Abstract

Harmonics are wave defects caused by interactions between the system's sinusoidal waves and other wave components that have integer multiples of their fundamental components. The cause of this harmonics is the presence of non-linear loads such as converters, electric arc furnaces, UPS and others that are not sinusoidal. Losses due to the influence of harmonics such as heating on the equipment, decreasing power factor, resonance problems etc. In this study the authors aim to analyze the level of harmonic THD contained in the PWI bus using simulation methods in order to obtain the harmonic THD percentage and the calculation method of capacitor components, inductors and resistor used for filter design to reduce the level of the harmonic THD percentage. The results of the discussion show that the THD voltage on the PWI bus exceeds the IEEE 519-2014 standard limit of 9.29% with the IEEE 519-2014 THD voltage of 8%, while for the THD the current despite increasing percentage after installation of a single tuned filter, with a percentage an increase of 0.96% from 8.65% to 9.61% on PWI buses, but the percentage increase in current THD is still below the IEEE 519-2014 standard with a current THD standard value of 15%.

Abstract

A successful project when the cost of the work is not more than budgeted. The time of work does not exceed the planned time and the specifications are in accordance with the plan or design. The purpose of the authors conducting this research is 1) to find out any work that included in the cross-critical and form of network planning using the QSB windows application, 2) to determine the optimal time and cost of accelerating the time of K building construction projects. This research is using the crash program method. To save time, the acceleration is done by adding overtime hours for 4 hours to the structural work that included the cross-critical, i.e., the 1st-floor structure, 2nd-floor structure, floor structure, 4th-floor structure, 5th-floor structure, 6th-floor structure, 9th-floor structure. After accelerating, the total project time needed after crashing on critical work generated is 175 weekdays with a difference of 58 days from the normal duration of 247 days. The impact caused by the change in time on these costs is the increase in direct costs to Rp. 8,624,930,090.12. Meanwhile, after crashing the duration of the project became shorter, it caused a decrease in indirect costs to Rp. 1,058,595,050.81.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di bidang manufaktur memudahkan industri untuk menghasilkan produk massal, berkualitas tinggi dan harga terjangkau. Tantangan bagi industri kecil menengah di bidang manufaktur adalah bersaing terhadap kualitas produk. Industri kecil manufaktur dalam mengendalikan kualitas produk terkendala dengan masalah keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik geram dan kekasaran permukaan dengan kekerasan baja karbon. Penelitian ini menggunakan mesin bubut konvensional dengan putaran rendah, kedalaman pemakanan 1 mm, proses tanpa pendinginan dengan variasi laju pemakanan 0,1 mm/putaran, 0,2 mm/putaran dan 0,3 mm/putaran, bahan uji baja AISI (1010, 1045 dan 1068) dan material pahat dari karbida. Stereoscopic Optical Microscopy (SOM) digunakan untuk mengukur sudut geser sementara Surface Roughness Tester digunakan untuk mengukur kekasaran permukaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi geram dan kekasaran permukaan berkorelasi dengan kekerasan baja karbon.

Abstract

Biodiesel is an alternative material that is environmentally friendly, has no effect on health and can be used as fuel for motor vehicles. The raw material for making biodiesel uses raw cooking oil with KOH catalyst, the research conducted using the number of blades, namely 4 blades, 6 blades and 8 blades. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the number of blades on the quality of biodiesel which includes calorific value, viscosity, density, flash point, pour point produced from waste cooking oil. Variation in the number of 4 blades, 6 blades, and 8 blades with a stirring process for 1 hour at 100 rpm rotation. The results of research that have been done are variations in the number of blades affect the quality of biodiesel produced, this is evidenced that from the number of blades 8 produces a heating value of 17.46 46 Btu / lb. Making a difference between blade 8 with 6 yields a difference of 0.14 Btu / lb and blade 8 with 4 produces a difference of 0.28 Btu / lb

Abstract

Blora Regency has a diverse artistic treasury. Various arts have been preserved until now. Besides attracting tourists to Blora, the art is also a manifestation of the high creativity of Blora people. The five distinctive arts of Blora Regency that are still preserved by the community are: Barongan Blora, Tayub Blora, Kadroh, Ketoprak, and Karawitan. Almost all of the typical arts of Blora Regency use gamelan instruments. Gamelan itself is a musical instrument not only owned by Blora Regency, but also an Indonesian traditional musical instrument that is worldwide. Gamelan for ancient people is considered as their identity, according to them traditional music is something to be proud of and liked. But why do young people today even dislike traditional music. One effort to attract the interest of the younger generation is to modernize the gamelan. Abstract

Employees is an important subject in an organization. In the absence of a good employee, your organization will be difficult todevelop because of the strength of any organization lies in its employees who manage and handle it. In fixing the system regulating themanagement of staffing at the high school of Technology Cepu Ronggolawe needed a fast, precise and accurate. To avoid ineffectiveness, thedeficiency, and to improve performance in serving the prospective employees, then the required development of the system by changing intoa web-based information systems.Using the approach through several stages for analyzing and designing the system, the process is developed through the use of thecycle of activities and users specifically Analyzer (structured), that is the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and the waterfallmodel consists of the planning phase of the system, analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Testing instruments done through testfunctionality and black box testing. In this system for the creation of web-based programs online using Laravel programming language andMySQL by using the Sublime Text 2.Staffing information system is expected to ease the staffing section in the Cepu STTR Staffing process data. The end result of testfunctionality of information systems personnel declared worthy in terms of functionality, with 100% results on black box testing to testing ofsuitability characteristics and accurancy.

Abstract

Selection of new students is a process of screening and selection of students whose academic ability is the best candidate to study in aneducational institution that needs to be determined quickly and accurately. In terms of determination of new student candidates it isnecessary to consider several considerations that are quite complicated and that is the standardization of values, school entry requirementsand policies of government and educational institutions that change frequently every year. Schools that many parents choose as a place fortheir children to go to school is a favorite school. Favorite schools in society, have parameters that become the needs of society. So it can beconcluded, the choice of society to a school is a rational consideration based on the wishes of parents for their sons and daughters get adecent education and quality. The process of assessing the selection of new admissions is done by more than one assessor, so that it needs toinfer the value data. Previously the conclusion process is still experiencing difficulties, especially for subjective value data (value is obtainedbased on one's point of view). Based on these matters, the authors conduct research on the need for new admissions selection to obtain abenchmark development of a new decision support selection selection system. This application is a decision support system, which aims toprovide support for manager's consideration without having to replace the manager function. In research, the system aims to providesupport to the school in determining the selection of new student candidates. Furthermore, the decision-making process until the evaluationstage of alternative selection. This is useful for facilitating decision-makers related to the selection problem of new admissions, so that willget the most worthy students received at the school. In the study, alternative decisions in the form of new prospective students, while theattributes in the form of assessment elements tailored to the needs of the school. The need for different new admissions selection and thenumber of irregular assessors or more than one person led to the need for a better method of completion in the process of selecting newstudents. The method used in decision selection selection of new students is Fuzzy Tahani Logic. With the application of decision supportsystem selection selection of new students is expected to facilitate decision makers to be expected to help and facilitate the assessment teamin determining new students who are eligible to be accepted. The result of the highest percentage value in this study, the success of decisionsupport system for new admissions candidate based on fuzzy tahani method is Value a = 0.60, Value b = 0.75, Value c = 0.99.

Admission of new students (PMB) is an activity of the new candidate selection was held each year on the basis of the value of thetest results and rapot to be accepted in college. Information system web-based admissions this particular online registration can be onealternative implementation activities of the admission of new students in a high school Technology Ronggolawe.The research method used was the development of the system, namely experiments for designing information systems Web basedadmissions. Ronggolawe. This software development method also uses a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall modelconsisting of the planning phase of the system, analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Testing instruments done through testfunctionality and black box testing. Admissions information system using Codeigniter as a Framework.Resolve the matter, a single information system Web-based Admissions which will make it easier for the Committee in the processdata registries on the admissions process, thus generating the quickly information, easily and accurately. The result of test functionality ofthe admission information system stated worth in therm of functionality, with 100% result on black box testing of suitability characteristicsand accurancy.

Abstract

Electrical energy is a very important energy in life today. Planning needs of electrical energy is also one of the important thingsthat must be considered. The higher the need for electrical energy from year to year, electricity producers must be prepared toavoid the lack of electrical energy. So in the future that the small chance of a crisis of electrical energy needs. To be able to estimatethe electrical energy needs 9 years to 2024 until 2024 will be used multiple linear regression method using the data of the past thatcan be used in predicting the pattern of events in the future. The demand for electrical energy is expected to refer to the electricityneeds of 4 sectors, namely the household sector, the industrial sector, the business sector and the commercial sector. Researchneeds in each sector will be determined using multiple linear regression method with independent variables ie energy needs whilethe independent variables are population, Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB), the number of electricity customers and thebasic price of electricity. The result of research of electric energy requirement with multiple linear regression method using visualprogram of basil 2010 gives ease and accelerate calculation to get electric energy requirement, which result obtained in 2016,2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 namely 183894 Gwh, 18775 Gwh, 19158 Gwh, 19540 Gwh, 19906 Gwh,20289 Gwh, 20669 Gwh, 21053 Gwh, 21436 Gwh. The significance test obtained from all sectors is Fcount> Ftable, whereas fordetermination coefficient produced by household sector 99%, industrial sector 98%, commercial sector 99% and public sector99%.

Abstract

Asset Management Information System is an integrated totality consisting of processing equipment including collectors, procedures, processingpersonnel and software. Asset Manager is an important subject in an organization. Humans have the ability to move all organizational resources.Without a good asset manager, the organization will be difficult to develop because the strength of every organization lies in the employeewho manages and handles it. In improving the asset management system in PPSDM MIGAS Cepu with emphasis on information system,required a system that is relatively fast, precise and accurate. To avoid inefficiencies, inefficiencies and to improve asset managementperformance in maintaining and managing assets in the relatively large and large number of MIGAS PPSDM Cepu and scattered in severalplaces in Cepu. By using the approach through several stages to analyze and design the system, the process is developed through the use of acycle of activity analyzer and user in a specific (structured), the method SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with waterfall model. In thissystem for programming using PHP (PHP : Hypertext Prepocessor) and MySQL (My Structured Query Language) programming language byusing CodeIgniter. This information system consists of components of asset registration, classifying the type of asset according to the standardasset code, assigning the asset responsible, establishing the condition of the asset and later depreciating the asset value so that the asset can bemanaged properly, deleted if the condition is damaged, and the removal from the list assets of PPSDM Migas Cepu.
