The primary data used in the study were obtained through interviews and the questionnaires as well as secondary data obtained from various literatures, research results and supporting books. The method of processing and analyzing data uses the method of gap analysis and the Non-Parametric Statistics (Multiple Regression). The results of the gap analysis are known that there are still gaps in the actual competence of employees with competency standards set by the company. Factors that cause the competency gap are generally known because of a lack of understanding of the basic skills  required, mastery of work techniques and consistency in applying work quality standards. Abstract

As agents of change, students are required not only to have knowledge and expertise in their fields, but they must also be ready to be in the community to implement the knowledge and skills they have, help solve real problems faced by the community or provide knowledge and skills to the community so they can lead better life. To meet these goals, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) conducted community service program (KKN) for students to communities. In line with ITS students’ background, the themes of KKN were related with technology and its applications, so that the KKN activities in the community were also inseparable from the theme of technology and its application. Thus, KKN ITS is the right medium to help the community in facing the current era of the industrial revolution in which technology and its application serve as its core.

BPJS Kesehatan (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan) is an agency that liable to organize the nationalhealth security system in Indonesia. The health services director of BPJS Kesehatan has issued three regulations as an effort to control deficits which currently hit since 2014. Stakeholder analysis used to find out where the position of BPJS Kesehatan in the national health security system environment is. Through stakeholder analysis is known that the government and the participants are the primary stakeholders of the national health security system. While BPJS Kesehatan is an agent representing the government providing health benefits to the participants. BPJS Kesehatan is not the primary stakeholder but secondary stakeholder, then the determination of any health benefits provided to the participants is an authority of the government rather than BPJS Kesehatan. Inaccuracy in the reading relationship between stakeholders could be at risk for BPJS Kesehatan in making a strategic decision. BPJS Health's lack of understanding of its authority, lead to ineffective decision-making and policies. The ineffectiveness of policies or decisions makes the goals of BPJS Health as providers of national health security programs difficult to achieve. Service quality includes latent tangible variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and reliability obtained by standardized regression weights which shows an estimate value for the effect of ServQual variables on visitor satisfaction of 0.88, while the results of regression weights get the value of S.E. amounting to 0.128, C.R. 9,261. Besides that, it can also be seen that the value of p value for the relationship between service quality (ServQual) and visitor satisfaction <0.05 so that it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. From the structural method it can also be known which indicators have the most influence on service quality where based on the results of the analysis it is found that the reliability dimension has the most influence from the other four dimensions of service quality. Abstract

The aim of this study is to do research about non-financial aspect that has influence toward the companies’ financial performance, that will highlight the scores of companies’ ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) disclosure. Nowadays, investors take into account the non-financial aspect into their investment decision, such as ESG performance as a risk measurement. The mixed of results found in the previous studies regarding the correlation between company ESG/CSR and financial performance warranted us to conduct more research in this particular topic. We conducted research on companies in the real estate sector since its long-term nature of investment is aligned with long-term ESG goals. The samples of companies were collected from seven countries with the strongest economy worldwide, the G7. The financial performance is measured by both in the perspectives of accounting and stock market, which are ROA, ROC, Stock Price, and P/E. The panel data was collected over five years (2014-2018), using STATA to run multivariate regressions to test for the correlations. The results indicate that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the ESG disclosure with firm’s ROA and ROC, but no significant relationship with Stock Price and P/E. Furthermore, we found that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the Environmental factor towards the firm’s ROC and Stock Price. Lastly, the study also reveals that there’s no significant relationship between the Social factor and Governance factor with firm financial performance. The results show that a high transparency regarding ESG information could improve the financial performance. Thus, it is advisable for investors, company management, decision-makers, and industry regulators to consider the importance of the ESG disclosure
