Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzed financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk seen from CAR, NPL, ROA, ROA, and LDR. Analyze comparative financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk during the period 2010 - 2013. In conclusion: (1) the financial performance of PT. Bank BRI Syariah in the period 2010 - 2013 seen from CAR, NPL and ROA in the category of healthy, while ROA and LDR categorized as unhealthy; (2) the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk in the period 2010 - 2013 seen from the CAR, NPL, ROA, BOPO, and LDR in the category of healthy; (3) The results of the comparison of different test financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk and PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah is concluded that for the CAR and ROA no significant difference, while the NPL ratio, ROA and LDR there is a significant difference, in which financial performance. Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of the variables of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Ratio (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), (BOPO) dan Firm size to Return on Asset of Islamic banks operating in Indonesia from 2014 – 2016. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling method with the criteria of Islamic banks makes an annual financial report in the period 2014 – 2016, has been published in Islamic banks and banking companies have profit in the period 2014 – 2016. Based on the predetermined criteria, the sample of 6 Sharia Commercial Banks is obtained. The type of data used in this study is secondary data using financial report data and analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. Result of t test show CAR, NPF, FDR and Company Size have no significant effect to ROA, but BOPO show significant influence to ROA. The result of F test of CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO and Firm Size ratio have significant effect to ROA.Keywords: CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO, Firm Size, ROA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of price, service, and reputation perception variables on the loyalty of Go-Jek customers in Solo city and analyze dominant influencing variables. Types of survey research, types of qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The population of all Go-Jek customers in Solo is the February 2018 period whose numbers are unknown. Sample of 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The collection technique uses observation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques: multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient (R²). The results of the validity and reliability test showed that all statements regarding price, service, perception of reputation, and customer loyalty were declared valid because of the p-value < 0.05, and reliable because Conbach's Alpha > 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have escaped from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normal distribution. Price regression analysis (X1) has a dominant influence on customer loyalty Go-Jek. Price variable (X1), service (X2) and reputation perception (X3) significantly influence the loyalty of Go-Jek customers in Solo City.Keywords: price, service, perception of reputation, customer loyalty

Abstract

This research is aimed to analysis the signification effect of the product toward costumer satisfaction; the effect of price toward costumer satisfaction; the effect of product toward buying decision; the effect of price toward buying decision; the effect of customer satisfaction toward buying decision; the effect of product toward buying decision which mediated by customer satisfaction; the effect of price toward buying decision which mediated by customer satisfaction. The population of this research are all customer of Bu Yati Solo’s food stall. Sample is taken from 100 respondent by Incidental sampling technic. Colection data technic use quesionnaire and observation trough test of validation and previous reliability. Test of condition of regretion use test of classic assumption. The analyzing data technic use line analysis. The result of this research shows that the product gives significant effect toward customer satisfaction; the price gives significant effect toward customer satisfaction; the product gives significant effect toward buying decision; the price does not give significant effect toward buying decision; the customer satisfaction gives significant effect toward buying decision; the customer satisfaction does not mediate the product effect toward buying decision; the customer satisfaction does not mediate the price effect toward buying decision. Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze the effect of competention, leadership and motivation on employee performance dan to analyze effect of competention and leadership on employee performance with motivation are moderation. Design research is survey on employees of CV. Harapan Baru Surakarta. Population are 56 employees with sampling technique used sensus. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires and literature. The data analysis technique used regression with moderation. The results showed that competention has significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has significant effect on employees performance. Motivation has significant effect on employees performance. Motivation did not moderate effect of competention on employees performance. Abstract

research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of the discipline of work and individual capabilities against the job satisfaction on Tax Services Office employees Pratama Surakarta. To analyze the significance of the influence of the working discipline, individual capability and the Pontifical work against the performance Tax Services Office employee of Pratama Surakarta. To analyze job satisfaction in the mediated influence of discipline of work and individual capabilities against the performance Tax Services Office employee of Pratama Surakarta. This study used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data. Population and sample in this research is all Tax Services Office employees Pratama Surakarta in particular section Supervisor and consulting (Waskon) as many as 50 employees. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, path analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The research results obtained the conclusion that: the discipline of work and capabilities of individual positive and significant effect against the job satisfaction. Disciplined work, individual capability and influential job satisfaction significantly to the performance of the employees. Job satisfaction mediate the influence of discipline of work and individual capabilities against the performance of employees.Keywords: disciplined work, individual capabilities, of the pontifical work, the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, satisfaction and work discipline together have a significant effect on the performance of RRI Surakarta employees partially and simultaneously. The population of this study was all RRI Surakarta employees using a sample of 44 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments through testing validity and reliability. Regression requirements test uses classic assumption test and Multiple Linear Regression Test, t test, F test and Determination coefficient (R2). The conclusion using the t test shows that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the RRI Surakarta, this is evidenced by the t test that produces a value of t = 2,467 > t table = 2,021. Satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of employees at RRI Surakarta, this is evidenced by the t test that produces a value of t = 2,699 > t table = 2,021. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the RRI Surakarta, this is evidenced by the t test that produces a probability value of t = 3,967> t table = 2,021. Concluded that motivation, satisfaction and work discipline affect employee performance.Keywords: motivation, satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

This research aims at: 1) in order to apply the concept of Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) in the investment banking industry shares that go public in the company Surabaya Stock Exchange; 2) to find out which stocks can form optimal portfolio. Modern portfolio theory was first introduced formally by Dr. Harry M. Markowitz in the 1950s. Basically this portfolio theory is a theoretical framework for selecting the optimum portfolio-portfolio systematically. The literal sense is a set of portfolio investment opportunities. Methods used in this study is CAPM. As defined in the CAPM beta (β), so companies that have operating leverage is defined as a company that has high risk and the beta subunits. The main results in this study is there is a risk that the bank ' s shares as 0,733 with the expected profit rate of 3,45%; BNI had a level of risk with the level of profits that 0,309 expected 16,70%; Bank CIC International have risk-level profit 0,111 expected 6,40%; Bank Danamon has the risk level of profit 0,350 expected 19,33%; BII has the risk level of profit 0,454 expected 7,41%. Abstract

The study was aimed to determine the factors that affect costumer satisfaction of side dish product (abon) at store KL Noeria Surakarta. The method used in this study is a survey method of data collection using questionnaires in Accidental Sampling Method with a number of respondents were taken as 50 people. The results showed that the Location Factor was not give affect for costumer satisfaction side dish product at store KL Noeria Surakarta. Even though, Service quality factor) and Price, significantly affect costumer satisfaction side dish product at store KL Noeria Surakarta. All factors contributed 45,6 percent of for costumer satisfaction side dish product at store KL Noeria Surakarta. Partially, the variables most affect positively and significantly to costumer satisfaction side dish product is service quality factor. Abstract

The merchant's income can be affected by various factors. This research is conducted to know the influence of equity, loan capital, and business location on merchant's revenue saturday shopping Karanganyar. The population of this study is all traders saturday shopping as much as 328 traders. The sample used amounted to 77 traders with cluster random sampling sampling method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Methods of data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, test t, test F, and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of t analysis shows its equity and loan capital has significant influence to traders' revenue on saturday while business location has no significant effect to merchant's revenue Saturday. Coefficient determination R2 obtained value of adjusted R square of 0,521 this means that the contribution or influence given by the variable of equity, loan capital and business location is 52,1% while 47,9% influenced by other variables outside this study .Keywords: revenue, equity, loan capital, business location
