Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether there is influence of OHS knowledge, OHS compliance and OHS supervision for mafacture company in Bekasi district to the number of work accident through the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management (SMK3) system. The three independent variables in this research are knowledge of OHS (X1), OHS compliance (X2), and OHS supervision (X3) and one dependent variable is Occupational Safety and Health Management System (Y).This research uses Quantitative approach with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method, data collecting is done by distributing questionnaires to 295 respondents, data processing using Lisrel program, research subject is manufacturing company in Bekasi district industrial area. The result of analysis is known that Knowledge of OHS, OHS Compliance , and OHS Supervisory simultaneously give a significant influence to the implementation of OHS Management System within the company, Lack of knowledge on OHS resulted in lack of Compliance level and lack of Supervision from Institution having authority according to the provisions of law, the forefront of OHS Management System will affect the high of low accidents in company.

Abstract

This research is a research related to how to utilize digital media technology through multimedia applications "MITA THERAPY AUTISM",so that it can be used by educators,to be applied as an application in supporting and optimizing therapeutic methods for children with special needs with autism disorders.This research was carried out directly in the scope of PLDPI SURAKARTA. Achievements obtained from the results of this study that the design can be used by teachers and have a positive effect on the development of students who experience autism disorders.In this research process, several suggestions and conclusions were made that the design and implementation of multimedia application-based learning can be used as a means to support learning and therapy needs for children with needs who experience autism disorders, especially in helping to increase the visual comprehension of students.

Abstract

3D Printer is a hardware used to print object in 3D. The objects are designed in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. The purpose of building 3D Printer using arduino mega 2560 is to reduce the production cost. So, the micro small and medium enterprises will have chances to prototype their own product. This research was using experimental method to built the 3D Printer. There are four main steps on building the 3D Printer : (1) Framing, (2) Building the extruder, (3) Configuring the code, and (4) Powering the printer. This research was taken on April to October 2018, in Surakarta and Yogyakarta. The result of this research is a 3D Printer based on Arduino Mega which can print object up to 0.4mm detail and cost less than IDR 2.4 Million, which mean it’s the cheapest 3D Printer with 30cm x 30cm working area.

Abstract

The quality of PDAM water used by the community of Sumberungu Village, Tepus Subdistrict, Gunung Kidul Regency has a hardness content (lime) of 222.3 mg / L (from laboratory tests) in a high classification (hard). If the user is old enough to cause kidney disorders (kidney stones). Based on the above, to reduce the level of lime (hardness) and save on the cost of clean water treatment, it is necessary to make clean water treatment equipment using solar cells that are environmentally friendly for the partner community groups. The construction of clean water treatment equipment that was designed by the Community Partnership Program Team (PKM) is expected to reduce the level of lime and save costs, then the hardness in water in the partner community groups can decrease. In the end it can improve the health and well-being of partner community groups and the community in general. The results of observations in the field of clean water pengolan tool in order to reduce levels of lime that is designed is able to process raw water from Sumberwungu Village which has a hardness content of 222.3 mg / L. After entering into the treatment of clean water, the hardness content becomes 76 mg / L. 429/120. So from these results there was a decrease in hardness rate of 146.2 mg / L.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the water heater industry (solar water heater) located in Bogor, West Java. Currently the company does not have a raw material inventory method, because the company does not have a fixed schedule for ordering raw materials, so there is often a vacuum of raw materials. WinQSB version2.0 is a quantitative management analysis software used to process data. Based on the results of data processing obtained a group of components that have the largest inventory costs, namely group A (Electric Heater, Thermostate, and ELCB). The value of economic order quantity (EOQ) 3208Pcs with a total cost of IDR 2,553,370,500, the amount of safety stock is 80Pcs, and the value of ROP (Reorder Point) is 497Pcs, which means the company must have 80 safety stock of raw materials each component and when the raw material stock reaches 497 must be re-ordered. The total cost with the Period Order Quantity (POQ) order quantity (Q) analysis is Rp2,611,285,900, and the total cost with the period order analysis is Rp2,541,200,900. So it is recommended to the company to implement an inventory system with an analysis of Period Order Quntity (POQ) based on the order period (P) because it can save inventory costs by Rp.182,563,934.

Abstract

Registration at a school is a very important initial process. With a good registration system will simplify and streamline the process of admission of new students. With the development of technology today, making all community activities related to the world of the internet, including in the process of accepting new students at a school. MI DAARUL HIKMAH (PINK 02) is a private elementary school based on Islamic religious education. This school has been established since 1998 with a higher public awareness of the importance of religious knowledge, causing many new students who want to enter this school. New Student Registration at this school still uses a manual system, and raises several problems. Among the differences in the existing data on the New Student Registration Committee and the Administration, there are often double data, and the process of disseminating information is less efficient to the Walimurid. An application is needed that facilitates the process of accepting new students at this school. Then the MI DAARUL HIKMAH New Student Registration Information System (PINK 02) was successfully created. The design of a web-based student registration information system can assist the school in carrying out the registration and admission of prospective new students. The entire data can be stored in a database that will be a school archive will be far safer than having to save reportsfiles that are not efficient and allow damage and loss. This information system can display announcements of new students who are accepted or rejected.

Abstract

Hall of Armor Bekasi as an organization engaged in providing services such as armor costume-making for various events. To improve human resource capabilities in providing quality and quantity of product services to optimum level, Hall of Armor Bekasi requires better support in information and communication technologies to improving the ability of personnel. Knowledge Management is one of the efforts to manage the resources of knowledge possessed by every person on this organization. This study aims to produce a model of knowledge management system in accordance with the conditions of Hall of Armor Bekasi. Using Fernandez’s method, the Contingency Factor to determine the form of knowledge management process that is suitable for the organization, as well as through prototyping to create a model of webbased KMS. This study concluded that KMS has priority on knowledge sharing is verysuitable to be applied in the Hall of Armor Bekasi as adjusted by the daily condition of the organization. Which are all of this efforts, arranged in order to improve the quality of human resources in the Hall of Armor Bekasi, which will support the quality and quantity of products of this organization in the future.

Abstract

Basically, animation is a form of entertainment, and by making learning media can make children, especially elementary school students, be more happy in learning. Learning methods used in primary schools still use lecture or face-to-face methods to students, so it is necessary to add more interesting learning media. In the teaching process, teachers only use the media as a guide for teaching, as a result students find it difficult to know clearly about the culture of the archipelago. In this study the authors took research material from the results of observations and interviews with several students in elementary schools, teachers and related parties. For this reason, the authors make the Interactive Animation Program to Know the Archipelago Culture a solution for elementary school students in learning the types of archipelago culture and to facilitate and improve efficiency in the learning process.

Abstract

The house will not be separated from everyday human, because the house is a human need as a place to live. Therefore, prospective home buyers should consider the choice of home. In a housing exhibition, the agents used the media in the form of mockups and printed brochures of interestable prints possible to sell housing products. Through promotional media brochures and mockups is not uncommon for prospective buyers are still confused to imagine the image or shape of the house to be built because the promotion is still using 2-dimensional objects that have a limited viewpoint. Agents also choose brochures rather than mockups in their promotional media because in the cost of making a maket the price is too expensive and must make some type of type. And to perfect the mock and the brochures, then in this study aims to apply augmented reality technology to describe the housing sold in the form of 3dimensional objects. After augmented reality is used, the Agent can promote the house to replace the maket and brochure with the marker. A marker is a pattern created, in the form of an image the camera will recognize. Data collection methods in this study using observation, literature study and documentation while the method of system development using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. Making this application using various software that is 3ds Max for creating object 3D, Unity3D to create augmented reality, and Photoshop to create layout design, marker, and brochure. The test results android device shows the application has been compatible with all smartphones with a minimum of 1GB of RAM. The results of user testing on 20 respondents as a tester, where the response of 97% states well to very well so that the application made accordingly with the expected.

Abstract

Prediction models using Neural Network or Support Vector Machine have been developed in many areas of rainfall. In this studi we have compared the performance of NN and SVM models, in predition of monthly rainfall at R-17 station Kecepit Pemalang. The analyzed using NN and SVM in which testing with Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) for get the performance is done. The data obtained for 2009 to 2018 monthly rainfall were used as modelling and forecasting sample. The results showed that NN obtained smallest error rate compared to SVM. the recognized value of RMSE for SVM is 176,374, Neural Network is 22,289. In RMSE the smallest error rate showed the best performance of algorithm.
