Abstract

Achievement motivation is the urge to do the best possible, in order to obtain the best results in accordance with the expected conditions, by trying hard, and outperforming others based on certain quality standards. The low development of achievement motivation of children aged 4-6 years and the application of the role playing method still uses limited media. The purpose of this study is to describe how to provide achievement motivation, and how children respond when giving achievement motivation. The methodology used in this study is a literature study that describes how the role-playing method is used in TK ABA Buntu Dea, Tongko Village. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research through the role playing method can affect achievement motivation in early childhood because with achievement motivation children can get to know each other's characteristics better, and increase self-confidence. Thus the role playing method is considered effective as a learning method to increase achievement motivation in early childhood. Abstract

This article describes the development of Aqidah Akhlak in early childhood through the modeling method at RA Nurul Ikhlas Taktakan Serang. The role of teachers in developing Akidah Morals on learning activities, as well as the role of parents and society. This research is qualitative research of phenomenology in group B in RA Nurul Ikhlas Legok Widara Taktakan Serang year 2017. Data analysis technique using Miles and Huberman model consists of: data reduction, data display, and verification. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the moral character of children in RA Nurul Ikhlas is very good, with the method applied in the school, that is by using the modeling method. This can be seen by the existence of good behavior that shows the child in his daily life both at school and at home. The role of teachers in developing Akidah Akhlak in early childhood can be done through the modeling method that is done every day at school by the teacher, and with the cooperation with parents.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang kegiatan praktikum membatik pada anak usia dini SD awal yaitu usia 6-8 tahun. Metode penelitian tindakan ini menggunakan metode gabungan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Model penelitian tindakan yang digunakan adalah model Kemmis dan Taggart. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan dalam kreativitas anak melalui praktikum membatik yaitu batik tulis dan batik jumputan. Kegiatan bermain dan ketertarikan yang dimiliki anak terhadap praktikum membatik, adalah suatu kemampuan yang ditandai dengan empat aspek kreativitas: kelancaran (fluency), keluwesan (flexibility), keaslian (originality), dan elaborasi (elaboration).

Abstract

Job satisfaction and organizational culture are very importance to increase the performance of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang.. Employees, who are satisfied with the works that have been reached, will be improve their performance, so it will have an impact on improving overall of company performance. This research using census method. The variables of the study are job satisfaction (X1), organizational culture (X2), and the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang (Y). The method of data analysis using multiple linier regression with the F test and t test. The results show that job satisfaction variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously has significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang. Base on the F test, Fvalue 55,768 > Fcalculation 3,18 with p value is 0,000 < 0,05. In addition, Adjusted R Square value of 0,666 means that the influence of the independent variable; job satisfaction (X1) and organizational culture (X2) towards the dependent variable; the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang (Y) is 66,6 %. Based on the calculation of the t test is known that partially job satisfaction (X1) and organizational culture (X2) has a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang by the job satisfaction variable (X1) tcountn (6,268) > ttable (2,0057) and the value of organizational culture (X2) 2,561 > ttable (2,0057).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze relationship between individual attitude to the managing family and career. This study is based on Sander M. M., Lengnick-Hall, C. A., Lengnick-Hall, M. L., & Steele-Clapp, L. (1998) study. Data for this study were provided by 217 students of the last level of Universities taken from state and private Universities at Yogyakarta. Individual attitude is measured by using CFAM from Sander et al. (1998). Response rate of this study was 95,2%. The data were analized by correlationanalysis. This study found eight important results. First, spousal supports and dominances, is positively corrrelated with other scales. Second, for the males and females, is positively correlated significantly between spousal suppports and balances. Third, for the males, is positively correlated significantly between family focus and career focus, whereas it was not for the females. Fourth, for the males, is positively correlated significantly between career focus and balances, whereas it was not for the females. Fifth, for the males, is positively correlated significantly between independences and family focus, whereas it was not for the females. Sixth, for the males and females, is significantly uncorrelated between independences and career focus. Seventh, for the males and females, is significantly uncorrelated between independences and dominances. Eighth, for the males and females, is significantly uncorrelated between independences and spousal supports.Keywords: individual attitude, CFAM(career-family attitudes measures), correlation analysis.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that is found in the class V Elementary School 24 Pekanbaru, which shows the results of learning science is still relatively low. Formulation the problem in this research is: "Does the application of Quantum Teaching Learning model can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru?". This research aims to improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru with application of learning models Quantum Teaching. While the benefits of this research is to change students' views on learning science that uses methods of lecture and rote learning into a creative, innovative, and fun. The hypothesis of this study is that if applied learning model Quantum Teaching it can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru. This study was conducted in SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru in March 2015 and April 2015. This form of research is classroom action research (PTK) are planned as much as two cycles. The subjects were students of class V Elementary School 24 Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015 which amounted to 26 people consisting of 14 men and 12 women. Based on the results of research and discussion in mind the observation of teacher activity sheet seen rising each meeting. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 66.24%, the second meeting rose 8.8% to 245%. While in the first meeting of the second cycle of 83.3%, then at the second meeting increased 12.5% to 95.8%. Student activity observation sheet also increased at every meeting. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 62.5%, the second meeting increased 8.3% to 240.8%. While in the first meeting of the second cycle 249.2%, then at the second meeting increased 12.5% to 91.24%. Mastery learning outcomes to repeat the first cycle increased 19.23% from the base score of 42.31% to 61.54%. In the second cycle increased by 26.92% to 88.46%. With the increasing number of students who pass the study in the classical style, then the learning outcomes of students also increased. It can be seen from the average value in the base score 65.38 UH then the first cycle to 69.08 with an increase of 5.66%. Whereas the second cycle of the average value of UH becomes 85.54 with an increase of 23.83%. So that research results are consistent with the hypothesis.Keywords: quantum learning model of teaching , learning outcomes

Abstract

Endophytic bacteria have an equal chance to bacteria that live outside the plant tissue as potential bacteria. The selection has done towards 326 bacterial endophyte isolates. This research aimed to find and identify proteolytic potential isolates. The proteolytic selection of endophytic bacteria had done using solid skim milk. The capability of endophytic bacteria to agglomerate milk was tested using liquid skim milk which incubated for 7 days at room temperature. Enzyme production of four selected isolates was made through fermentation in GYS medium. The results showed that 86 isolates have proteolytic potential. Isolate HL.29B.63 had highest protease enzymes activity (65.918 U/mL). Medium optimization was able to increase the enzyme activity into 89.94% (125.04 U/mL). The analysis used 16s rDNA showed that isolate HL.29B.63 was Bacillus amyloliquefacient subs. plantarum strain FZB42.Keywords: endophytic bacteria, fermentation, identification, protease, selection ABSTRAKBakteri endofit mempunyai peluang yang sama dengan bakteri yang hidup diluar jaringan tanaman sebagai bakteri potensial. Seleksi dilakukan terhadap 326 isolat bakteri endofit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari isolat yang berpotensi proteolitik dan mengidentifikasinya. Seleksi proteolitik terhadap bakteri endofitik menggunakan skim milk padat. Uji kemampuan bakteri endofitik dalam menggumpalkan susu menggunakan medium skim milk cair yang diinkubasi selama 7 hari pada suhu ruang. Produksi enzim terhadap empat isolat terseleksi dilakukan melalui fermentasi dalam medium GYS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 86 isolat mempunyai potensi proteolitik. Isolat HL.29B.63 mempunyai aktif enzim protease tertinggi (65,918 U/mL). Optimasi medium dapat meningkatkan aktivitas enzim sebesar 89,94% (125,04 U/mL). Analisis menggunakan 16s rDNA menunjukkan bahwa isolat HL.29B.63 adalah Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subs. plantarum strain FZB42.Kata kunci: bakteri endofit, fermentasi, identifikasi, protease, seleksi

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic is a natural and social phenomenon that is happening, and causes unrest with high mortality data in Indonesia, as well as around the world. The spread of plague through local transmission, became the reason for the formation of home learning programs as a new habitual pattern in learning. In its implementation, home learning programs form children's understanding of the current condition, namely covid-19 as a natural and social phenomenon. Science literacy is part of an individual's ability to understand natural and social phenomena around. Science literacy is part of an individual's ability to understand natural and social phenomena around. Science literacy skills can help children make scientifically informed decisions, especially in the face of the current pandemic situation. Through the method of telling children's science literacy skills around the covid-19 pandemic can be observed, based on three aspects, namely; aspects of context, knowledge and competence. The results of observational analysis of storytelling methods applied by teachers in group B RA An-Najmush Saghir Gorontalo City, showed the average ability of children's understanding related to context aspects is 94.07% based on observed verbal and visual responses, then aspects of knowledge of the average ability of children 69.2%, observed through reasoning children after processing the covid-19 information scheme obtained through various sources as well as aspects of ability competency observed through response responses, children's questions in parse information related to covid-19 on average reached 89.63%.
