Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the product quality, product value, and quality of relationships in shaping consumer loyalty. On the operational development of theoretical models of this study can be done through express and interpret the relationship between product quality and product value on loyalty. Testing the mediating role of relationship quality in relation to the influence of product quality and product value on loyalty. Sampling was carried out by proportional stratified random sampling method. In this research study is a partial sample of consumers Korean cars in Indonesia. Amount of sample that meets the requirements of 114. This amount is in accordance with the calculation that says that the sample size depends on the number of indicators used in all the variables multiplied by 5 to 10. The results showed that increasing product quality and value of the product increases the quality of relationships between companies and customers and further increase customer loyalty. The stronger the mediating role of relationship quality the more it will enhance the relationship between product quality and product value on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Within the context of debates about integrated and territorial approaches to rural development in Indonesia regions, this paper introduces the notion of integrated rural theorized in relation to the concepts of embeddedness, dis-embeddedness, endogeneity, and empowerment. The paper reports on qualitative research which explored the existence of such characteristics in rural networks operating among small businesses and resource controllers in the Jayapura. It is argued that the creation of embedded and endogenous networks does not necessarily result in empowerment for all concerned. Complex issues of participation and inclusion remain central to the creation of equitable, sustainable, and integrated rural.

Abstract

One of the institutions of micro economy in Bali is Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) which is owned by the village. LPD in Bali has the anually average of assets development about 24,55%, the average of fund development in a form of saving and deposit about 25,11%, and credits about 23,84%, credits problem volume about 1,98 % and Capital Adequati Ratio about 25 %. Its means LPD has a Good Performance and Growth. Hindus in Bali follow the value of balance which based on the theory of Tri Hita Karana which consists of : Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan. By writing this paper, the writer wants to explain the theory of Tri Hita Karana and the performance and Growth of LPD in Bali. The purposes are : first, to understand the general background of LPD in Bali; second, to understand the values which exist in the theory of Tri Hita Karana; third, to know the role of the theory of Tri Hita Karana for the Performance and Growth of LPD in Bali. The result of this study shows that : first, LPD as the important place of many sacred values in Bali has excellent of Performance and Growth; second, there are many sacred and high values exist in the theory of Tri Hita Karana, they are : always stay in Gods path, honesty, hardworking, excellent time management, harmonious cooperation, faith in words, efficiency, full of creativeness and spirit to grow more, keeping the safety. Third, the values of Tri Hita Karana can form the good mentality of the stakeholders of LPD which has been playing the important role to developing and Performance the LPD in Bali.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is 1). Are there influense on organisation commitment, participation, and motivation as partial and multiple to work performance PT Bank Lippo Tbk Unit of Kudus. 2) To find what the most influense variable to work performance PT Bank Lippo Tbk. Unit of Kudus. The respondents of this study are 43 employee of PT Bank Lippo Tbk Unit of Kudus. Analysis technique is used Partial Regression. The results of this research show that as partial variable organization commitment and motivation are influence on work performance, but participation variable not influense on work performance. Results of hipotesis test show that t test value organization commitmet and motivation variable are 2,912 and 1,166 the most that t tabel 2,021. So result of hipotesis test show that t test value participation variable -1,148 the lest from t tabel 2,021. The multiple variable organization commitment, participation and motivation are influense on work performance. Result of hipotesis test show that F test value 4,504 the most that F test tabel of 2,839. The most influense variable to work performance PT Bank Lippo Tbk Unit of Kudus is motivation variable

Abstract

In corporate governance literatures, board diversity is often assumed to increase board efficacy and monitoring, thus increase market performance. In this study board is defined as the combination of board of commissioners and directors since Indonesia uses two-tier board system. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of board diversity as measured by board members nationality on firms market performance as measured by price to book value ratio. This research also used company size and industry type as control variables. Samples consisted of 52 companies in 2006, 69 companies in 2007, and 45 companies in 2008, totalling 166 observation. All sample companies were listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange from the year 2006 until 2008. The hypothesis test using multiple regression analysis showed that board members nationality does not have any significant impact on firms market performance. On the other hand, size and industry type do have significant effects on firms market performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of service quality variable toward patient loyalty mediated by patients satisfaction in Keluarga Sehat Hospital Pati. This study used samples of 100 respondent. Methods of collecting data through questionnaires using a Likert scale with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analysis using path analysis techniques (path analysis). The result showed : 1) Service Quality variable had a significant effect on patient loyality but not directly 2) Service quality variable had a significant efeect on patient loyality. 3) Service quality variable had a significant effect on loyality through the mediating variable of customer loyalty. 4) Service Quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This result showed that service quality can establish customer satisfaction, patients will feel happy to get additional service than what their expect so they will be satisfied and will form a customer loyalty in Keluarga Sehat Hospital Pati.

Abstract

Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Jayapura dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan. Pendidikan sebagai landasan untuk meningkatkan keahlian teoritis, dan moral serta kematangan dalam pengambilan keputusan sedangkan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tehnis dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang relevan guna mendukung keberhasilan tugastugas para pegawai. Berdasarkan jawaban responden tentang pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Jayapura, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menyatakan setuju dengan jenis, materi dan waktu pelaksanaan pelatihan bila diberikan dengan baik akan meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Jayapura. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat tinggi antara pelatihan dan prestasi kerja, dimana koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa prestasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan sebesar 87 % sedangkan sisanya 13 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB-I dan OCB-O, dengan dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel moderating. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan model dari OCBs, sehingga bermanfaat bagi akademisi dan praktisi. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap di Universitas Palangka Raya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 161 dosen tetap di Universitas Palangka Raya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model dengan Amos ver 18. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dukungan organisasi mampu memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhada OCB-O dan OCB-I. Kepuasan kerja berperngaruh signifikan terhadap OCB-O

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate on employee motivation, (2) to analyze and test the effect of competence on employee motivation, (3) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate to employee performance at the offices of District Ghost, (4) to analyze and test the effect of competence on employee performance, (5) to analyze and examine the influence of motivation to employee performance, (6) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate to employee performance organizations through the mediation of motivation, (7) for analyze and test the effect of competence on staff performance through the mediation of motivation.The population in this study are all Civil Servants in the Office - Office in the Kudus District, amounting to 1044 people. While the sample size was set at 110 respondents with proportional random sampling technique, data collection was the questionnaire. Data analysis using a model of causality or influence, to test the hypothesis proposed in this research, technical analysis is used Structural Equation Modelling or SEM, which is operated through the AMOS program.Based on the analysis concludes that (1) there is a significant positive effect between the Organization of the motivational climate proved, because the CR value of 3.205 with P value of 0.001. (2) there is a significant positive influence of competence on motivation evident because the CR value of 2.770 with P value of 0.006. (3) there is a significant positive influence of climate on performance organization prove the value of CR of 2.291 with P value of 0022. (4) there is a significant positive effect between competency to employee performance data prove it is known that the CR value of 2.241 with P value of 0.025. (5) there is a significant positive effect of motivation on the performance of CR pegawa proved her value of 2.092 with P value of 0.036. (6) there is a significant positive influence of climate on the performance of the Organization with the mediation of motivation is not proven it can be seen that the CR value of 1.866 with P value of 0061. (7) there is a significant positive influence of competence on the performance of employees with the mediation of motivation does not prove this case the data is known that the CR value of 1.763 with P value of 0062

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the influence of principal leadership style on teacher job satisfaction, (2) the influence of MBS on teacher working kepuassan, (3) the influence of organizational climate on the performance of teachers (4) the influence of principal leadership style on teacher performance , (5) the influence of MBS on teacher performance, (6) the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction of teachers (7) the influence of teachers' job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. While the population of this research is junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 04 Demak district, amounting to 395 teachers in 13 junior high schools, the sample of 100 people taken to calculate the population units. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM. The findings showed that (1) leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction can be accepted, because the CR of 2.096 and significant at 0.036, a significant direct effect of 0.191. (2) MBS on job satisfaction is also acceptable because the CR of 3.206 and 0.001 significant, strong and direct effect of 0.318, (3) Organizational climate has a positive effect on job satisfaction can be accepted, because the CR of 2.750 and 0.006 significant and direct influence 0.261 strong. (4) leadership style has a significant influence on teachers' performance is acceptable, because the CR of 3.096 and 0.002 significant and direct effect of the strong 0.329. (5) MBS have significant and positive effect on job satisfaction can be accepted as equal to 2.162 and significant CR equal to 0.031, and a strong direct effect of 0.235. (6) organizational climate has no influence on teacher performance, as CR of 0.448 and significant at 0.654, and the direct effect is not significant at 0.044 and (7) job satisfaction has a positive and significant teacher performance is acceptable, because the CR of 3.183 and significant at 0.001, and a strong direct effect of 0.544.
