Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of service quality on customersatisfaction; (2) The impact of service quality on customer loyalty; (3) the effect ofcustomer satisfaction on customer loyalty; (4) the effect of service quality and customerloyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study population was all subscribersCopy, Stationery and Toll EN Mandiri Alastuwo Kebakkramat with a sample of 100respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire through the stages of testingthe validity and reliability test. Terms regression using classic assumption test. Datawere analyzed using path analysis. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results showthat, the quality of service a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service qualitysignificantly influence customer loyalty, customer satisfaction significantly influencecustomer loyalty, customer satisfaction mediates the impact of service quality oncustomer loyalty. The conclusion from these results that the entire hypothesis can beaccepted and proven true.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of the product and the price of thepurchase decision with the level of service as a moderating variable (Survey onconsumer Luwes group Surakata). The population in this study is that consumersLuwes Group Surakarta. While the sample is taken as many as 50 people withpurposive random sampling method.The results of the research indicate thatregression test showed that the variable regression dominant influence on consumerdecision in buying products in Luwes Group is the price. T test results showed that:1. There was a significant effect of the product on the consumer's decision to buyLuwes Group Surakarta, so hypothesis 1 proved to be true. 2. There is a significantinfluence on the price of consumer buying decisions on consumer Luwes GroupSurakarta, so hypothesis 2 unsubstantiated. 3. There is no significant effect of thelevel of service to the consumer buying decision on Luwes Group Surakarta., Thethird hypothesis is not proven true. This absolute difference I in test results showthat: the level of service does not moderate influence on the decision to buy theproduct on Luwes group Surakarta. So the hypothesis 4 is not proven true. The testresults showed that the difference in absolute II: the level of service moderate theeffect of price on purchase decisions on Luwes group Surakarta, so the hypothesis 5proven true.Keywords: product, price, service level, the decision to buy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty CS Kopi Tubruk Surakarta. (2) the effect of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty CS Kopi Tubruk Surakarta. (3) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable. The study population was the whole kosumen CS Kopi Tubruk Surakarta with a sample of 115 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires through the stages of testing the validity and reliability. Terms regression using classical assumption test. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and test of absolute difference. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) Hypothesis 1, which states that "Service Quality significant effect on consumer loyalty CS Kopi Tubruk" unsubstantiated, the t test that generates a probability value 0.023 <0.05. (2) Hypothesis 2 stated that "consumer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty CS Kopi Tubruk" unsubstantiated, the t test that generates a probability value 0.000 <0.05. (3) The third hypothesis which states that "consumer satisfaction moderate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty CS Kopi Tubruk" unsubstantiated, the t test that generates a probability value 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion from this study that the entire hypothesis can be accepted or proven true. Abstract

Research conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Area Surakarta discount objectives,among others, to determine the effect of workload and work motivation on employeeperformance, to know is there any influence of workload on employee performance andto know there any influence of work motivation on employee performance. The results ofthis study are expected to provide positive feedback to the management of PT PLN(Persero) so that in the future can be used as a reference and consideration in decisionmaking and also if it can enrich the material and also add information to science. Theresults of this research is the discovery of effect workload and motivation is theindependent variable on the performance of 72,7% based on a test of R2 (determination)with the remaining 27,3% is influenced by other variables not be research in thepreparation of this thesis. For variable influence on the performance of the workloadwith other factors constant found no significant effect positive as evidenced by t-test, pvaluewhere 0,000 < 0,05 of data that is processed through the application of SPSSversion 16.0. For variable work motivation on the performance of the other factorsconstant found no significant effect as evidenced by the positive test results in which thep-value 0,000 < 0,05 conclude that motivation has a significant positive effect onemployee performance.Keywords: workload, work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurship intentions 2) the effect of entrepreneurship motivation on student’s entrepreneurship intention, and 3) the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurship intenton with on the entrepreneurship motivation as a moderating variable. This study is a survey. The study population were students of the Faculty of Economics Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta in years 2012 and 2013. The research sample 59 used purposive sampling then used proportional cluster random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data were analyzed using the research instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F, coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics has significant effect on student’s entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship motivation has significant effect in students influence the entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship motivation does not moderate effect of on entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurship intention.Keywords: entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of location, brand equity, productquality and price on puchase decision used car and analyze the dominant variableinfluence to the purchase decision used car. This study is a survey. The population of theresearch is consumer buyers of used car Bursa Mobil Bekas Sriwedari Surakarta. Thesample was 100 people with convenience sampling technique. Data collection techniquesused questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data analysis techniques usedmultiple linear regression. The results showed that the location has significant effect onthe purchase decision of used car. Brand equity has significant effects effect on thepurchase decision of used car. Product quality has significant effect on purchasedecision of used car. Price has significant effect on purchase decision of used car.Product quality is the dominant variable affecting the purchase decision of used car.Keywords: location, brand equity, product quality, price, purchase decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of (1) the effect of variable Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions services workshop Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur (2) to analyze the significance of the effect of variable locations on purchasing decisions services workshop Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur (3) to analyze the significance of variables influence the quality of service to the purchasing decision Cahya workshop services Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. The population of this research are all service user at a motorcycle shop and grab a sample of 70 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using hypothesis testing. The conclusion of each of these hypotheses indicate that (1) Variable Word of Mouth significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. It is shown with p value 0,021 < 0,05 (2) Variable locations significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. It is shown with p value 0,000 < 0,05 (3) Variable quality of service significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze significant influence product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. 2) To analyze significant influence product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction to customer confidence. 3) To analyze significant influence product quality and service quality to customer confidence mediated by customer satisfaction. The research method used survey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the Business Partner Customer Savings Bank Mandiri Branch Colomadu Karanganyar creating new accounts or new accounts in the period April 2015 s / d April 2016 as many as 700 customers. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis. Based on the results obtained conclusions: 1) There is significant influence product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. 2) There is significant influence product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction to customer confidence. 3) Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality and service quality to customer confidence.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence ofservice quality, price, consumer satisfaction to the customer loyalty as well as theinfluence of service quality to the purchase customer loyalty with satisfaction as aintervening variable. The population is all consumers who visit and buy at WarungMakan Bu Yati Solo. 100 respondents are selected as sample, using purposive sampling.This research uses survey method, the type data collection with interview, questionnaireand observation. Data analysis used test instruments, classic assumption test, pathanalysis, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination. The result is there servive qualityhave signifcants effect to the cunsumers satisfaction, service quality have significantseffect to the customer loyalty, consumers satisfaction have significance to the customerloyalty, consumers satisfaction mediates the relationship of service quality to thecustomers loyalty. Adjusted R2 on multiple linear regression analysis is 33,4% and theresult of path analysis with sobel test is 0,036 with the value of t 1,98.Keywords: service quality, consumer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (2) impact of service quality on customer loyalty (3) the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (4) impact of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study population was all subscribers Grocery Store Mursid in Boyolali with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on the validity of the test showed that all valid instrument and of the reliability test showed all instruments reliable. Classic assumption test results show that the variable data of this study has been to meet the assumptions required by multiple linear regression model that does not happen multikolinearitas problem, does not occur heteroskedastisitas, and autocorrelation, and residual normal. The conclusion from the results of testing each hypothesis shows that all hypothesis can be accepted or proven true, except for the hypothesis (2) impact of service quality on customer loyalty in Boyolali Mursid Wholesale Stores that can not be substantiated.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
