Abstract

This study aims to identify and test empirically Influence of Leadership and Discipline on Satisfaction and Motivation and its The Impact of Employee Performance Social Service Manpower and Transmigration Ngawi. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis), which will be tested by t test, F test and R2, Correlations, direct effect and the indirect effect and the total effect. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, the sample used is an employee of Social Service Manpower and Transmigration Ngawi totaling 84 employees. T test results can be concluded that the variable Disciplinary positive and significant impact on satisfaction, leadership and positive effect not significant to satisfaction, variable Disciplinary positive and significant impact on Motivation and Leadership positive effect and no significant effect on motivation, discipline, Satisfaction and Motivation positive effect and Significantly to Performance, Leadership While no significant positive effect on performance. F test showed that all variables simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance. R2 test results showed that the total value of the R Square of 0.946 means that the independent variables affect the performance of 94.6%, while the remaining 5.4% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. The direct effect of leadership variable is greater than the indirect effect through the satisfaction and motivation. The direct effect of discipline variable is greater than the indirect effect through the satisfaction and motivation. Use of satisfaction and motivation as an intervening variable for increased performance, the variables of leadership, discipline is ineffective.Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Satisfaction, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

The study was conducted to impact implementation of relationship marketing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study used models of relationship marketing that includes four independent variables, namely: understanding customer expectations, cooperation with the customer, employee empowerment and service quality.In connection with the above research objectives, to identify problems, research is taking place in Surakarta Islamic Hospital. population in this study were inpatients in Surakarta Islamic Hospital. A total of 100 respondents sampled with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling quota sampling manifold. Method of data collection using the results of the primary data distribution of questionnaires filled out by the respondents.The test results of path analysis it can be concluded that the direct effect understand customer expectations, collaboration with customers, service quality on customer loyalty > of the indirect influence that customer satisfaction can not be intervened 3 variables influence the effect on customer loyalty in Surakarta Islamic Hospital and only customer satisfaction could intervened influence employee empowerment on customer loyalty in Surakarta Islamic Hospital.         From the results of these studies suggest that researchers need to maintain and continue to implement employee empowerment in improving the quality of care with more intensive to provide training and developments to employees, improve collaboration with customers and trying to    better understand customer expectations.Keywords   :    Relationship  marketing, Customer satisfaction, Customer loyalty, Quality of service

Abstract

The information era is the era that content of change. As Public Organization the Government of Vocational High School 4 at Klaten must to focus for service quality than profit and birocation oriented. The purpose of this research is to prove the influence of service quality to student satisfacion of student at The Government of Vocational High School 4 at Klaten as individually and as simulate. The Hypothesis which has been formulated in this research is: there is influence which significance of among tangible, reliability, and responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, student satisfaction of student at The Government of Vocational High School 4 at Klaten as individually and also by simulate. The method used in this research is survey which using questioners for getting data. Population in this study is student at The Government of Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. Sample in this study is taken with quota random sampling. The test have done with multiple regression, t test, F test and R 2.. Regression model had done show that tangible; reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have significance influence toward student satisfaction at as individually. Result from The F show that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, toward student satisfaction as simulate and From R test have 0,653 so that independence variable can explain dependent variable as more 65,3%. The result of test which have been conducted with the regression model , t test , test the F and also test the R have proved that fourth of the variable above can become the predictor to variable of student satisfaction Keyword: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empath, satisfaction

Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia adalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran, sehingga untuk meningkatkan efektifitas penanggulangan kemiskinan dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, pemerintah meluncurkan program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang salah satunya merupakan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program PNPM terhadap pendapatan kartu keluarga miskin di Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Sragen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak Program PNPM adalah adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan produksi usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 95,5%. Adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 87%. Adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan penghasilan usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 65,5%.Kata Kunci      :   PNPM, Pendapatan Kartu Keluarga Miskin

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and examine the influence of Leadership, Discipline and Communication on Performance Through Motivation in Open University Tutor (Study on Wonosobo II Learning Group UPBJJ Yogyakarta Open University). Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and questionnaire, the sampling method was census method. Analysis using path analysis (path analysis). The result of t test shows that Leadership has an insignificant effect on the motivation of open university tutor. Discipline has no significant effect on the motivation of open university tutors. Communication has no significant effect on the motivation of open university tutors. Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Discipline has no significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Motivation has no significant effect on the performance of open university tutors.F test results show that leadership, discipline, communication and motivation together have a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. The result of total coefficient determination test 41,8%. This means that the performance of university tutor tutors is open, explained by Leadership, discipline, communication and motivation variables as intervening variable of 41.8%. And the remaining 58.2% described other variables outside the research model, for example, organizational culture and commitment, the work environment not included in the model. The result of path analysis shows that communication has significant effect to performance, is the most dominant path.Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Communication, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation and communication to employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue District Sukoharjo. The analytical method used is by using validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis.Compensation Hypothesis Test results positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Communications positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Compensation positive and significant impact on the performance of Employees. Communications positive and significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance. F test can be concluded jointly independent variable significant effect on employee performance Revenue Service Finance and Asset Management District Sukoharjo. Results R2 value totaling 0.937 variation can be interpreted Employee Performance Revenue Service Finance and Asset Management District Sukoharjo explained by variable compensation, communication, and job satisfaction as an intervening variable amounted to 93.7%. Results of path analysis showed that: Compensation is not effective to improve performance. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership and discipline on the performance of the device villages Sekecamatan Sukoharjo Sukoharjo regency with motivation as Variable Mediation. The analysis technique used is to use a test instrument that includes the validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis (Path Analysis), t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The results showed that leadership and significant positive effect on the motivation. Discipline and no significant positive effect on the motivation. Leadership positive and significant impact on performance. Discipline positive and significant impact on performance. Motivation positive and significant impact on performance. The F test results can be concluded jointly variables of leadership, discipline and motivation have a significant effect on performance. The result of the calculation of total R2 value of 0.89 can be interpreted variations in device performance villages sekecamatan Sukoharjo explained by leadership, discipline and motivation by 89% and the remaining 11% described other variables outside the model as an example of climate research organization and competence. Conclusion Effect of Direct and Indirect illustrates that the direct effect on the performance leadership and discipline produces a value greater than the indirect effect. Making it more effective through the direct route. Abstract

This research aims are to test empirically and analyze the influence of the amaunt of members’s saving, the amount of the loan to the cooperative profit (SHU) with interest rates as a moderating variable in the KPRI-GHB DPU district Sukoharjo. This research is quantitative research to test the hypothesis. The data used in this research is financial statement KPRI-GHB DPU district. Sukoharjo period of  2010-2014. The data obtained are  tested using regression test, t-test, F test, R ² test. Results of this research prove that the amount of savings is a significant negative effect on cooperative’s profit (SHU), interest rates is significantly and negatively able to moderate correlation to the amount of savings on cooperative’s profit (SHU), loan amount and there is a significant positive effect on cooperative’s profit (SHU), interest rates is not significantly and positive able to  moderate the relationship with the loan amount on cooperative’s profit (SHU). The results also proved that 50.8% cooperative’s profit (SHU) can be explained by the amount of deposits, loan amount, interest rate and the remaining 49.2% is explained by other variables outside of the variables used.Keywords: the amount of saving, loan amount, interest rate, and cooperative’s profit
