The purpose of this study were (1) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate on employee motivation, (2) to analyze and test the effect of competence on employee motivation, (3) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate to employee performance at the offices of District Ghost, (4) to analyze and test the effect of competence on employee performance, (5) to analyze and examine the influence of motivation to employee performance, (6) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate to employee performance organizations through the mediation of motivation, (7) for analyze and test the effect of competence on staff performance through the mediation of motivation.The population in this study are all Civil Servants in the Office - Office in the Kudus District, amounting to 1044 people. While the sample size was set at 110 respondents with proportional random sampling technique, data collection was the questionnaire. Data analysis using a model of causality or influence, to test the hypothesis proposed in this research, technical analysis is used Structural Equation Modelling or SEM, which is operated through the AMOS program.Based on the analysis concludes that (1) there is a significant positive effect between the Organization of the motivational climate proved, because the CR value of 3.205 with P value of 0.001. (2) there is a significant positive influence of competence on motivation evident because the CR value of 2.770 with P value of 0.006. (3) there is a significant positive influence of climate on performance organization prove the value of CR of 2.291 with P value of 0022. (4) there is a significant positive effect between competency to employee performance data prove it is known that the CR value of 2.241 with P value of 0.025. (5) there is a significant positive effect of motivation on the performance of CR pegawa proved her value of 2.092 with P value of 0.036. (6) there is a significant positive influence of climate on the performance of the Organization with the mediation of motivation is not proven it can be seen that the CR value of 1.866 with P value of 0061. (7) there is a significant positive influence of competence on the performance of employees with the mediation of motivation does not prove this case the data is known that the CR value of 1.763 with P value of 0062

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the influence of principal leadership style on teacher job satisfaction, (2) the influence of MBS on teacher working kepuassan, (3) the influence of organizational climate on the performance of teachers (4) the influence of principal leadership style on teacher performance , (5) the influence of MBS on teacher performance, (6) the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction of teachers (7) the influence of teachers' job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. While the population of this research is junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 04 Demak district, amounting to 395 teachers in 13 junior high schools, the sample of 100 people taken to calculate the population units. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM. The findings showed that (1) leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction can be accepted, because the CR of 2.096 and significant at 0.036, a significant direct effect of 0.191. (2) MBS on job satisfaction is also acceptable because the CR of 3.206 and 0.001 significant, strong and direct effect of 0.318, (3) Organizational climate has a positive effect on job satisfaction can be accepted, because the CR of 2.750 and 0.006 significant and direct influence 0.261 strong. (4) leadership style has a significant influence on teachers' performance is acceptable, because the CR of 3.096 and 0.002 significant and direct effect of the strong 0.329. (5) MBS have significant and positive effect on job satisfaction can be accepted as equal to 2.162 and significant CR equal to 0.031, and a strong direct effect of 0.235. (6) organizational climate has no influence on teacher performance, as CR of 0.448 and significant at 0.654, and the direct effect is not significant at 0.044 and (7) job satisfaction has a positive and significant teacher performance is acceptable, because the CR of 3.183 and significant at 0.001, and a strong direct effect of 0.544.

This study examines the performance improvement of marketing in the context of environmental adaptability, which examined the effect of creativity programs entrepreneurial orientation and marketing performance and creativity to the performance of marketing programs both before and in the context of environmental adaptability. The respondents are the managers of SMEs who are members of the Organization Centra Industries (OCI) Sculpture and Carving in Center Industry Mulyoharjo Jepara. which amounts to 157. Given the limited number of population, sampling method with the census method, meaning the number of samples equal to the population of which amounted to 157. The study results indicate that 1). When oriented entrepreneurial SMEs, the marketing of higher performance. This means that performance improvements constructed by the orientation of entrepreneurial marketing with innovation indicators, dare to take risks and act proactively 2). If SMEs have the creativity of marketing programs, the higher the marketing performance. This means that marketing performance improvement constructed by the creativity of marketing programs with indicators of reference, the discussion of marketing programs and compliance programs. 3). If SMEs have entrepreneurial orientation, the higher the creativity of marketing programs. It means increased creativity of marketing programs built by entrepreneurial orientation to the indicators of innovation, daring to take risks and act proactively 4). Moderating environmental adaptability and creativity of entrepreneurial orientation on performance marketing programs pemasaran.Artinya high environmental adaptability will increase the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and creativity of the marketing program marketing performance

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the characteristics of information sources in the form of the credibility of information sources and attraction information consumer attitudes to make purchases through the internet with the risk perceived by consumers as moderation. Sampling techniques which are used in this study is snowball sampling. The number of sample of 120 respondents in this study deemed to have met the criteria for determination of sample size which is suggested by Malhotra, Roscoe, and Kline. These results indicate that the higher the credibility and attraction information resources the perception of consumers the consumer attitude that will be established on the recommendation of the sources of information will be positive. High risk may weaken the relationship characteristics of information resources the attitude of consumers to make purchases via the internet.

Target of this research is to analyzed participation in compilation of budget, clarity of feedback and target pass variable satisfaction of job and uncertainty of environment have an effect on directly or indirectly to performance of managerial. This research is conducted by taking sample counted 225 manager or superintendent of distributed manager storey; level counted 800 manager with response rate 38,13% Its enumeration by using SEM Analyzed with processing of AMOS version 5.0 and SPSS version 17. Result of research indicate that participation compilation of budget can be proved by signifikan have positive influence to performance of manajerial through positive impact and signifikan of satisfaction and uncertainty of environment, and so do for the feedback of budget can be proved by signifikan have positive influence to performance of manajerial through positive impact and signifikan of uncertainty of environment, indirect influence other budgeting system characteristic variable, that is participation compilation of budget, clarity of budget target and budget feedback from third itshis only participation variable compilation of shown success budget by signifikan its influence to the increasing of performance of manajerial. While clarity of unprovable target by signifikan have influence to performance of manajerial through positive impact and signifikan of satisfaction and uncertainty of environment, and so do for the feed back of budget nor can be proved by signifikan its influence to performance of manajerial through positive impact and signifikan of satisfaction.

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2) dan komitmen organisasional (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dilingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati yang mencakup 9 bagian, dimana menurut data terakhir jumlah populasi sebanyak 312 orang. Sampel dilakukan secara Proporsional Random Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan perbandingan. Peneliti memproporsionalkan jumlah populasi berdasarkan jumlah pegawai yang ada dimasing-masing Bagian dilingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan rumus Slovin jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis (H1) yang menyatakan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan hipotesis (H2) yang menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja serta hipotesis (H3) yang menyatakan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, diterima. Demikian juga hipotesis (H4) yang menyatakan bahwa motivasi, kepuasan, dan komitmen organisasional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, diterima. Hasil pengujian ini dapat dimaknai bahwa pegawai yang memiliki motivasi dan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, maka akan cenderung mempunyai kinerja yang tinggi terhadap organisasi. Untuk mencapai kinerja yang tinggi, maka motivasi dan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati harus ditingkatkan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemeriksaan pajak terhadap penerimaan pajak. Melalui manajemen pemeriksaan yang merupakan upaya untuk penegakan hukum (law enforcement), apakah penerimaan pajak dari masing-masing wajib pajak mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara rata-rata nominal penerimaan Pajak Penghasilan Badan, rasio Laba Sebelum Pajak terhadap Penjualan dan rasio Pajak Penghasilan Badan terhadap Penjualan, periode 2 (dua) tahun sebelum pemeriksaan, periode tahun pemeriksaan, dan periode 2 (dua) tahun setelah pemeriksaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov diketahui bahwa data tentang rata-rata penerimaan Pajak Penghasilan Badan (CIT), rata-rata Laba Sebelum Pajak terhadap Penjualan (EBT) dan rata-rata penerimaan pajak berdasarkan rasio Pajak Penghasilan Badan terhadap Penjualan (CITS) dari masing-masing wajib pajak ternyata menunjukkan distribusi data tidak normal. Uji Peringkat Bertanda Wilcoxon ternyata hasil pemeriksaan pajak meningkatkan penerimaan Pajak Penghasilan Badan (CIT) untuk masing-masing wajib pajak secara nominal. Peningkatan penerimaan nominal tersebut tidak diikuti oleh peningkatan yang signifikan pada rata-rata rasio Laba Sebelum Pajak terhadap Penjualan (EBT) dan rata-rata penerimaan pajak berdasarkan rasio Pajak Penghasilan Badan terhadap Penjualan (CITS). Berarti bahwa peningkatan penerimaan Pajak Penghasilan Badan secara nominal diperoleh dari peningkatan tambahan atas penjualan yang diikuti oleh pelaporan penjualan yang meningkat pada tahun -tahun berikutnya.

The rapidly technology process on globalisasion era in business world, makes the decision making is the important thing to make decision faced with the competition in business world. The decision making can be influence by a few aspect, which can influence the decision maker to accelerate perfectly and correctly the decision making. The development of information system and information technology was to give birth to a decision support system or DSS. DSS is a computer based system, almost always interactive, designed to assist a manager (or another decision maker) in making decision. The purpose of this paper is to assess the benefit of DSS to management as decision maker. More specifically, this paper provides a summary of DSS can result a correct and flexible decision with aspect which influence that decision, and give a report in order to user can understand why this software choose that decision.
