Abstract

The objectif of this research to examine the effect of emotional intelegence, job satisfaction, and the organizational commitment toward employees performance at Koperasi Telkom Siporennu Makassar. The research uses 35 respondent of 35 members of population. The data were analyzed by multiple regretion. The results stated tree independent variables there were positive and significantly influence toward employees performance, both simultaneously and partially. Abstract

The aim of the study to analyze the extent to which the harmony between programming services owned by BDS-P with applicable government regulation and associated with the development of SMEs in East Java. Research subjects in this study were BDS-P (Business Development Services Provider) that is a profession that provides various forms of service/services to clients engaged in business development. While the object of this research is a service/services provided by BDS-P to the client. In this study HOQ matrix to facilitate the measure of harmony. The study says that, the program services of the BDS-P in Korda Bojonegoro has had a good harmony. Korda Surabaya require efforts to improve compatibility. Korda Madura has been able to achieve full harmony. Korda Jember harmony rate is among the lowest compared to other cord-cord. Korda Malang has the highest level of compatibility as compared to other cord. Korda Kediri showed that the harmony of the BDS-P in cord still needs to be improved. Korda Madiun including that need attention compared with other cords. Keywords: Business Development Services–Provider, government policie, SME

Abstract

The secondari Market is veri important for investor to know as information as cash flow, and dividend policy and  stock prices. This study aimed to determine the effect of cash flow and dividend policy on stock prices either simultaneously or partially. This study uses purposive sampling method in the selection of the sample and study period consisted of 7 days which is 3 days before and after the publication of the financial statements. The statistical methods used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous cash flow, and dividend policy affect stock prices. However, partial results show that  only cash flow  investing negatively affect while dividend policy has no effect on stock prices. Keywords: stock price, cash flow, and dividend policy

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: (1) To determine the relationship between the merchant profile traders business activities development in tourism Batu (2). To determine the relationship between business profile traders with the development of business activities of traders in the tourist Batu City (3). To determine the development of business-to-income trader traders in tourism in the City of Stone. The population used as samples are traders who move in Stone Town is a tourist attraction in: Selecta, Songgoriti, Java Park, BNS and Stone Town Square and the number of samples defined as respondents were 100 respondents. While data analysis using the Statistical Analysis Descriptive Frequency Distributions and Statistical Analysis Inferential the Chi Square analysis. From the analysis of Chi Square menunjukaan that there is a significant relationship between the level of education, type of traded goods as well as a means of business activity with the development of business activities. Abstract

This study aims at: (i) analyzing the direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction; (ii) analyzing the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty (iii ) analyzing the direct effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty; (iv) Testing empirically the factors of service quality wich is influential in the process of customer loyalty throught customer satisfaction. This study is a survey research -type explanations. The samples used are 112 respondents as clients of Microfinance Institutions Sharia (LKMS) Malang. Sampling techniques of purposive sampling . Statistical analysis path analysis.The results: (i) quality of service a significant effect on customer satisfaction , while the dimensions of tangibles and empathy has no effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. (ii) The service quality a significant effect on customer loyalty. (iii) affect customer satisfaction has on an effect customer loyalty. (iv) The quality of the service a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of achievement faculty consisting of Frequency of Attendance, Level Pendidkan, Teaching Experience, and incentives for quality output either simultaneously or partially. This study is a population study, in which the data subject is tested through two stages of validity and reliability testing with a form of analysis that path analysis. The results of this study indicate that partial frequency of attendance (X1) effect on quality output at 71.9%, the level of education (X2) effect on quality output at 74.7%, teaching experience (X3) influence the quality output 75.3 % and incentives (X4) affect the quality output of 62.9%. simultaneous frequency of attendance (X1) education level (X2) teaching experience (X3) and incentives (X4) positive and significant impact on the quality output by 70.8% while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by variables that do not exist in the model.
