Abstract

One of the factors that make loyal customers against brownies Amanda is a quality product. So is the case with product quality, service quality, promotion and customer satisfaction which can support customer loyalty. The population in this research is the customers Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Sample numbering 100 respondents with the formula Leedy. The technique of sampling was done randomly sampling with a deliberate method of sampling. Test instrument use test validity and reliability tests, methods of data analysis using classical assumptions of the test, a multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) and the absolute difference test. The results of this study showed that the quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction in partial effect significantly to loyalty customer loyalty Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Customer satisfaction the moderating influence of the quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction are partial toward customer loyalty Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Results the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0,732, which means that the magnitude of the contribution to the influence of the variable quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction towards loylitas customers Brownies Amanda Surakarta is 73,2%, While the rest of 26,8% is affected by other variables not examined.Keywords: product quality, service quality, promotion. customer loyalty, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing has an important role in the success of the company, especially in the face of competition, maintaining excellence and developing a business to always achieve profit. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and trust on consumer loyalty in the Semanggi Printing Association. This study uses purposive sampling method, the population in this study is the consumers of Semanggi Printing Association as many as 100 respondents. Data collection method used: questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and Sobel test. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence on promotion of trust, there was a significant influence of trust on consumer loyalty, there was a significant influence on promotion of consumer loyalty, there was an indirect influence of promotion on consumer loyalty mediated by trust. Suggestions in this study were: Semanggi increases consumer loyalty, it is necessary to pay attention to promotion and trust variables because these variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.Keywords: Promotion, Trust, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how big the influence of competence, communication, and leadership on employee loyalty in CV Andalas Surakarta. This research includes the type of quantitative research that explains the relationship between the variables and test the hypothesis. The population in this study is all employees in CV Andalas Komputer in Surakarta which amounted to 50 people. The entire population is taken as a sample. Methods of data collection using questionnaire / questionnaire. Data analysis technique using classical assumption test and statistical analysis to test hypothesis with multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. The results showed that: Based on the F test (simultaneous) showed that competence, communication, and leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty and t test result (partial) indicate that competence, communication and leadership have positive effect on employee loyalty CV Andalas Komputer Surakarta individually (partial)Keywords: employee loyalty, competence, communication, leadership

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of price, service, and reputation perception variables on the loyalty of Go-Jek customers in Solo city and analyze dominant influencing variables. Types of survey research, types of qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The population of all Go-Jek customers in Solo is the February 2018 period whose numbers are unknown. Sample of 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The collection technique uses observation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques: multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient (R²). The results of the validity and reliability test showed that all statements regarding price, service, perception of reputation, and customer loyalty were declared valid because of the p-value < 0.05, and reliable because Conbach's Alpha > 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have escaped from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normal distribution. Price regression analysis (X1) has a dominant influence on customer loyalty Go-Jek. Price variable (X1), service (X2) and reputation perception (X3) significantly influence the loyalty of Go-Jek customers in Solo City.Keywords: price, service, perception of reputation, customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, satisfaction and work discipline together have a significant effect on the performance of RRI Surakarta employees partially and simultaneously. The population of this study was all RRI Surakarta employees using a sample of 44 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments through testing validity and reliability. Regression requirements test uses classic assumption test and Multiple Linear Regression Test, t test, F test and Determination coefficient (R2). The conclusion using the t test shows that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the RRI Surakarta, this is evidenced by the t test that produces a value of t = 2,467 > t table = 2,021. Satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of employees at RRI Surakarta, this is evidenced by the t test that produces a value of t = 2,699 > t table = 2,021. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the RRI Surakarta, this is evidenced by the t test that produces a probability value of t = 3,967> t table = 2,021. Concluded that motivation, satisfaction and work discipline affect employee performance.Keywords: motivation, satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of perceived quality, product innovation, reference groups, celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions and knowing the independent variables that has a dominant effect on the purchase decision of soccer shoes brand Nike. This research is a census of the Football Boots Indonesia Regional Solo, totaling 52 people and all of them are used as research samples with population research or census techniques. This type of data use qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis use multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of the application of ISO 9001: 2008 on the performance of employees at the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Surakarta. The population in this study were 49 employees. Data collection methods used: questionnaires, analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results of descriptive analysis of the quality management system, management responsibilities, resource management, product realization, measurement, analysis and improvement are said to be good categories, it shows that the performance of employees is in good condition. The results of partial hypothesis testing of resource management and measurement, analysis and improvement have a significant effect on employee performance, while the quality management system, management responsibilities, and product realization have no significant effect on employee performance. The results of testing hypotheses silmutan quality management systems, management responsibilities, resource management, product realization, measurement, analysis and improvement have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Surakarta.Keywords: Quality Management System, Management Responsibility, Resource Management, Product Realization, Measurement, Analysis and Improvement, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Ganep Bakery Solo is a company of food in the form of snack or bread. Based on the survey, this company does have not a method in raw material inventory planning that can minimize inventory cost. This research aims to analyze the application of MRP method on raw material inventory and its effect on inventory cost efficiency. MRP is a method to determine the amount and timing of raw materials available in the production process. This research was conducted at Ganep's Bakery Solo. The technique used in this research is Lot Sizing with Lot for Lot calculation method, Economic Order Quantity, and Part Period Balancing. From the calculation the cost of inventory issued by the company in one year is Rp 40.000.000,00. The results obtained from the MRP calculation using Lot for Lot is Rp 40.000.000,00, Economic Order Quantity is Rp 27.357.780,00and Part Period Balancing method is Rp36.566.900,00. Calculation of MRP with Lot Sizing technique using EOQ method resulted in the smallest inventory costRp 27.357.780,00. Using MRP method can minimize the inventory cost ±68,39% of the inventory cost applied by the company.Keywords: Material Requirement Planning, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Part Period Balancing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job insecurity on turnover intention. This study is a survey. The study population is employee PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. The research sample of 115 people with proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection technique used questionnaire, observation and literature. Data were analyzed used multiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job insecurity simultaneously significant effect on turnover intention. The coefficient of determination of the given independent variables are the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job insecurity to the dependent variable by 92,4% the remaining 7,4% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job insecurity, turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress conflicts and organizational culture on employee performance. The first hypothesis examines whether conflicts have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The second hypothesis examines whether job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis examines whether organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The population in this research is 475 employees at PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo. This research is a census study using proportional random sampling technique. The sample used was 119 people by referring formula from arikunto because of the large population. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Analyzer used in this research is multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results of the research instruments show that the overall variables of conflict, work stress, organizational culture and employee performance are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the free data multicollinearity, free autocorrelation, free heteroscedasticity and normal distributed data. The result of the research instrument test shows that work stress conflict, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo.Keywords: Conflict, work stress, organizational culture, employee performance
