistic rules, the using of appropriate methods and a new attractive curriculum in accordance with the development of education. Studies show that teaching of Arabic using classical methods require a long time and may result in saturation. In this article, the writer tries to suggest some new methods that are expected to make the teaching of Arabic language more lively and generally demanded by many people.

Abstract

Al-Quran adalah kitab umat Islam sekaligus sebagaisumber hukum Islam. Oleh karen?- itu, tidak ada alasanuntuk tidak mengetahui kandungan-kandungannya.Salah satu kendala pembacaan al-Quran adalahpen ye bu tan huruf-hurufnya oleh masyarakatlndoneisa. Hal m1 penting karena perbedaanpenyebutan huruf dapat mempengaruhi perbedaan arti .Ada beberapa langkah yang dapat ditempuh untukmeminimilisir kesalahan tersebut di antaranya:Mengidentifikasi huruf-huruf yang dianggap sulit lalumerumuskan metode untuk membenarkannya.

MakaJah ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi ilmusosial ·di dunia Islam setelah ekspansi Barat terhadapturas Islam atas dasar globalisasi. Selama ini ilmu sosialyang bercirikan islam telah hilai1g di bawah bayangbayangkemajuan Barat. Umat Islam tdiak sekedarberapologia dengan mengatakan bahwa pada awalnyaBaral telah belajar berbagai macam ilmu di dunia Islamsehingga mereka dapat membangt.n masyarakat dannegaranya. Sebaliknya umat Islam menga!amiketerpurukan se l ~ma beberapa abad karena telenamenikmati keberhasilan pendahunya tanpa karya nyatayang dapat dipersembahkan untuk masanya. Makalah initidak sekedar menghadirkai1 apologia belaka, akan tetapipembuktian bahwa ttadisi islam tentang ilmu sosial telahberkembang jauh sebelum barat mengenal ilmu ini. Ilmusosial telah menunjukkan hasil yang sab\ngat signifikan ditangan Ibn Khaldun, bahkan dia disebut sebagi pendirisekaligus Bapak Ilmu sosial.

Abstract

This paper describes how phonological studies are carried out in the era of classical scholars and contemporary scholars. Among the findings of this paper, the difference between phonological studies between classical scholars and contemporary scholars is in the approach they take. if classical scholars only provide their studies with simple observations using the five senses, then contemporary scholars use technological advances by utilizing laboratories that exist for the accuracy of their descriptions for the sound nature of language. it is not surprising if the findings of contemporary scholars of phonology are more detailed than the findings of classical scholars of phonology.

Abstract

This article talks about Islam as religion and it’s contribution for the medicine sciences.Islam suggests to maintain health and health treatment, because it’s included Islamicreligious spirit. Moslem will pray for the God well with a good condition of his heath.This article refuted the statement that Islam is a religion afterlife, and Islam don’t give agood attention to the health aspects of the world. Abstract

This article discusses about law of abortion according to Muslim jurisprudenceviews. Types of law of abortion related to the causes and age of embryo isdiscussed. There is an abortion in order to protect a mother’s soul, and there isan abortion because of adultery or rape. Related to age of embryo, there is anabortion done before or after fourth of month of embryo age. Based on thosedifferent causes and reasons, the outcome of law of abortion is also different.The research explains the definition of abortion referred to the Arabicdictionaries. Besides that, the writer also explores diversification of Muslimjurisprudence, such as classic and modern views. Lastly, the writer affirms oneof those Muslim jurisprudence views as well as he offers his own view.
