Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze: (1)the significance of the influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior, (2) the influence of the dominant variables of the Organization Citizenship Behavior on the employees of PT ATMI Surakarta. The method of research used survey method, the population in this study were permanent employees of PT ATMI Surakarta, amounting to 335 people. In a study using a sampling technique proportional random sampling, number of samples used by 67 people. From this analysis, the variables were dominant influence on Organization Citizenship Behavior on the employees of PT ATMI Surakarta is organizational culture variables. T test results: variable organizational commitment, organizational culture, job satisfaction significantly affects the organization Citizenship Behavior. Test Results F is obtained probability value of 0,000 then the model used to test the effect of independent variables, namely organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the dependent variable is Organization Citizenship Behavior is right. The test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square = 0,716 means it is known that the effect provided by the independent variable of organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the dependent variable is Organization Citizenship Behavior on the employees of PT ATMI Surakarta 71,6 percent. Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze the effect of knowledge about environment, attitude to the environment and subjective norms on purchase intention on green product. This study is a survey. The population is a consumer aged 17 years and over who know and understand about the green product in Surakarta. Sample of 100 people with convenience sampling data. Type data used quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires and literature. Data were analyzed used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the knowledge of the environment a significant effect on purchase intention green product. Attitude to the environment a significant effect on purchase intention green product. Subjective norms a significant effect on purchase intention green product. Attitude to the environment is the dominant variable effect on purchase intention green product. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the retribution of tourist attractions, the number of tourists and entertainment taxes to the original income of karanganyar regency. This study uses quantitative data and uses secondary data sources. The population of this research is 48 data and sample of this research consist of 48 data from retribution of tourist object, number of tourists, entertainment tax and local revenue. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result of research partially indicate that the retribution of tourist object and the number of tourist tourists have positive but not significant effect to the original income of the region. The entertainment tax has a positive and significant effect on the local revenue. Simultaneously the retribution of tourist attraction, the number of tourists and entertainment tax has a positive and significant effect on the local revenue.Keywords: local revenue, levy of tourist attraction, number of tourists, entertainment tax

Abstract

This research aims to analyses effect (1) reward on job satisfaction (2) reward on the organizational commitment (3) reward on performance (4) job satisfaction on performance (5) organizational commitment on performance (6) reward on performance mediated by job satisfaction (7) reward on performance mediated organizational commitment. This research using samples of 70 automotive sales force in Surakarta region. To test the hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) reward has significance effect on job satisfaction; (2) reward has not significance effect on organizational commitment, (3) reward has significance effect on performance; (4) job satisfaction has significance effect on performance; (5) organizational commitment has significance effect on performance; (6) effect reward on sales force performance mediated by job satisfaction; (7) effect reward on sales force performance mediated by organizational commitment.Keywords: reward, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, sales force performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of one of the government agencies in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of revenue, market acceptance of, and useful to find a picture of developments in the Bird Market Levy Office Park Management and Ornamental Fish Market Depok Surakarta that can later be used to determine the development of revenue, market coming year. This study is a quantitative study with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and literature study. Analysis of data using analysis of efficiency, effectiveness, growth rate, and a linear trend. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of collection and revenue, market on Bird Market Park Management Office and Ornamental Fish Depok Surakarta in fiscal year 2011 to fiscal year 2013 was very good in terms of its effectiveness can be seen from the increasing revenue, results of which can exceed the targets set, but less in terms of efficiency, but the trend gained always been progressing increase each year of forecasting future. Abstract

The purpose of this study is To determine the influence of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance in Public Broadcasting RRI Surakarta. This study uses the population is all employees of the Public Broadcasting Institute RRI with the number of 207 employees. The research sample will be taken 30% from the total population (30% x 207) so that the sample of researchers as many as 66 people. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis tools. The result of research proves the result of F test analysis known that the variable of leadership, motivation and discipline have influence together and significant to performance. The result of t test analysis is known that leadership variable has significant influence to performance. Motivation variable has a significant influence on performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of perceived quality, product innovation, reference groups, celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions and knowing the independent variables that has a dominant effect on the purchase decision of soccer shoes brand Nike. This research is a census of the Football Boots Indonesia Regional Solo, totaling 52 people and all of them are used as research samples with population research or census techniques. This type of data use qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis use multiple linear regression analysis. Perceived quality, reference groups and celebrity endorsers has a significant effect on the purchase decision of soccer shoes brand Nike on members of Football Boots Indonesia Regional Solo while product innovations have no significant effect on purchase decision soccer shoes brand Nike on members of Football Boots Indonesia Regional Solo.Keywords: perceived quality, product innovation, reference group, celebrity endorser, purchasing decision

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand the effect of the application of the rules of ethics, professionalism increase of internal auditor to audit quality in the Internal Auditor Industry at Surakarta Municipality. The research object is the Internal Auditor in the industry at Surakarta Municipality. The research population of 120 respondents, and the sample 60. The data was collected by questionnaire. Research analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of the t test analysis can be seen that the p - value (0,001 < 0,05), means that Ho is rejected and accepted Ha, meaning there are influence perception Applying Ethics Rules (X1), increased professionalism of internal auditors to audit quality of the Internal Auditor Industry at Surakarta Municipality. The application of ethical rules and professionalism increased internal auditors simultaneous having influence an significant to audit quality in the Internal Auditor Industry at Surakarta Municipality. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (106,700 > 3,15). So can be meaning that independent variable variation such as of application of the rules of ethics, (X1) and professionalism increase (X2) have contribution effect to internal auditor quality to industry at Surakarta Municipality (Y) as big as 72,2% while left as big as 27,8% the effect by other factor such as experience, morality education and auditor independention.Keywords: Application of the rules of ethics, increased professionalism of internal auditors, audit quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of brand image, product attributes, and quality of service to mobile phone purchasing decisions Evercoss in Authorized Sales and Distributor Evercoss Solo. To analyze the effect of moderating the influence of service quality brand image and product attributes of the mobile phone purchasing decisions Evercoss in Authorized Sales and Distributor Evercoss Solo. In conclusion: Hypothesis 1 stated that: There is a significant influence on purchasing decisions brand image Evercoss mobile phones in the Authorized Sales and Distributor Evercoss Solo, unsubstantiated. Abstract

Food and beverage companies are one of the categories of consumer sectorcompanies that are currently growing and developing. The purpose of this study is toanalyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and EarningPer Share (EPS) on Stock Prices in Food and Beverage Sector Companies listed inIndonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014 – 2016. Types of samples used purposivesampling method. The number of samples in this study as many as 10 companies. Thetechnique of analysis is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show thatpartially show ROA and NPM have a positive but not significant influence on StockPrices, while EPS has a negative and insignificant influence on Stock Prices.Simultaneously show ROA, NPM and EPS have a significant influence on stock prices.Coefficient of determination given free variable that is ROA, NPM, and EPS todependent variable that is Stock Price equal to 25,5%. 74,5% influenced by other factoroutside of variable which studied.Keywords: ROA, NPM, EPS, Stock Price
