Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources in an organization becomes an obligation, especially in increasing teacher resources in the world of education. The use of information technology is now a necessity for teachers to help the learning process and in managing school administration. In the implementation of assistance to community service activities, assistance has been carried out in relation to optimizing information technology in supporting teachers in the learning process and in the administration ofteachers in managing records. The method of activities carried out is to identify the problems that exist in SD Muhammadiyah Pandes, especially those related to information technology and provide assistance to teachers and administration. The teachers are assisted in the development of making information technology-based teaching materials and administrative managers by making electronic records. The results of dedication carried out is providing training for teachers to be able to develop teaching materials based on information technology using the Sparkol application and quiz creator as well as for administration by using information technology-based archive applications with Arterial applications.

Abstract

Increasing volume of data that stored in a relational database can cause a reduction in data access speed. The addition of data and database queries can affects the speed of the performance of the information system. The use of document-oriented, non-relational (NoSQL) databases such as MongoDB can help in grouping data logically. Documents and collections do not need to be determined well before making, because it is very flexible. Built-in features of MongoDB have high scalability and are compatible with a variety of software. Data conversion is a very scalable solution, because data will be stored in cloud-based storage, thus saving storage space and server maintenance costs. The latest MongoDB feature also supports multi document ACID transactions to support data integrity. Data conversion case study will use data from the UMKM information system (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) that has been developed previously with a MySQL relational database. The UMKM information system database will support a new database based on NoSQL MongoDB, in order to improve access performance, increase scalability, save on server maintenance costs and help strengthen data integrity. MongoDB database performance test results using the YCSB Client with an increased number of threads affect the linear increase in throughput (ops / sec) and the amount of data.

Abstract

The obstacle that is often encountered is the phenomenon of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain, this will hamper the supply chain itself. Bullwhip effect can occur due to high demand on upstream channels compared to downstream channels. The Yogyakarta sari juice distributor experienced product fluctuations in retailers, thus affecting the demand and inaccuracy of safety stock at retailers and also the central company. This research was conducted using the periodic review method, which is an effort to reduce information distortion on the supply chain chain, by collecting sales and order data from the company. Abstract

The main part of this final project is to create an e-commerce website at Syaunah Fashion store. Syaunah Fashion is a business store engaged in the sale of Muslim clothing. Syaunah Fashion does not have a product sales service through the internet or commonly referred to as e-commerce (Electronic Commerce). The store can only serve transactions made on the spot. And for the recording of customers who buy goods, until the storage of other data related to the sales process to report generation is still using the manual system. The method used by the authors in data collection for the title of Web-Based Sales Information System Design Syaunah Fashion Store using interviews. The supporting software used is Sublime Text and MySQL database. With the existence of web-based sales system, which has been connected with the database, facilitate the processing of sales transaction data with this computerized system helps in terms of product marketing, information will be provided to consumers can be faster, and also be the best solution to solve problems Is in this company.

Abstract

Jurassic Pet Shop is a company engaged in pet care services. In the pet care process, customers must come to the pet shop to find out the availability of a cage for their pets. Likewise if they will take their pets. Therefore, the aim of this research is to create a web-based pet care information system to make it easier for customers to leave their pets and provide information about pet care. This research uses object-oriented method or object oriented programming (OOP) method, prototype system development, and analysis and design tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The result of this research is that customers can make pet care transactions online, and provide better quality pet care services.

Abstract

UNIKOM is a university in the field of technology, information and communication which continuously improves quality, efficiency and products to be able to compete. The not yet integrated quality assurance system is the basis for the implementation of this research with the aim of knowing the current system, making system design, analyzing and testing the system to optimize the information system. For the system development method using several tools such as flowmaps, context diagrams and data flow diagrams.The results of research at the QA Directorate of the IKA Directorate concluded that the quality assurance information system is expected to help manage Lecturer data, teaching data, lecture data and e-SPMI more quickly and can reduce errors in the data recording process and reduce errors in reporting.

Abstract

The optimal management of regional property has become a basic requirement for local governments in realizing good governance. Official vehicles as one part of regional property have a significant function. However, the process of managing official vehicles in regional organizations of Salatiga government is still not optimal. For example, the frequency of vehicle maintenance schedules are missed and vehicle tax payments are due. The change of official vehicle users also often occurs and it will be a problem if the process is not recorded properly. This study aims to design an applications in supporting regional organizations at Salatiga government for managing data and presenting information related to official vehicles. This study used the Linear Sequential Model / Waterfall Model. The data collection covered observation, interviews and literature study. The application wasmade in the form of a desktop application using the Node.js platform and it is based on javascript and utilizes the electron framework. The database used SQLite. Analysis and design of the system used a structured method through the stages of making normalization, relations between tables, entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, flowcharts, and interface design. The resulting application is tested using the blackbox testing method. The analysis of test results shows that the application is functioning normally according to the expected results. The main function of managing data on the use and maintenance of official vehicles has been successful through all the test scenarios conducted.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the content for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to be used for promotion on social media. Increasing the number of social media users, especially young people, can certainly be one of the promotion targets. Thus, the existence of social media must be utilized by SMEs to become one of the promotional media. The method used the qualitative method. The steps for developing media content are (1) pre-production, (2) production (3) postproduction, (4) Upload to social media (5) Evaluation of the content results. The results are video content of SME agents that can be used as a medium of promotion and uploaded on social media.

Abstract

Currently, business people are faced with various difficulties such as the number of competitors. Therefore, the company must be able to maintain in accordancewith the customer's expectations. Companies are expected to be more creative in designing and formulating business strategies, especially those that will be applied to anticipate various kinds of changes. One of the business agents is the ABCsupermarket. ABC supermarkets must have a strategy in developing their businessduring the COVID-19 pandemic so that all goods can be sold and can maintain thecustomers. The concept implemented SWOT and QSPM analysis. Previousresearch showed that the company's position was still in cell I with a total IFE value of 3.026 and an EFE value of 3.539, as well as resulted in 6 alternative business development strategies. The assessment of the QSPM matrix with thehighest TAS score of 5.125 is perfecting the management information system,human resources, and management organization.

Abstract

Decision Support System Using the Promethee Method is a solution for selecting partners in an Event Organizer service company. In determining the selection of work partners in this system, it is based on ratings or rankings taken from the calculation results of each criterion. From the results of these calculations, a rating of 1 (one) to 3 (three) is taken, to determine the ranking used 5 (five) criteria. The object of this research is an event organizer service company that will determine its partners. This development will affect the company's consideration of choosing a partner offered by an EO because partners are one of the important parts that play a role in running an event, namely those that provide facilities such as for parties, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and others.
