Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Magelang, mulai 1 April sampai 18 Agustus 2017. Responden berjumlah 30 orang yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria peternak yang berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun. Tujuannya adalah menggali permasalahan pada usaha ternak kerbau di Kabupaten Magelang. Akibat mekanisasi, fungsi kerbau sebagai pengolah tanah pertanian banyak digantikan traktor, namun karena traktor tidak dapat menjangkau seluruh lahan pertanian, maka tenaga kerja kerbau masih dibutuhkan petani. Kelebihan kerbau sebagai pengolah tanah adalah menghemat penggunaan bahan bakar fosil, tidak perlu suku cadang, dapat berkembang biak, dapat memperbaiki struktur tanah dan dapat menjadi sumber mata pencaharian peternaknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, jarak beranak kerbau relatif lama (± 22,05bulan) dan banyak terjadi perkawinan kerabat dekat (in breeding). Hal ini karena birahi kerbau tidak jelas (silent heat), peternak cenderung memelihara kerbau betina (jinak), kurangnya pengetahuan peternak dan semakin berkurangnya padang pangonan. Sebagai peternak kerbau penyedia jasa pengolah tanah pertanian (buruh) rata-rata investasinya adalah Rp 33.024.226 per peternak. Untuk biaya tetapnya sebesar Rp 74.436 per bulan, biaya variabel Rp 18.562 per bulan. Untuk penerimaannya yang berasal dari upah mengolah tanah Rp 725.375 per bulan. penjualan pupuk kandang Rp 367.785 per bulan, penjualan gudel Rp 344.583 per bulan dan pendapatan tenaga kerja sebesar Rp 1.718.535 per bulan. Kecilnya pendapatan peternak, lokasi kerja di desa, pekerjaan buruh, investasinya besar, maka regenerasi peternak kerbau tidak ada. Kata kunci: Kerbau, tenaga kerja, In breeding, pendapatan

Abstract

This study done from September to December 2017 in Desa Pagersari , Mungkid, Magelang. Land area of 1,000 m2 divided by 36 plots, planted by hybrid corn (70 cmx15cm) which is two seeds per hole. When 10th day after plant it fertilized by 10 kg of NPK, 7kg of Urea, 4 kg of SP-36. When 28th day after plant it randomly divide into 6 kinds of dosage treatment of POC fermented cow urine in 0 ml, 100 ml, 200 ml, 300 ml, 400 ml and 500 ml each tree and it repeated by 6 times. The variables refers by height of plant, Bagan Warna Daun (BWD), diameter of stem, harvest weight without klobot, dry weight of corn seed and weight each 100 seed. Measurement results at 60th day after plant, reach 284 cm height, 1.89 cm stem diameter and the BWD entered the category four. The result show that hybrid corn that not fertilized by POC fermented cow urine (control) have harvest weight without klobot was 157 gr/cob that significantly different (P<0.01) increased by 15.28% to 181 gr/cob, dry weight of corn seed was 124 gr/cob that significantly different (P <0.01) increased by 11.29% to 138 gr/cob and the weight each 100 seed was 24.33 gr that significantly different (P <0.01) increased by 6.34% to 28gr/100 seed on hybrid corn that fertilized by POC fermented cow urine 100 ml/stem. In the fertilization more than 100 ml/stem, there is likely to be an unstable increase (P> 0.05) to the harvest weight without klobot, dry weight corn seed and weight each 100seeds. Based on this, for the efficiency and production of hybrid corn, the dose of fertilization of both aged 28 th after plant with POC fermented cow urine is 100 ml/stem.Keywords: POC, hybrid corn

Abstract

Marketing has an important role in the success of the company, especially in the face of competition, maintaining excellence and developing a business to always achieve profit. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and trust on consumer loyalty in the Semanggi Printing Association. This study uses purposive sampling method, the population in this study is the consumers of Semanggi Printing Association as many as 100 respondents. Data collection method used: questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and Sobel test. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence on promotion of trust, there was a significant influence of trust on consumer loyalty, there was a significant influence on promotion of consumer loyalty, there was an indirect influence of promotion on consumer loyalty mediated by trust. Suggestions in this study were: Semanggi increases consumer loyalty, it is necessary to pay attention to promotion and trust variables because these variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.Keywords: Promotion, Trust, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of the location, quality of service and hotel facilities partially or simultaneously against the decision of stay at The Margangsa Hotel. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical linear regression, and multiple, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The research results obtained conclusions that: there is a significant influence of the location of stay at The Margangsa Hotel Surakarta, meaning that if the strategic location of the hotel and easily accessible, then it can improve decisions. There is a significant influence on the quality of service of the decision of the stay at The Hotel Margangsa, Surakarta, meaning that if the quality of service received satisfactory, then customers can improve decisions. There is a significant influence on the facilities of stay at The Margangsa Hotel Surakarta, which means that if a full hotel facilities in accordance with the customer's needs then it can improve decisions. There is a significant influence of the location, quality of service and hotel facilities simultaneously against the decision of stay at The Margangsa Hotel.Keywords: location, service quality, hotel facilities, the decision to stay.

Abstract

Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha. Harga Pokok Produksi adalah salah satu faktor penentu harga jual suatu produk. Selain itu harga pokok produksi dapat menunjukan besar laba suatu perusahaan. Namun kegiatan pencatatan harga pokok produksi di PT Semeru Karya Buana masih menggunakan cara yang manual yaitu menggunakan excel. Hal ini menyebabkan ketidakefektifan dalam waktu, infomasi yang dihasilkan akan lebih lama karena harus mencari komponennya satu per satu. Belum lagi data yang dihasilkan kemungkinan besar terdapat kesalahan dalam perhitungannya.Penelitian ini bermaksut untuk memperlajari sistem yang sudah berjalan. Dan nantinya akan menghasilkan suatu program perhitungan harga pokok produksi sebagai penentu harga jual yang diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan basis data MYSQL. Metode perhitungannya menggunakan Metode Job Order Costing dimana harga produk yang akan berikan kepada konsumen dihitungan dengan cara membagi seluruh biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk dengan jumlah pesanan. Jadi keuntungan dari setiap produk dapat secara langsung dihitung. Semakin akurat data yang dihasilkan maka semakin baik pula perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses jualbeli.Kata Kunci : Harga Pokok Produksi, Harga Jual, Metode Job Order Costing, PHP

Abstract

ABSTRACTUtilization of information technology in all stages of local financial management becomes very important especially in the effort to bring out good governance. Local financial management must be implemented in an orderly manner and in accordance with law, efficient, effective, transparent, accountable and responsible with due regard to justice, compliance and benefit to the community. The purposes of this research were to analyze the stage of employee readyness in implementation of local financial management information system, to analyze the effectivity of local financial management information system in Goverment Internal Controlling System and to obtain the strategy improving employee-readiness of Bogor City goverment in implementation of local financial management information system. The data consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct observation, interview and questioners with stratified random sampling method. While the secondary data was obtained from literature and related documents. This study used rating scale analysis, and SWOT analysis. The Result of study showed that employee-readiness of Bogor City goverment in implementation of local financial manangement information system were on the ready criteria but still needed a little improvement, and local financial management information system were quite effective to assist financial management employee in Bogor City goverment in implementation of Goverment Internal Controlling System. The chosen strategy was to improve the development and capacity building of competency-based employees in local financial management.Key words :   employee-readiness, financial, information system, strategy.ABSTRAKPemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada setiap tahapan pengelolaan keuangan daerah menjadi sangat penting terutama dalam upaya mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Pengelolaan keuangan daerah harus dilaksanakan scara tertib, sesuai dan taat tterhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, sfektif, efisien, transparan, akuntabel, bertanggung jawab dengan memperhatikan keadilan, kepatuhan dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kesiapan aparatur dalam implementasi sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bogor, menganalisis efektifitas sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daearah dalam pelaksanaan Sistem Pengendalian Intern di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bogor dan merumuskan strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan aparatur Pemerintah Kota Bogor dalam implementasi sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner dengan metoda stratified random sampling. Sedangkan data skunder diperoleh melalui literatur dan dokumen-dokumen terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis rating scale dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, kesiapan aparatur dalam implementasi sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah secara keseluruhan  berada pada kriteria siap tetapi masih perlu peningkatan dan sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah cukup efektif dalam penyelenggaraan sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah. Strategi yang terpilih adalah peningkatan pembinaan dan pengembangan kapasitas aparatur pengguna sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang berbasis kompetensi. Kata kunci: kesiapan aparatur, sistem informasi, pengelolan keuangan, strategi.

Abstract

This research is an observation. This type of data uses qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using study documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive method. Data analysis uses descriptive method. The results showed that the application of the Material Requirement Planning method could play a role in minimizing the cost of raw material inventory in Batik Mahkota Laweyan Surakarta, this is indicated by the total cost of raw material inventory using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique in 2017 of Rp. 3,513,600.00 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 6,338,400.00, the total cost of raw material inventory using the 2017 Period Order Quantity (POQ) technique is IDR 94,243,200.00 and in 2018 is IDR 114,481,600.00, the total cost of raw material inventory using the Lot For Lot (LFL) technique in 2017 is IDR 61,028,000.00 and in 2018 amounting to Rp 85,880,000.00, and the total cost of inventories of company method raw materials in 2017 is IDR 96,824,000.00 and in 2018 IDR 95,664,800.00. From this comparison it can be seen that the MRP method in the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique produces a total inventory cost in 2017 of IDR 3,513,600.00 and in 2018 of IDR 6,338,400.00 is the result that can save the cost of raw material inventory by 85%, so hypothesis 2 which states that: "the use of the MRP method can streamline the cost of raw material inventory in Batik Mahkota Laweyan Surakarta can optimize production costs", the truth is proven.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of effect service quality, promotion and satisfaction on consumer loyalty partially, to know the significance of effect of service quality and promotion on consumer loyalty which is moderated by customer satisfaction. This type of research is a survey of consumers of SFA Steak & Resto Karanganyar. A sample of 100 consumers with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results showed that service quality, promotion and customer satisfaction partially have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar. Consumer satisfaction moderates the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar. Consumer satisfaction does not moderate the effect of promotion on consumer loyalty at SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar.

Abstract

The research to know influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control to intention accountancy student become entreprenur. The population is accountancy student at Ahmad Dahlan University. Researcher to use purposive sampling with 40 responden. The result of the research that attitude and subjective norm did't significan influence to accountancy student become entrepreneur. Felt behavior supervision influence to accountancy student at Ahmad Dahlan University become entrepreneur.

Abstract

Effect of entrepreneurship education has been considered as one of the important factors to grow and develop interest in entrepreneurship among students. With the influence of entrepreneurship education, required an understanding of how to foster young entrepreneur potential while still in college. Several previous studies mention that the student interest in entrepreneurship is the source for the birth of future entrepreneurs. The researchers using purposive sampling. The samples used in this study were 45 students majoring in Accounting active in the UAD (Ahmad Dahlan University), class of 2009 who have followed the entrepreneurship courses given, and active semester 2013/2014. Source of data obtained from questionnaires, and then analyzed using analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis techniques and tested with the F test and t test. From the test results we concluded that the resulting regression analysis to determine the effect of motivation on student interest in accounting for entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship does not affect the mental accounting student interest in UAD for entrepreneurship.
