Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Price and Location on buying decision of Indraloka Homestay and its impact on Loyalty. This research is done by quantitative method. The study population included all guests who had stayed at Indraloka Homestay with 80 respondents. The unit of analysis of this study are individuals who understand the substance of research obtained as a sample by using purposive sampling technique. expected data obtained will be relevant to the research problem. The analytical tool used Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The results showed that the variable price and location have a significant influence on Purchase Decision, Price has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, Location has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Purchase Decision has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty.Keywords: price, location, buying decision, loyalty

Abstract

Compensation, discipline to the work and work motivation are important factors in efforts to develop human resources in improving employee performance. This study aims to dig the influences of compensation, discipline to the work and work motivation of job performance. The data used in this study is primary data from questionaires. Respondents in this study were 45 persons who are employees of ABC store Karanganyar. The validity and reliability, linear regression, determination, and hypothesis tested by SPSS version 16.0 programme. The results showed from partially and simultaneous hypothesis testing, the variables of compensation, discipline to the work and work motivation effect on employee performance.Keywords: compensation, discipline to the work, work motivation, perfomance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of brand image, brand trust, and product attribute to purchasing decisions. The type of this research is survey on consumer Skincare Larissa Aesthetic Center Surakarta Jl. Gajah Mada No. 103 Surakarta. Typpes data use qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources use primary data sources and secondary data. The population of the research is all consumer Skincare Larissa Aesthetic Center Surakarta with a sample of 100 people with sampling technique accidental sampling. Data collection techniques user questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The result showed that brand image has a significant efect on purchasing decisions, brand trust is not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and product attributes have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: brand image, brand trust, product attribute, purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify factors influencing the management and arrangement of street vendors around Pasar Klewer Solo and explain the impact of PKL structuring on business performance through a quantitative research model. The methods of data collection in this study are: observation guides, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis is divided into two stages namely descriptive and infrensial statistics. The infrared statistics use Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample was chosen purposively, amounting to 10% of the population. The results obtained in this study are: (1) The street vendors around Klewer Market in Solo City have various characteristics. When viewed from the characteristics of sex street vendors who operate in the area around the campus is dominated by men that is equal to 79,27%, when viewed from the business field characteristics of 61,36% food sales business, when viewed from the characteristic age of 54,05 % is in the productive age of 25-30 years, when viewed from education of 48,65% high school education and when viewed from the number of employees of 50.45% have 3-7 employees; (2) The management of human resources and operational management have an influence to the business performance of street vendors around Pasar Klewer in Solo proven with the result of calculation PLS where both variables have t value bigger than t table (HR Management 3,276, Operational management 2,679 > 1,96); (3) The management of finance and marketing does not have an effect on the business performance of street vendors in Klewer Market in Solo City because at the time of modification of the initial model both have less than 0.50 loading factor for each indicator; (4) Performance of PKL business area around Klewer Market in Solo City is influenced by human resource management which is reflected by labor and operational management which is reflected by workflow. The direction of the influence of HR management variables is negative, if the PKL wants to improve their performance then the labor they use should come from outside the family. While the operational management variables in the form of performance should be able to be improved by street vendors to improve their performance.Keywords: Model of PKL governance in Solo City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to the analyze of the significance of the price, promotion, channel distribution and quality of the product of purchasing decisions. This research is a survey on customers by Calya in Nasmoco Ringroad Surakarta. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. The source data used is the primary and secondary data. The population of this research are customers who are doing the buying decisions of Toyota Calya in Nasmoco Ringroad Surakarta with sample 50 people by census. Data collection technique used quetionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed used instrument test, classic assumption test, descriptive, multiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that proce have a significant effect while the promotion, channel distribution and quality of products don’t have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: price, promotion, channel distribution, quality products.

Abstract

This research aims to analyses effect (1) reward on job satisfaction (2) reward on the organizational commitment (3) reward on performance (4) job satisfaction on performance (5) organizational commitment on performance (6) reward on performance mediated by job satisfaction (7) reward on performance mediated organizational commitment. This research using samples of 70 automotive sales force in Surakarta region. To test the hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) reward has significance effect on job satisfaction; (2) reward has not significance effect on organizational commitment, (3) reward has significance effect on performance; (4) job satisfaction has significance effect on performance; (5) organizational commitment has significance effect on performance; (6) effect reward on sales force performance mediated by job satisfaction; (7) effect reward on sales force performance mediated by organizational commitment.Keywords: reward, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, sales force performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance: 1) effect of the use of information technology on employee performance. 2) influence of task complexity on employee performance and 3) effect of the work environment on employee performance. This research is a survey. The population of the research is the employees of PDAM Tirto Negoro, Sragen Regency. Samples were 58 people with proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Descriptive analysis results show that the use of information technology, work environment and employee performance is in good condition while the complexity of the task of the employee is moderate. The use of information technology has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PDAM Tirto Negoro, Sragen Regency. The task complexity has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PDAM Tirto Negoro, Sragen Regency. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PDAM Tirto Negoro, Sragen Regency.Keywords: the use of information technology, task complexity, work environment, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the efficiency of the supply of raw material needs carried out by PG Mojo Sragen, so that the company can maintain the stability of the production process and to analyze the efficiency of the cost of raw material inventory with production costs incurred by PG Mojo Sragen. This type of research is a case study at PG Mojo Sragen. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is a stockhastic inventory control model using 90% and 95% service levels. The results showed that the control of raw material inventory implemented by PG Mojo Sragen had not yet reached the level of efficiency of raw material inventory and cost efficiency. This is indicated by the results of calculations that have been carried out by the stockhastic method can produce efficiency of raw material inventory costs rather than the methods applied by the company.Keywords: stockhastic inventory model, raw material inventory, safety stock, efficiency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of trust, convenience and price on purchasing decisions through Lazada's online store site to students of Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. This research uses survey method, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all students of Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta who had made purchases through the Lazada application. The number of samples in this study were 70 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection method used: questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research on the confidence variable did not significantly influence the purchase decision. The results of youth variable research have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the variable price study have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the study concluded that trust, convenience, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: trust, convenience, price, purchase decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze 1) the effect of beauty vlogger as e-WOM on brand image; 2) the influence of beauty vlogger as e-WOM on purchase intention; 3) the influence of brand image on purchase intention; and 4) the influence of beauty vlogger as e-WOM on purchase intention through brand image. This research was conducted at the students of Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The sample size taken was 70 respondents, with non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling using path analysis. Based on the analysis, it was found that the beauty vlogger as e-WOM had a significant effect on brand image, beauty vlogger as e-WOM had a significant effect on buying interest, brand image had a significant effect on purchase intention, brand image mediates the influence of beauty vlogger as e-WOM on purchase intention. Based on the results of the research, the use of beauty vlogger must be decided appropriately in order to have a very large influence on the level of product salesKeywords: Beauty Vlogger, e-WOM, Brand Image, Purchase Intention.
