Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. 2) To know the influence of leadership on employee performance BAPPEDA Surakarta. 3) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of BAPPEDA Surakarta. 4) To know the effect of work environment on employee performance of BAPPEDA Surakarta. The population of this research is BAPPEDA Surakarta employees, amounting to 45 people. Because the number of population is 45 people then the technique in this study using census method, the sample in this study is 45 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of t test analysis is known that leadership variable has a significant influence on performance. Motivation variable has a significant influence on performance. Environmental variables have a significant effect on performance. The result of F test analysis is known that leadership, motivation, and environment variables together have influence on performance. The result of determination coefficient analysis is known Adjusted R square (R2) of 0,508, it shows that leadership variable (X1), motivation (X2), and environment (X3) have influence to performance equal to 50,8%. While the rest (100% - 50,8% = 40,2%) is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.Kaywords: Leadership, motivation, environment, performance

Abstract

Marketing has an important role in the success of the company, especially in the face of competition, maintaining excellence and developing a business to always achieve profit. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and trust on consumer loyalty in the Semanggi Printing Association. This study uses purposive sampling method, the population in this study is the consumers of Semanggi Printing Association as many as 100 respondents. Data collection method used: questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and Sobel test. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence on promotion of trust, there was a significant influence of trust on consumer loyalty, there was a significant influence on promotion of consumer loyalty, there was an indirect influence of promotion on consumer loyalty mediated by trust. Suggestions in this study were: Semanggi increases consumer loyalty, it is necessary to pay attention to promotion and trust variables because these variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.Keywords: Promotion, Trust, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Solo is a city of tourism. Many tourism event held in Solo, which aims to create the impression (image) that Solo has a rich culture of high-value, one of which is a culinary tourism. Solo is a city that known as regional culinary like tengkleng, timlo, nasi liwet, tumpeng, and gudeg. It is attractive to foreign and domestic tourists to come at Solo. Solo government responded the situation with the place of culinary like Galabo, Ngarsopuro, Keprabon and Dapur Solo. The type of research is survey. The population of this research is consumers which take a culinary tourism in Solo. Sample of 100 people with convenience sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. Source of data using primary and secondary data. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results of hypothesis testing known that consumer attitudes positive effect on brand reliability with CR value 2,228 and p value 0,026. Positively influence consumer attitudes toward the brand intentions with CR value 2,117 and p value 0,034. Brand reliability positive influence on brand loyalty with CR value 2,220 and p value 0,026. Brand intentions positive effect on brand loyalty with CR value 2,689 and p value 0,007. Brand loyalty has positive influence on brand equity with CR value 2,142 and p value 0,032. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of influence of leadership style andwork environment on employee performance with work motivation as moderationvariable. The survey was conducted on Banaran9 Coffee and Tea Colomadu employees.Types of data use qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources use primary datasources and secondary data. The research population is employee of Banaran9 Coffeeand Tea Colomadu with sample of 33 respondents using census technique. Datacollection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniquesuse instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F testand coefficient of determination and test the value of absolute difference. The resultsshowed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance. The work environment is negatively affiliated with employee performance.Motivation of work has a significant and positive impact on employee performance.Motivation does not moderate the leadership style and work environment onperformance.Keywords: Leadership style, work environment, work motivation, employeeperformance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of transformational leadership and cultural organization against organization commitment, analyze the significance of the influence of organization commitment, transformational leadership and cultural organization against the employee performance, analyze commitment organization in mediate transformational leadership and cultural organization against the employee performance. Sample the population and in this research was all of the employees Secretariat DPRD Surakarta which consisted of 32 people. Data collection method uses a questionnaire. The practical data using analysis techniques, reliability test, classical test, and the hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership commitment transformational significant impact on employees organization, culture organization has no significant impact on the commitment organization on employees, commitment organization not significant of the performance of employees, leadership transformational not significant of the performance of employees, culture organization significant of the performance employees, commitment organization not mediate influence leadership transformational of the performance employees, commitment organization mediate the influence of culture organization of the performance employees.Keywords: transformational leadership, cultural organization, organization commitment, employee performance

Abstract

The development of the original understanding of marketing is more focused on the issue of physical distribution business enterprise then develop to the transaction which although not involve spending money and marketing activities also can be done by institutions outside the business. As a consequence of the expansion of the notion of marketing, the scope of marketing is also increasingly widespread. The process thus continues to bring more and more marketing phenomenon. But reality shows that although many businesses are aware of the importance of customer satisfaction, but still few of them are running customer service program is good and right. Program satisfying the customer is still limited and largely ceremonial slogan. They are more likely to hunt for new customers and ignore existing customers. This phenomenon can be seen in the allocation of marketing costs are largely devoted to the promotion and only a small portion devoted to retaining customers. Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze effect current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, return on asset and price earning ratio on earnings growth partially and simultaniously. Research object are the cigarette industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of data is quantitative data and qualitative data. Source of data use secondary data. Population of this research are 4 cigarette company with total sampling technique. Collecting data used documentation and literature. Techniques analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis that current ratio no significant effect on earnings growth. Debt to equity ratio no significant effect on earnings growth. Net profit margin has significant effect on earnings growth. Return on assets has significant effect on earnings growth. Price earnings ratio has significant effect on earnings growth. Current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, return on assets and the price earnings ratio influence on earnings growth simultaniously. Keywords: financial ratios, earnings growth

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to the analyze of the significance of the price, promotion, channel distribution and quality of the product of purchasing decisions. This research is a survey on customers by Calya in Nasmoco Ringroad Surakarta. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. The source data used is the primary and secondary data. The population of this research are customers who are doing the buying decisions of Toyota Calya in Nasmoco Ringroad Surakarta with sample 50 people by census. Data collection technique used quetionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed used instrument test, classic assumption test, descriptive, multiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that proce have a significant effect while the promotion, channel distribution and quality of products don’t have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: price, promotion, channel distribution, quality products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a significant the effect of the current ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effect of the total debt to total assets ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effect of the return on assets ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effects of the current ratio, total debt to total assets ratio, and return on assets ratio as an simultaneous on the growth of the profit. It was secondary study use annual finance report documentation. They were analyzed using the multiple regression technique. There is a no significant effect of the current ratio on the growth of the profit; there is a significant effect of the total debt to total assets ratio on the growth of the profit; there is a significant effect of the return on assets ratio on the growth of the profit. The current ratio, total debt to total assets ratio, return on assets ratio variables give a contribution of 97,7 percent.
