Abstract

ABSTRAKBerbagi permasalahan akan dihadapi oleh industri kecil dan menegah guna meningkatkan kinerja usahanya. Berbagi cara dan teknik bisa dilakukan guna pengembangan usahanya terutama diabad modern ini. salah satu teknologi informasi. Dengan teknologi informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan akan membangun kehandalan suatu usaha. Sebagai upaya guna meningkatkan kinerja UKM dengan penerapan teknologi informasi  dan ilmu pengetahuan. Bberapa factor penyebab kegagalan UKM yaitu (1) Ketidak mampuan manajemen, (2) kurang pengalaman, (3) lemahnya kendali keuangan, (4) gagal mengembangkan perencanaan strategic, (5) pertumbuhan tak terkendali, (6) lokasi yang buruk. Selain itu kegagalan mengelola manajemen UKM juga disebabkan karena kurang mampu dalam pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi. Lalu kita sebelum mampu mengembangkan kinerja UKM harus disadari dulu criteria penilaian yang digunakan. Salah satunya yaitu dengan Balance Scor Card (BSC). Pada pola ini terdapat  empat konsep yang dijadikan landasan pengukuran kinerja yaitu : masalah finansial, masalah internal, inovasi dan konsumen. Dari skala pengukuran kinerja lewat BSC yang secara tidak langsung telah menerapkan teknologi, lalu dilanjutkan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berbasis manajemen, sehingga kinerja UKM dapat ditingkatkan pada posisi yang lebih baik dan handal.Kata Kunci : Teknologi Informasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to measure (1) the influence of competitive advantage strategy towards the implementation of small-scale generic strategy,(2) the influence of business environment certainty towards competitive advantage strategy and strategic resources, (3) the influence of competitive advantage strategy towards the performance of small-scale business, (4)the influence of business environment certainty towards the performance of small-scale business,(5) the influence of strategic resource towards the implementation of generic strategy of small-scale business,(6) the influence of strategic resource towards the small-scale business performance,(7)the influence of strategy implementation towards small-scale business performance. The samples were the 108 small-scale business taken using cluster system from the 248 small-scale business in seven Regency Central Java. The data collecting technique used were structured interview based on the questionnaire and observation. To test the pertern of the cause/effect relationship model having been formed, the researcher used analysis instrument capable of esplaining simultaneousely the Structural (AMOS) Program of 5.00 version. The research result shows that(1) the competitive advantage insignificantly gives positif influence towards the implementation of generic strategy, (2) business environment certainty significantly gives influence towards competitive advantage strategy and strategic generic, (3) competitive advantage strategy significantly gives positive influence towards business performance,(4) business environment certainty significantly give influence towards business performance,(5) strategic resources significantly give positive influence towards the implementation of generic strategy, (6)strategic resource significantly give positive influence towards business performance, (7) the implementation of generic strategy significantly gives influence towards business performance. Abstract

ABSTRAK Semakin ketatnya persaingan dalam industry taksi, maka perusahaan harus dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Karena itu perusahaan perlu  memahami keputusan pelanggan agar  dapat memenuhi customer expectation.  Mengukur kepuasan pelanggan sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam rangka mengevaluasi posisi perusahaan saat ini dibandingkan dengan pesaing dan pengguna akhir, serta  menemukan bagian mana yang butuh peningkatan.  Umpan balik dari pelanggan merupakan alat ukur untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan.  Ada dua tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) menguji apakah faktor-faktor kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari bukti langsung keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara bersamaan dipertimbangkan pelanggan untuk memenuhi kepuasannya dalam memilih angkutan umum taksi 2) menentukan faktor yang dijadikan pertimbangan utama untuk memenuhi kepuasannya di dalam memilih angkutan umum taksi.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Surakarta.  Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah confirmatory factor . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  1) faktor kualitas layanan yang terdiri dri bukti langsung keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara bersamaan dipertimbangkan pelanggan untuk memenuhi kepuasannya di dalam memilih angkutan umum taksi 2) faktor bukti langsung menjadi pertimbangan utama pelanggan untuk memenuhi kepuasannya. Kata kunci : kepuasan konsumen, kualitas layanan

Abstract

Ganep Bakery Solo is a company of food in the form of snack or bread. Based on the survey, this company does have not a method in raw material inventory planning that can minimize inventory cost. This research aims to analyze the application of MRP method on raw material inventory and its effect on inventory cost efficiency. MRP is a method to determine the amount and timing of raw materials available in the production process. This research was conducted at Ganep's Bakery Solo. The technique used in this research is Lot Sizing with Lot for Lot calculation method, Economic Order Quantity, and Part Period Balancing. From the calculation the cost of inventory issued by the company in one year is Rp 40.000.000,00. The results obtained from the MRP calculation using Lot for Lot is Rp 40.000.000,00, Economic Order Quantity is Rp 27.357.780,00and Part Period Balancing method is Rp36.566.900,00. Calculation of MRP with Lot Sizing technique using EOQ method resulted in the smallest inventory costRp 27.357.780,00. Using MRP method can minimize the inventory cost ±68,39% of the inventory cost applied by the company.Keywords: Material Requirement Planning, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Part Period Balancing

Abstract

The purchase of cosmetic product is a need that must be fulfilled for some women. The existance of cosmetics that have various types, colors, and advantagel in providing function for customers requires the cosmetics industry to further develop production tecnology and develop its marketing strategies to get position on the market. The study aims to determine the effect partially between ; brand image, a halal label and advertising on customer loyalty. The population is archipelago Natural PT consumer in Keadawung sub district Sragen regency in 2019. The sample was take by puposive random samplingbof 100 respondents. Data collection tecniquel use quitionanaires, after that has been tasted using instrument namely validity and reabibility. Classic asummtion test, namely normaly, multicolonearity, heterosdastisity, and autocorrelation. Hyphotesis testing uses multiple linear regression, t test, f test of model accuraly and coeffisient of determinan.The inquiry of the brand image variable is valid, the inqury of the variable halal label is valid, the inqury of the variable advertising is valid, and the inqury of variable customer loyalty is valid also. The multicolonearity test no multicolonearity, hetereskedastisicity test no heterskedasticity, the autocorrelation test no autocorrelation, and normacility test is normacility. Research of result is: “brand image, halal label and advertising there are a significant effect on customer loyalty moreskin cosmetic product in Kedawung sub district Sragen regency”.

Abstract

Organizational performance is largely determined by the performance of human resources that contribute to it. The high work performance of employees is the achievement achieved by the employee at a certain level. Employee performance is not just a coincidence, but many factors influence it. Several factors affect employee performance, namely employee placement, individual characteristics, and work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee placement, individual characteristics, and work stress on performance of Non Civil Servant Employees at The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. Data collection in the form of answers to the questionnaire as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples as many as 80 employees with a sampling method using random sampling. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of multiple linear regression calculations using the t test showed that the placement of employees and individual characteristics significantly influence the performance of Non Civil Servant Hospital Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0.05. While work stress does not have a significant effect on the performance of Non Civil Servants Hospital Dr. Harjono S Regency Ponorogo. This is indicated by the significant probability value > 0.05.

Abstract

This research (1) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the satisfaction of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (2) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the loyalty of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (3) Analyze the significance of the brand trust on the loyalty of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (4) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the loyalty by mediating customer satisfaction in Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta.This research took the location of Retno Skin Care in Surakarta using a sample of 100 respondent of Retno Skin Care services users in Surakarta. How to take sample with questionnaires. Based on the result of testing each hypothesis shows that wich states “consumer confidence has a significant effect on consumers loyalty” proved the truth. The third hyphotesis states that “consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty by mediating consumer satisfaction in retno skin care consumers in Surakarta”, proven true.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ponorogo Regency. Research this uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Retrieval of data in this study using census techniques, where all employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of Ponorogo Regency Regional Secretariat, amounting to 30 employees, were made the subject of this study. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is continued by testing R square and testing hypotheses partially and simultaneously with t test and F test. From the analysis of multiple linear regression tests conducted, the results show that the Work Environment and Work Discipline have an influence on employee performance. Based on the results of t test (partial) and F test (Simultaneous) shows that the Work Environment and Work Discipline have a significant and positive influence on employee performance, where the work environment has a greater influence than work discipline. This explains that if the work environment can be created well and supported also by high employee discipline in carrying out tasks, it will be able to improve employee performance in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of Ponorogo Regency Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

CV. Aneka Karya Glass is a company that produces residential furniture made from glass and brass, one of the best selling products is a candle holder. Raw material control is needed to reduce raw material problems that often occur in the company. Problems in CV. Aneka Karya Glass is about controlling raw material inventories that occur due to excessive ordering which raises the high cost of savings. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a method of controlling raw materials proposed for the company. The techniques used are lot sizing including lot for lot (LFL), economic order quantity (EOQ), and order quantity period (POQ). The total cost obtained from the calculation of the lot sizing lot for lot (LFL) technique is IDR 14,400,000, economic order quantity (EOQ) of IDR 18,150,200, and the order quantity period (POQ) of IDR 14,400,000. So based on the results obtained, the company should implement the MRP method with the LFL or POQ lot sizing technique because the two techniques get the minimum total cost of IDR 14,400,000 so that they can save costs by 50%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence between: (1) burnout on performance, (2) work conflict on performance, (3) motivation on performance, (4) burnout on performance that is moderated by work motivation, and (5) work conflict on performance which is moderated by motivation in nurses at RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta.The results showed that burnout, work conflict, and motivation significantly influence the performance of nurses Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. In addition, motivation also moderates the effect of burnout and work conflict on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta.
