Abstract

This research was motivated by the influence of globalization, where it hasan impact on human life as expressed by R. Robertson (2011) that globalization isa process of diminishing the individual and the growing awareness of theindividual.This study uses independent variables, locus of control (X1), karaakteristikindividuals (X2), and the performance of the employee as the dependent variable(Y). Research  using questionnaires distributed to 62 people on the administrativestaff of University of Muhammadiyah Semarang by using purposive sampling.While the analysis is done by using SPSS version 16.0 for Windows.Regression analysis and t-test can be seen that the locus of control variable,the variable characteristics of the individual, and the Islamic work ethic variablepositive effect on employee performance variables. The coefficient of determinationR2 of variables Islamic work ethic was 81.8%. This means that the moderatingvariables were able to explain 81.8% while the variations and other variations inthe amount of 100% - 81.8% = 18.2% is explained by other variables that are notaddressed in this study.

Abstract

Currently, Islamic Commercial Banks continue to show positive growth. In2019, the resilience of Islamic Commercial Banks is increasingly solid. This studyaims to determine the effect of ROA, CAR, NPF and BOPO on the distribution offinancing to Indonesian Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019. This research isa quantitative research.The population and sample selected using a non-probability samplingmethod and included in the saturated sample, namely the entire sample as many as14 Islamic commercial banks. The results of data analysis indicate that ROA andNPF has a positif effect on financing distribution with a significance of 5,2% forROA and 43% for NPF. Then CAR had a negative effect on financing distributionwith a significance of 0,02%, while BOPO have a negative effect on financingdistribution with a significance of 86%

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effect of realityassurance, service quality mediated by member satisfaction on Member Loyalty onTupperware Products in West Semarang. The population in this study were users ofTupperware products in West Semarang. A total of 120 respondents were used assamples. Data were collected by distributing self-administered questionnaires usingStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis on Amos.This analysis is used to see the direct and indirect effects between variables.The results of this study indicate that the Reality of Guarantee does not have a directinfluence on Member Loyalty. However, Service Quality towards Member Loyaltythrough Member Satisfaction as an intermediary variable. In addition, the results ofthis study indicate that indirectly member satisfaction cannot mediate the reality ofguarantees for member loyalty. Similarly, the quality of service to member loyalty.

Abstract

Since it was founded in Indonesia in 2011. The popularity of Tiket.com as an Online Travel Agent has been the choice of many people to order flight ticketsonline, and has seen an increase from year to year. However, the Covid-19pandemic weakened the national and international economy. Various industrialsectors, including tourism and aviation, experienced disruptions such as flightcancellations. This study aims to determine the strategy that Tiket.com is runningin dealing with airline ticket sales in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collectiontechnique used by researchers is by conducting interviews, observations,questionnaires and then processed using SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis ofthe company's position from the IFAS and EFAS tables, the internal factors are0.87 and the external factors are -0.21. This airline has a position in quadrant II,the diversification strategy was implemented due to the threat situation for thecompany. Based on the SWOT matrix, the strategy that can be taken is the STstrategy. Based on the Internal-External matrix, Tiket.com's position is in box IIwith a total internal strategic value of 2.67 and a total external strategic value of3.23. The growth strategy can be applied with the innovation and marketingstrategies that Tiket.com has been used to penetrate the market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), CapitalAdequacy Ratio (CAR), and inflation simultaneously or partially on MurabahahFinancing Volume.The independent variables used in this study are Third Party Funds (DPK),Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), CapitalAdequacy Ratio (CAR), and Inflation. The population used in this study is IslamicCommercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2015-2019. The sample used in thisstudy were 12 Islamic commercial banks, with a purposive sampling method so that52 research data were obtained. This study uses secondary data obtained from theannual reports of each bank. The data analysis method used is multiple linearregression analysis using SPSS 21.The results of this study indicate that partially the Third Party Fund (DPK)and the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) have a positive and significant effect onMurabahah Financing Volume. Meanwhile, Non Performing Financing (NPF),Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and inflation have no effect on MurabahahFinancing Volume. Then simultaneously Third Party Funds (DPK), NonPerforming Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), CapitalAdequacy Ratio (CAR), and Inflation have an effect on Murabahah FinancingVolume.

Abstract

The purchasing decision is influenced by several aspects. In this research,the writer will discuss about the influence of religiosity, halal certification andproduct ingredients. In this study, the population used was consumers of DokiDoki Streetfoodproducts in Semarang City during the event and because the population wasunknown, the sampling technique used was to use the Lemeshow formula whichresulted in 100 respondents.This research is a quantitative research and uses incidental sampling,namely the technique of determining the sample based on chance, that is, anyonewho happens to meet the researcher and can be used as a sample if it is consideredthat someone who happens to be met is suitable as a data source. The results showsthat Religiosity, Halal Certification, Product Ingredients have positive effect onPurchasing Decisions, both pratially and simultanously.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan harus memutuskan sejauh mana menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya dengan kondisi-kondisi yang ada. Faktor – faktor yang dikuasai dandapat digunakan oleh marketing manajer guna mempengaruhi penjualan atau bisajuga diartikan sebagai pendapatan perusahaan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeliapartemen pada proyek The Alton Apartment pada perusahaan PT. PP Properti, Tbk.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 100 orang dengan tekniksampling adalah accidental sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknikanalisis data dengan uji regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa seluruh variabel dalampenelitian yang meliputi product, price, place, dan promotion baik secara parsialmaupun secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada The AltonApartment, maka secara statistik dinyatakan bahwa semua hipotesis penelitianditerima.

Abstract

Dengan berjalannya pertumbuhan bisnis ritel di Kota Semarang, menyebabkan semakin tingginya pula tingkat persaingan bisnis ritel yang dihadapi oleh Toko Alfamart Banowati.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh atmosfer toko dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak100 responden dan teknik yang digunakan Purposive Sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh konsumen. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis ini meliputi Uji Validitas, UjiReliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji Hipotesis melalui Uji t dan Uji F, serta analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2 ). Dari analisis regresi didapat persamaansebagai berikut :Y = 8,693 + 0,247 X1 + 0,210 X2 + eVariabel atmosfer toko memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap loyalitaskonsumen yaitu sebesar 0,247, dan variabel kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh yangrendah sebesar 0,210. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa keduavariabel independen yang diteliti terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapvariabel dependen. Variabel atmosfer toko menghasilkan nilai thitung sebesar 2.545 > ttabel1.988 dan variabel kualitas pelayanan nilai thitung sebesar 2.393 >ttabel 1.988. Kemudian hasilanalisis menggunakan uji F yaitu nilai Fhitung 8,496 > Ftabel 3,09. Angka koefisien determinasi(R2 ) menunjukkan bahwa 14,9%. Sedangkan sisanya 85,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainyang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Likuiditas, ManajemenRisiko dan Fungsi Intermediasi  terhadap Kinerja Bank Umum (KBU)  (Studi  padaBank Umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018. Sampel yangdipilih adalah perusahaan yang rutin melaporkan data keuangan dalam waktu 5 tahunterakhir dan diperoleh 10 perusahaan dengan data sebanyak 50 data. Analisis kualitatifmeliputi uji t dan uji f, serta koefisien determinasi (R). Data-data yang telah memenuhiuji asumsi klasik, uji autokorelasi, uji regresi berganda diolah sehingga menghasilkanpersamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y = 10.699 + 0.005 X1 - 0.031 X2 - 0.092 X3. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa Nilai t hitung 2koefisien Likuiditas sebesar 2.222 > t tabel 1.6786 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.031≤ 0.10. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap Kinerja Bank Umum.  Nilai t hitung koefisien Manajemen Risikosebesar -0.304 < t tabel 1.6786 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.763 ≥ 0.10. Nilai t hitungkoefisien Fungsi Intermediasi sebesar -5.352 < t tabel 1.6786 dengan nilai signifikansisebesar 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Dari hasil uji F tersebut diperoleh F tabel sebesar 2.81. Atas dasarnilai F hitung  (13.622) > F tabel (2.81) dan nilai Kinerja Bank Umum  signifikansi sebesar0.000 < tingkat alpha 0.05.  Koefisien Determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,470 atau 47,0%selebihnya 53.0% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam peneliti lain.
