Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the water heater industry (solar water heater) located in Bogor, West Java. Currently the company does not have a raw material inventory method, because the company does not have a fixed schedule for ordering raw materials, so there is often a vacuum of raw materials. WinQSB version2.0 is a quantitative management analysis software used to process data. Based on the results of data processing obtained a group of components that have the largest inventory costs, namely group A (Electric Heater, Thermostate, and ELCB). The value of economic order quantity (EOQ) 3208Pcs with a total cost of IDR 2,553,370,500, the amount of safety stock is 80Pcs, and the value of ROP (Reorder Point) is 497Pcs, which means the company must have 80 safety stock of raw materials each component and when the raw material stock reaches 497 must be re-ordered. The total cost with the Period Order Quantity (POQ) order quantity (Q) analysis is Rp2,611,285,900, and the total cost with the period order analysis is Rp2,541,200,900. So it is recommended to the company to implement an inventory system with an analysis of Period Order Quntity (POQ) based on the order period (P) because it can save inventory costs by Rp.182,563,934.

Abstract

Registration at a school is a very important initial process. With a good registration system will simplify and streamline the process of admission of new students. With the development of technology today, making all community activities related to the world of the internet, including in the process of accepting new students at a school. MI DAARUL HIKMAH (PINK 02) is a private elementary school based on Islamic religious education. This school has been established since 1998 with a higher public awareness of the importance of religious knowledge, causing many new students who want to enter this school. New Student Registration at this school still uses a manual system, and raises several problems. Among the differences in the existing data on the New Student Registration Committee and the Administration, there are often double data, and the process of disseminating information is less efficient to the Walimurid. An application is needed that facilitates the process of accepting new students at this school. Then the MI DAARUL HIKMAH New Student Registration Information System (PINK 02) was successfully created. The design of a web-based student registration information system can assist the school in carrying out the registration and admission of prospective new students. The entire data can be stored in a database that will be a school archive will be far safer than having to save reportsfiles that are not efficient and allow damage and loss. This information system can display announcements of new students who are accepted or rejected.

Abstract

This study purpose to design an environmentally friendly forging machine in the group of "DL" and "PRT" pande besi who are partners in the Village of Palbapang, PandakDistrict, Bantul Regency. So far, the two partners have made agricultural equipment manually by treating raw materials or heated iron forged repeatedly using a hammer according to the desired form of agricultural equipment. For this process, 3 workers are needed, even though the current condition of the two groups of pande besi is the difficulty of finding workers, so that market demand related to agricultural equipment cannot be fulfilled.The research method is carried out after all data and information have been collected by designing an environmentally friendly forging machine with the help of showhare autocad, then looking for materials and tools that will be used to make the design of the forging machine, and making environmentally friendly forging machinesaccording to the specifications obtained . Before being submitted to partners, testing of the number of punches per minute, as well as the noise level. The results that have been achieved in this study are the creation of an environmentally friendly forging machine design with the capacity to forge machetes roughly 5 pieces / hour, as well as a one-time blow to the depressed workpiece depth of 2 to 3 mm with the number of blows produced 200 to 250 punch a minute, with the noisecaused to the forging machine at 60 dBA. From these results there was a 45% reduction in the noise figure from the previous one using a 110.17dBA manual tool to 60 dBA.The capacity of agricultural equipment production in the two partners of the iron court group increased to 2 to 3 times when compared to using human labor, and in the end could improve the welfare of the partner iron-iron group and the iron-iron society in general.

Abstract

People will be capable of performing their good if supported by good working environment. The state of the environment a less well may be demanded of time andenergy more which is certainly not support procures design working system efficient and productive. In planning and design working system attention should be given to any factor that could be affect the work environment as, temperature, moisture, lighting, and noise.Methods used in research this is the method fuzzy inference system mamdani. This method used to determine environmental conditions in the work where to known each range of four variables that were used to know space good working for employees. By using the method fuzzy inference mamdani system can be seen that conditions of temperature that is less than 200c , moisture 52.5 % , lighting 200 lux , noise 47.5 then by using the method fuzzy inference system mamdani with the help of the application of matlab then obtained the results of employee performance 90,7. With he knew the environmental conditions study good will be able to know the state of the study employees so that will yield energy good for the environment of the company by therefore digunakanlah the tools to determine a decision by using matlab 2010b.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build Application of Outpatient Registration in the hope that patient registration process easier to do, efficient and has been usingthe latest technology by using Web-based application. In the event of a problem can be detected and repaired more easily and quickly. The current system at Meilia CibuburHospital is a hospital-based hospital system, a running system that has been running well and has helped get the required data officer. But on the desktop technology-based application side is limited by the access that must be in one network of Meilia Hospital only. The author studied the existing system and make the application of Outpatient Registration with the aim of renewal of hospital application technology into web-based application of course with no disrupt and almost the same for the workflow officers with existing systems.

Abstract

DISKOMINFO Sukabumi city is Office that has the task of implementing regional authority in field of management of Information and Communication Technology. The consequence of application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is with emergence of security risks. As happened in Sukabumi City Government Information System, hacking occurs by unauthorized parties. There are several ways to maintain information security, by applying information security to information technology layer technically or by doing governance. The implementation of this governance is a necessity and has become a necessity and a demand. One of them is using COBIT 5 framework with the COBIT for information security section, which focuses on information security and provides more complete guidelines and practices for information security professionals and other related parties at each interprise level. In a study at DISKOMINFO Kota Sukabumi, the selection of the COBIT 5 framework domain, was taken by mapping the organization's objectives with EG COBIT and ITRG goals. From the election was taken the enabler of EDM01, APO01, APO02, APO03, BAI02, DSS03, DSS05. The results show that Information Technology security management in DISKOMINFO is still at level 1.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the subjects is be taught in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura. These subjects are learning about computer basic operations, computer software, computer hardware, CorelDraw graphic design, internet introduction, computer networks etc. In ICT subjects students use the package book as a learning support, in the book there are many computer terms in it. The many existing computer terms make some students have difficulty to understanding the subjects matter, because not all the computer terms are described in the package book. The purpose of this research is to build the dictionary applications of computer terms based Android. The design of application system using UML (Unified ModelingLanguage), applications manufacture using software programming Notepad + + and Eclipse, while for applications development using waterfall method and system testingusing five view method. The dictionary applications of computer term have generated consists of for main menu that is a list menu of terms, menu of guide, menu of about, and menu of school profiles are user friendly and very helpful to students in studying ICT subjects. Applications are tested on Android smartphones with the same specifications but different version of the operating system, Smartfren Andromax L from the nine tested features result in an average application load speed of two point three seconds, Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime from the nine tested features result in an average application load speed two point eight seconds, and Samsung Galaxy J5 from the nine tested features result in an average application load speed of two point six seconds and all features running well.

Abstract

Learning media always develops every year, one of which is animation. Basically animation is one form of entertainment, and by making learning media can make children, especially elementary school students, become more happy in learning. Learning methods used in elementary schools still use the lecture or face-to-face method to students, so it is necessary to add more interesting learning media. In the teaching process, the teacher only uses the media as a guide to teaching, especially the Science course, as a result students find it difficult to know clearly about the living costs, especially regarding the type of animal classification. In this study the authors took research material from the results of observations and interviews of several students in elementary schools, teachers and related parties. For this reason the author made the Animal Classification Interactive Animation Program as a Learning Media in Bekasi IV Elementary School of Elementary School became one of the solutions for elementary school students in learning the types of animal classification and simplifying and improving efficiency in the learning process.

Abstract

CV. Cita Nasional is a company engaged in processing pure milk into pasteurized fresh milk and homogenization. This research was conducted to analyze defective products using the Six Sigma, Poka -Yoke and Kaizen approaches. Defective products in cup packaging from July 2017 to July 2018 is 20.71% with a target of a maximum of 3% product defects. The purpose of the research is to find out the company’s process capability with DPMO and the level of sigma capability, analyze the factors that cause product disability along with proposed improvements. The method used with Poka-Yoke and determine the action plan in quality control efforts with the Kaizen approach. The result obtained based on the Six Sigma state, namely the Define stage, obtained quality characteristics or CTQ in the form of attribute data 7 characteristic of the causes of disability. The results of the company’s perpormance baseline measurement at the Measure stage of the company were in the condition of 3.383 sigma with DPMO 29.586. The analyze phase is made control map, pareto diagram and makes fish bone diagram to obtain the factors that cause disability. During the improve phase an action plan was developed using the Poka-Yoke approach. In the control phase continuous improvement is done with the Kaizen approach which includes the Five-M checklist concept, 5W+1H (What, Why, Where, When, Who, How) and the Five Step Plan.

Abstract

Information exchange becomes one of the most important needs in life today. Included is the need for information on job vacancies. Therefore, jobseekers need a job search application based on specified criteria, as well as employers get the appropriate worker candidate with the required qualifications. The method used in making this webbased information system is waterfall method. In its implementation using HTML, CSS, and PHP Codeigniter framework as data processing framework with MySQL database. The result of this programming is a website job vacancy information that facilitate jobseeker in search (based on the criteria of interest) and apply online application. Employers may publish vacancies as well as obtain candidates that meet the required qualifications. Employer can create an interview agenda with the applicant (jobseeker). The use of PHP codeigniter framework that apply the concept of OOP and MVC makes the structure of the code becomes more structured to facilitate the maintenance and development
