Abstract

The Intentions of this research are: (1) To know the influence which signifikan from independence, environmental and prosperity of either through individually and also by together to ethos work the employees PT. Tirta Investama in Klaten. (2) To know among independence factor, environmental and prosperity owning dominant influence to work the. Benefit able to be taken away from this research is to be knowable how big independence influence, environmental and prosperity owning dominant influence to ethos work, so that can be conducted by effort ofis make-up of independence work the employees, environmental of good activity and prosperity more mounting to increase ethos work the employees. Hypothesis raised is: (1) Anticipated a independence, environmental and prosperity have an effect on positive and signifikan to ethos work the employees PT. Tirta Investama in Klaten. (2) Anticipated by a prosperity factor have the dominant influence to ethos work the PT. Tirta Investama in Klaten. This Research represents the descriptive research of type survey depicting phenomenon that happened at obyek research of there. Population in this research is all employees PT. Tirta Investama in Klaten amounting to 315 people and without entangling employees mount the superintendent and manager. Sampel in this research is 80 employees of part of production PT. Tirta Investama in Klaten taken with the technique of purposive random sampling. Technique of data collecting by kuesioner and documentation. Data collected by in the form of data of primary and data skunder. Method analyse the data use the double analysis regresi, test the F, test the t, and coefficient determinasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan independensi terhadap kinerja auditor melalui pengawasan pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Boyolali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor di Inspektorat Kabupaten Boyolali 50 auditor. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sensus, sehingga jumlah sampel 50 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi, analisis jalur, Uji t, Uji F, Uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil Uji t pada persamaan pertama dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengawasan. Independensi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pengawasan. Hasil Uji t pada persamaan kedua dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kompetensi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi. Dan independensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi. Hasil Uji t pada persamaan ketiga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, independensi dan pengawasan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji F disimpulkan secara bersama-sama kompetensi, independensi, pengawasan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,999 dapat diartikan variasi Kinerja Auditor di Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Boyolali dijelaskan oleh variabel kompetensi, independensi, pengawasan dan motivasi sebesar 99,9% dan sisanya sebesar 0,1% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian sebagai contoh stress kerja, komitmen dan sebagainya. Hasil analisis jalur dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan variabel kompetensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan.Kata Kunci  :    Kompetensi, Independensi, Pengawasan, Kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to examine the influence of motivation, communication and work environment to employee performance with a commitment as a moderating variable at Kelurahan in District of Sukoharjo. Hypothesis that have been formulated in this study were : a significant influence of work motivation, communication and work environment to employees performance with a commitment as a moderating variable.This study is a survey research. The data are primary data collected through questionnaires to 33 employees at Kelurahan in District of Sukoharjo. The data that has been obtained is tested by validity, reliability test, regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test.t-test results showed that the work environment and commitment have a significant influence on the performance of an employee, but motivation, communication was not a significant positive influence on performance. F-test results showed that the variables of work motivation, communication, work environment and commitment significantly influence the performance of employees simultaneously. Moderation test results show that the commitment can not be used as a moderating variable between work motivation, communication, work environment on employee performance. Test results showed R2 equation 1 for 0,917 or imply that the variability of the dependent variable can be explained by the variability of the independent variable was 91.7% while the remaining 8.3% is explained by other variables that are not included in the regression model as in equation 2 R2 Test results obtained 0,931 means that the variability of the dependent variable that can be explained by the variability of the independent variable was 93.1% while the remaining 6.9% is explained by other variables that are not included in the regression models such as: job satisfaction, work ability. Based on the results of hypothesis test for the first equation without moderating variable, and the second equation with a commitment as moderating variable, it can be concluded that the variables of organizational commitment is not able to moderate the influence of motivation, communication and working environment on the performance due to weaken the influence of motivation, communication and working environment on the performance. Therefore, to improve performance is without moderation organizational commitment. Things are recommended to improve performance without moderation organizational commitment.Keywords : motivation, communication, work environment, commitment, performance.

Abstract

The development of science and technology demands the availability of reliable Human Resources (HR), putting teachers as the driving force as well as the creators of the human resources. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of education level, work environment and working period on teacher performance with gender as moderator variable.Data used is primary data by taking samples totaling 196 teachers in the Ministry of Religion, Karanganyar. The data analysis method was tested by validity test, reliability test, Stuctural Equation Modeling through Lisrel 8.70 program.The results of the study are as follows the level of education has a significant influence and positive on performance of teachers, gender can not strengthen the influence of education level on teacher performance, work environment has significant influence and positive on teacher performance. Gender can not strengthen the influence of work environment on teacher performance. Working hours has significant influence and positive on teacher performance, gender can not strengthen the effect of working hours on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically and analyze the effect of quality of service and product loyalty through image and customer satisfaction Alfa Mart Jungke Karanganyar. Techniques of analysis in this research is the analysis of multiple linear regression lines, validity and reliability, linearity test and test hypotheses that include multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), determination coefficient and path analysis.T Test Results: In the first equation can be concluded that the variable quality of service and products significantly influence the image. In the second equation can be concluded that the variable quality of service and products significantly influence satisfaction. In the third equation can be concluded that the quality of services, products, and satisfaction Significant effect on loyalty. While the image of the variables not significant effect on loyalty. F test can be concluded jointly variable quality of service, product, image and satisfaction significantly influence consumer loyalty Alfa Mart Jungke Karanganyar. R2 can be concluded that the total value of R2 can be interpreted totaling 0.977 variation in Alfa Mart Consumer Loyalty Jungke Karanganyar explained by the variable quality of service, product, image and satisfaction of 97.7% and the remaining 2.3% described other variables outside the model study.Quality of service to the loyalty of more effective use of lanes indirectly, ie through varaibel satisfaction. product loyalty more effectively use the direct path without passing through the image and satisfaction as a result of the direct effect is greater than the indirect effectKeywords: quality of services, products, citra, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh rasio Leverage dan Likuiditas terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan PT. Wijaya Karya (persero), Tbk periode 2008-2018. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam bulan yaitu Oktober 2018 hingga April 2019. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows Versi 23.00 melalui tahapan berikut inis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dengan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh Leverage sementara terdapat pengaruh Likuiditas terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan yang diukur dengan Return On Assets. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh Leverage dan Likuiditas terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan yang diukur dengan Return On Assets pada PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero), Tbk. periode 2008-2018.Kata Kunci: Leverage, Likuiditas, Return On Assets.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know and analyze empirically influence of trust, promotion and product quality on satisfaction and loyalty of customer of saving in PD. BPR of Bank Daerah Klaten. The analytical technique used is by using instrument test which includes validity test and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient determination test and correlation analysis. Hypothesis test results trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of savings. Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Trust has no significant effect on customer savings loyalty. Promotion has a significant effect on customer savings loyalty. Product quality has no significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer savings loyalty. The result of F test can be concluded jointly variable of trust, promotion, product quality, and satisfaction influence to customer loyalty of saving PD. BPR of Bank Daerah Klaten. The total R2 result of 0.890 can be interpreted as the loyalty of customers of PD saving. BPR Bank Daerah Klaten explained by the variable of trust, promotion, product quality and satisfaction of 89% and the remaining 11% described other variables outside the research model as an example location, service quality and infrastructure facilities. The result of path analysis shows that the influence of trust through satisfaction is the most dominant influence in influencing customer loyalty of PD saving. Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) peran orientasi pasar dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha. 2) peran pengembangan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha. 3) peran orientasi pasar dan pengembangan kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini umkm di wilayah alun-alun kidul kota Surakarta. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) orientasi pasar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha 0,000, 2) pengembangan kewirausahaan  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha 0,003. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi dapat dikatakan bahwa 20,7% kinerja usaha dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel orientasi pasar dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Selanjutnya sisanya yaitu 79,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu faktor sosio demografi, faktor sikap, dan faktor kontekstual.Kata Kunci: Orientasi Pasar, Pengembangan Kewirausahaan, Meningkatkan Kinerja Usaha
