Abstract

SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu is one of the State Senior High SchoolsState Senior High School located in Bengkulu City which has a commitment to in developing student potential. So far, data processing of student grades for each subjects have used e-report cards and the report card data can be exported to a Microsoft Excel file. exported into a Microsoft Excel file. However, the student grade data is data is often only stored as an archive without any further analysis to find out to find out information about patterns or trends in student achievement. At where this can help the school in providing guidance and optimizing the academic potential of each student at SMA Negeri 7. optimize the academic potential of each student at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City based on the level of student achievement. Abstract

Intisari— Peredaran uang tunai yang layak edar sangat penting untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dan kualitas transaksi keuangan. Namun, identifikasi kondisi uang kertas masih dilakukan secara manual, yang memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem deteksi kondisi uang berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk mengklasifikasikan uang dalam kondisi baik atau rusak secara otomatis. Dataset terdiri dari 500 gambar uang, yang diproses menggunakan augmentasi data dan dibagi menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data validasi. Model CNN yang dikembangkan memiliki lapisan utama seperti konvolusi, batch normalization, ReLU, pooling, dan fully connected layer, serta dilatih dengan optimizer Adam selama 50 epoch dengan learning rate 0.00001. Implementasi sistem dalam Graphical User Interface (GUI) berbasis MATLAB mempermudah penggunaannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi validasi 93%, precision 97%, dan recall 96%. Survei terhadap Bank Indonesia menunjukkan sistem ini mendapat skor sempurna dalam efisiensi, akurasi, kemudahan pengoperasian, dan kecepatan deteksi. Dengan hasil ini, sistem memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan dalam layanan kas keliling Bank Indonesia dan lembaga keuangan lainnya. Kata Kunci: CNN, Pengolahan Citra Digital, Klasifikasi Uang, GUI

Abstract

Official travel is a trip for the benefit of the office from the order of the superior authorized to order. Based on the results of interviews, problems in making letters relating to official travel are increasingly being found so that it requires the existence of an official travel order management application. The Application for Management of Official Travel Warrants is an application that will be used to facilitate the management of all important documents related to official travel carried out by the Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Provinsi Bengkulu of Communication, Information and Statistics. This application has features that are capable of managing and storing data starting from the Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD), Surat Perintah Tugas (SPT) or Surat Perintah (SP), kwitansi, rincian biaya perjalanan dinas, nota dinas, bukti perjalanan dinas and approval carried out by superiors. The design and construction of this application is made with Waterfall software development methods, Unified Model Language (UML) to model the system, and use the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL databases and other software

Abstract

The knowledge of farmers about the types of diseases that can attack Koi fish during cultivation is very small. Prediction of disease indications in Koi fish cultivation is an important thing for the success of cultivation. Disease prediction is obtained from facts in the cultivation process. Determining Koi fish disease can be an obstacle when the information known is not accurate. So an application is needed that has knowledge like an expert (specialist doctor). Forward Chaining is a mathematical theory for proof based on the function of belief and reasonable thinking, which is used to combine separate pieces of information (evidence) to calculate the probability of an event. The method used to obtain diagnostic results by sorting between general and specific symptoms. With this application, it is expected to be able to diagnose and provide treatment solutions like those done by experts

Abstract

The development of information technology today is quite advanced; however, this reality contrasts sharply with the services provided by government agencies, particularly those at the sub-district level. The sub-district government offices, which manage community services, need to update their quality, especially in the area of public complaint handling. Currently, it is still challenging for citizens to submit complaints about their local environment to the local government, which often results in residents directing their complaints to inappropriate channels. Therefore, the goal of this research is to design a web-based public complaint system for the Teluk Segara Sub-District Office, enabling citizens to more easily communicate their grievances to the relevant authorities.

Abstract

Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana (FT UNUD) still uses a manual system for letter submission, resulting in delays in delivering information to students and increasing the workload of administrative staff. Additionally, this manual system often causes errors in record-keeping and makes it difficult to track the submission status. To address this issue, the Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Surat (SIPS), a web-based letter submission system integrated with SIMAK-NG, was developed using the Scrum method. The development was carried out iteratively through several sprints, covering requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. Testing using the Black Box Testing method showed that all features in SIPS functioned according to the designed specifications. With this system, the letter submission process is expected to become faster, more structured, and more efficient. Moreover, SIPS allows students to monitor the status of their submissions in real-time, enhancing the transparency of administrative services. SIPS also supports document digitalization, helping to reduce paper usage and improve the effectiveness of academic data management. However, further evaluation is needed to assess the system's impact on operational efficiency and user satisfaction to ensure the optimization of academic services at FT UNUD. In the future, this system can continue to be developed with additional features, such as automated notifications and integration with other academic services.

Abstract

The LBS technology used in the tire patch location search application in Bengkulu City will help customers find the tire patch that best suits their preferences and location. With its ever-evolving environment, Bengkulu will also benefit from the adoption of this technology. By incorporating LBS technology in the design of tire patch locator applications, the city can encourage local trade, provide support to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, and create a healthier and more sustainable business ecosystem. The purpose of this research is to find and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and support the growth of local businesses. This study examines the potential benefits of incorporating LBS technology in the application of finding tire patching locations in Bengkulu City. Data Collection: Some of the methods used to collect data to obtain the necessary information are literature studies; This method involves reviewing research books and journals relevant to the research subject to gain a better understanding of materials such as Location-based Services, Google Maps APIs, and location-based services. The menu features, which are required to build this app, include an app menu that consists of the location of the tire patch and information about the tire patch.

Abstract

Abstract— Agriculture is a very important sector for the Indonesian economy, where the majority of the population depends on this sector for their livelihood. Farmer groups play a key role in increasing food production and farmer welfare. However, selecting the right type of food crop is often a challenge for farmers because it involves various criteria and factors. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help farmer groups in determining optimal food crop choices. This research aims to design and build a decision support system (DSS) for farmer groups using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method was chosen because of its ease in combining various criteria and factors in decision making. It is hoped that the system being built can help farmer groups increase the efficiency and effectiveness of decision making regarding food crop selection. The research results show that the use of the SAW method in SPK is able to provide accurate and reliable recommendations, so that it can support increased productivity and welfare of farmers.

Abstract

Adeeva Hotel Bengkulu City is one of the hotels in Bengkulu City that provides room rental services, such as rooms for meetings, seminars and parties. Currently, Adeeva Hotel has 4 meeting rooms, two of which are smoking rooms. Currently, there is no system in the room that can detect smoke conditions in the room.In this study using library methods, observation, interviews and laboratories, designing a system that can detect smoke levels in a room, where the sensor will read or detect smoke levels in the room, the sensor used in detecting smoke is the MQ2 sensor. While for data processing using ESP8266 with a program on the tool made using Arduino ide and for the Internet of Things (IoT) using Blynk.The system can detect smoke levels in the room, which is carried out by the MQ2 sensor, the detection results will be processed by ESP8266 where if the smoke levels in the room are large (>) from 10 PPM, ESP8266 will send a command to the relay to turn on the exhaust, so that the smoke in the room will be released out. Besides being based on exhaust sensor detection, it can be turned on and off manually via the application by entering manual mode.

Abstract

Measuring the level of community satisfaction at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office still uses a complaint box, where people can write suggestions on a piece of paper and then enter the suggestion through the box provided with two options, namely satisfied and dissatisfied. This is certainly less effective and takes a long time in measuring the level of community satisfaction due to the absence of a definite indicator in assessing satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong District Head Office. The application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in measuring the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office can assist administrators in managing data on the assessment of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office, can provide information on the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office, and can facilitate the community, especially those in the Central Lebong Sub-District area, in providing an assessment of satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office. The application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in measuring the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office was built web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which can be accessed via the url link https://surveikecamatanlebongtengah.online/. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it is found that this application is very helpful in managing and evaluating data on community satisfaction assessment of services at the Sub-District Head Office of Central Lebong District so that the level of community satisfaction is known and this application can be used as a forum for the community in providing community satisfaction assessment of services at the Sub-District Head Office of Central Lebong District.
