Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) effect image of Ella Organic Skin Care Surakarta to customer satisfaction, (2) effect image of Ella Organic Skin Care Surakarta to positive WOM, (3) Effect customer satisfaction to positive WOM, (4) effect image of Ella Organic Skin Care Surakarta to positive WOM through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. The result reveals that (1) there is a significance effect between image of Ella Organic Skin Care Surakarta to customer satisfaction, showed p value (0,000) < 0,05, (2) there is a significance effect between image of Ella Organic Skin Care Surakarta to positive WOM showed p(0,027) < 0,05, (3) there is a significance effect between customer satisfaction to positive WOM, showed p (0,005) < 0,05, (4) there is a significance direct effect of image of Ella Organic Skin Care Surakarta to positive WOM through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable showed coefficient of the indirect effect (0,541) is greater than that coefficient of the direct effect (0,208). Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial condition of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 - 2013. By using the Altman Z-Score to see how much financial distress at every bank, amounting to 27 banks. By using the formula Z-Score = 1.2 + 1.4 X1 X2 X3 + 0.6 + 3.3 + 1.0 X4 X5. The results showed a total of 27 banks that went public there are still some who are greeting bankrupt condition. In 2010, as many as 41 percent of banks declared bankrupt, 7 percent gray area, and 52 percent declared healthy. In 2011, as many as 48 percent of the bank is declared bankrupt, 11 percent gray area, and 41 percent declared healthy. In 2012, as many as 56 percent of the bank is declared bankrupt, 11 percent gray area, and 33 percent declared healthy. In 2013, as many as 56 percent of the bank was declared bankrupt, 7 percent gray area, and 37 percent declared healthy. Keywords: Altman Z-Score, financial distress

Abstract

Aim of this research are to explain 1) influence of experiential marketing tocustomer satisfaction; 2) influence of customer satisfaction to repeat purchase; 3)explaining experiential marketing to repeat purchase and 4) explaining experientialmarketing to repeat purchase along customer satisfaction. This research is conducted atOmah Wedangan and Wedangan Konco Lawas Mojosongo Surakarta. Samplemeasurement is used as 165 respondents wih non-probability sampling technique andpurposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is Structural EquationModelling analysis technique. Research result indicates indicates that there is influenceof direct experiential marketing towards customer satisfaction and repeat purchase;influence of direct customer satisfaction towards repeat purchase; and influence ofindirect experiential marketing towards repeat purchase along customer satisfaction.Based on aim of research, sugestion for the Wedangan to live in Mojosongo so thatupgrade customer satisfaction to pass experiential marketing until customer will gonetoo far to do repeat purchase way routine.Keywords: experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, repeat purchase

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect quality of management information system, work environment and decentralization on employee performance in PD BKK Branch Karanganyar. Hypothesis in this study is quality of management information system, work environment and decentralization have a significant effect on employee performance in PD BKK Branch Karanganyar. This study using sample of 153 respondents. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of this study that quality of management information system, work environment and decentralization have a significant effect on employee performance in PD BKK Branch Karanganyar.Keywords: quality of management information system, work environment, decentralization, performance.

Abstract

Accrual accounting implementation in public sector has been a hot issue for recent decades. Many countries in the world have choose to implement accrual accounting and financial reporting as their financial management reform. This phenomenon has been debated spread away in public management and education literatures. These debate relate on the implementation and the impact of implementation in financial government governance. This article gives a little overview of accrual accounting implementation in Indonesia, mirrors from accounting and financial reporting implementation of other countries in Indonesia has implementing this system. All the legislations has designed to regulate implementing efforts. We hope that in 2015 Indonesia will be able to implement it completely. Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) effect retail mix on customer loyalty, (2) effect retail mix on customer satisfaction, (3) effect customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, (4) effect retail mix on customer loyalty, through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on this research are all customer of Djikan’s Audio & Accessories in Karanganyar. The samples of this research consist of 100 responden, taken with convenience sampling. To test the hypothesis, researcher using path analysis. The result reveals that (1) there is a significance effect between retail mix on customer loyalty (2) there is a significance effect between retail mix on customer satisfaction (3) there is a significance effect between customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, (4) customer satisfaction has mediate of the effect between retail mix on customer loyalty. The conclusion of this research that all hypothesis are supported. Implications of this study, increasing of the customer satisfaction can be used as a strategy to maintain and raising customer loyalty of Djikan's Audio & Accessories in Karanganyar. Advised to the companies to increasing customer satisfaction, aims to support the successful implementation of the retail mix and customer loyalty will be higher. Abstract

Cafe is an exciting place to hangout with friends. Some cafes around uns are quite famous among the public. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty by using crm (commitment, communication, and service quality). The research uses quantitative data type and data collection techniques in this study using primary data with convenience sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 140 people. Validity and reliability testing using confirmatory factor analysis and cronbach’s alpha and analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on CRM to customer satisfaction, CRM to customer loyalty, and CRM to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.Keywords: CRM (commitment, communication, and service quality), customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of trust, convenience and price on purchasing decisions through Lazada's online store site to students of Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. This research uses survey method, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all students of Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta who had made purchases through the Lazada application. The number of samples in this study were 70 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection method used: questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research on the confidence variable did not significantly influence the purchase decision. The results of youth variable research have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the variable price study have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the study concluded that trust, convenience, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: trust, convenience, price, purchase decision

Abstract

Companies that make the payment of dividends to its investors is a company that has a profit and good financial structure, if the company can increase the dividend payment, then this is evidence of the improvement in the performance of the company. The financial performance of the company can be analyzed through financial ratios, namely through the liquidity ratios, profitability and sales growth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of liquidity, profitability and sales growth partially or simultaneously on dividend policy on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analyzing the dominant variable influence (liquidity, profitability and sales growth) on dividend policy on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In conclusion, that there was a significant effect of independent variables, namely liquidity, profitability and sales growth partially or simultaneously to the dependent variable is the dividend policy (Y) in a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the analysis we concluded that the profitability variable dominant influence on dividend policy (Y) in a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

Investment planning is an act of allocating a number of funds currently made inthe hope of obtaining future income. Investment planning is an important thing that isowned by people who have a fixed income so that the income derived from the results oftheir work can be useful for their future. The population in this study were permanentincome people in Jaten Village, Karanganyar Regency. The sampling technique usesporous sampling and snowball sampling, a sample used by 100 people. Data collectiontechniques using: questionnaire. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiplelinear regression, t test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results obtained by theconclusion: Hypothesis 1 which states that: There is a significant effect of self-control oninvestment planning in the fixed income community in Jaten village, KaranganyarRegency, proven to be true. Hypothesis 2: which states that: There is a significantinfluence of financial knowledge on investment planning in fixed income communities inJaten village, Karanganyar Regency, proven to be true. Hypothesis 3 states that: Thereis a significant effect of financial experience on investment planning in the fixed incomecommunity in Jaten village, Karanganyar Regency, proven to be true.Keywords: self control, financial knowledge, financial experience, investment planning.
