Abstract

This research examined the influence of corporate culture on job performance of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. The variables consist of corporate culture and job performance. The corporate culture variables consists of six indicators, the are: (1) Innovation, (2) Outcome orientation, (3) People orientation, (4) Team orientation, (5) aggressiveness; (6) Stability. Job performance consists of (1) quality, (2), quantity, and (3) time. Data were analyzed with SEM. This research is descriptive and explanatory research survey. This study took a sample of 173 respondents, employees of PT.Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta, with random sampling. The results show that: factors: Innovation, Outcome orientation, People orientation, Team orientation, aggressivess, stability, contribution significant to support corporate cultural factors in the PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. Factors: the quantity, quality, and time has contribution to the job performance of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. Time variables contributed dominant compared with other factors. PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta corporate culture, affect the Job performance of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. The values are determined by the corporate culture of innovation, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, stability as a character has shaped the culture as the main of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze: 1) )the influence of work environment to job satisfaction, 2)the influence of leadership to job satisfaction. This research is survey research. Primary data obtained from questionnaires to 40 respondents and performed analyzes with SPSS, with the results all questionnaires are valid and reliable. The data analysis using with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and R total. The result showed that: 1) work environment significantly to job satisfaction 2) leadership influence significantly to job satisfaction.Keywords: work environment, leadership, and job satisfaction

Abstract

Competition in the culinary business in the city of Solo is currently very tight, and critical consumer demands are an important problem for entrepreneurs to always provide high satisfaction to customers. Service quality is not enough to satisfy customers, but it needs to be high value for customers. This study aims to analyze (1) effect service quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction; (2) effect perceived value on customer satisfaction; (3) effect service quality on customer satisfaction moderated of perceived value. This research using sample 100 customers who buy culinary in Kota Barat Solo Area. Data collecting with questionaire technique through validity and reliability test. The data analyse using regression linear analysis and absolute residual test, and previously the researcher using classical assumption test. Results of this research showed that (1) service quality have a significantly effect on customer satisfaction; (2) perceived value have a significantly effect on customer satisfaction; (3) perceived value has moderate the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem of this study is that the factor of compensation and decreasing employee commitment has an impact on declining employee performance, especially income of Gojek drivers. This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect of compensation on organizational commitment (2) significance effect of compensation on employee performance (3) significance effect of organizational commitment on employee performance (4) the effect of compensation on employee performance, through organizational commitment as the mediating variable. This research using samples of 100 drivers Go-jek in Surakarta city with accidental sampling technique. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis using path analysis. Findings (1) compensation has significance effect on organizational commitment. (2) compensation has significance effect on employee performance. (3) organizational commitment has significance effect on employee performance. (4) organizational commitment mediates of the effect compensation on employee performance. Contribution of this research can be used as policy of Gojek company to pay more attention of increasing compensation which can increase commitment and employee performance. This research can contribute to the development of human resource literature and as a reference for similar research.

Abstract

Hadirnya underpass Makamhaji telah mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas yang sering terjadi sebelumnya, tetapi disisi lain masyarakat Makamhaji merasakan adanya penurunan pendapatan, terutama yang bermata pencaharian sebagai pedagang. Faktor yang memotivasi seseorang menjadi entrepreneur adalah keinginan merasakan pekerjaan bebas, keberhasilan diri tercapai dan kepekaan pada risiko. Kebebasan kerja sulit tercapai karena berbagai faktor luar, misalnya dampak negatif pembangunan fasilitas utama atau pendukung usaha seperti halnya pembangunan underpass Makamhaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak pembangunan underpass Makamhaji terhadap komitmen wirausaha tangguh. Manfaat penelitian akan diketahui solusi terhadap permasalahan wirausaha, yang terdampak pembangunan underpass Makamhaji. Metode penelitian ini berdasarkan survey dari 120 orang dengan populasi acak yang berwirausaha pasca pembangunan underpass Makamhaji. Metode purposive sampling yang dipakai dengan pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, hingga mendapatkan data primer berupa angka dari hasil pengisian kuesioner responden atau hasil wawancara langsung peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Skala Likert digunakan dengan kategori angka 1,0-2,3 = rendah, 2,4-3,7 = sedang dan 3,8-5,0 = tinggi. Peneliti menggunakan skala interval yang berupa pertanyaan atau pernyataan yang jawabannya akan diberi skor. Hasil penelitian diketahui Wiraswasta bertahan dengan usaha sejenis, telah diperkirakan dari awal (hepotesis) merupakan hal yang mendomisasi para wirausaha yang mengalami dampak akibat pembangunan underpass Makamhaji, dimana masih mempertahankan dagangannya yang dulu (sebelum pembangunan). Semakin kuat pilihan responden wiraswasta bertahan dengan usaha sejenis ditekuni maka kemampuan bertahan atas usahanya semakin besar. Indikasi tersebut diketahui terhadap nilai β sebesar 0,988 dan positif. Wiraswasta bertahan dengan ganti usaha, mampu memetakan para mereka yang berakibat pembangunan underpass Makamhaji diprediksi secara signifikan, dengan nilai β sebesar 0,964. Para usahawan menentukan pilihan ini, tidak pasrah apa yang dihadapi tetapi mereka semangat membuat terobosan baru bertahan ditempat semula dengan mengganti jenis dagangan baru yang lebih berjangka lama dan dibutuhkan pembeli dengan mudah, tanpa peduli potensi nilai beli konsumen rendah atau tinggi. Wiraswasta berpindah lokasi akibat dampak pembangunan underpass Makamhaji memiliki nilai β yang cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 0,989. Pada variabel ini secara positif dan signifikan mampu memprediksi pilihan mereka untuk berwirausaha di tempat baru walaupun susah dan mulai dari titik nol (bawah). Pola pikir mereka lebih kondisi nyata pada sebagian atau bahkan semua bangunan usahanya/rumahnya terkena gusur akibat pembangunan underpass Makamhaji. Dampak pembangunan underpass Makamhaji terhadap mereka cukup variatif namun mereka harus mampu memaknai bahwa perlunya suatu solusi untuk menjadi wirausaha yang tangguh. Abstract

This research aims to analyses effect (1) reward on job satisfaction (2) reward on the organizational commitment (3) reward on performance (4) job satisfaction on performance (5) organizational commitment on performance (6) reward on performance mediated by job satisfaction (7) reward on performance mediated organizational commitment. This research using samples of 70 automotive sales force in Surakarta region. To test the hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) reward has significance effect on job satisfaction; (2) reward has not significance effect on organizational commitment, (3) reward has significance effect on performance; (4) job satisfaction has significance effect on performance; (5) organizational commitment has significance effect on performance; (6) effect reward on sales force performance mediated by job satisfaction; (7) effect reward on sales force performance mediated by organizational commitment.Keywords: reward, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, sales force performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of accounting information systems, the use of information technology, and internal control on the performance of DPUPR Sragen Regency employees, either partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at DPUPR Sragen Regency. The population in this study were 120 employees. The research sample of 60 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data instruments in the form of a questionnaire. Data analyzed with inductive statistical techniques. Hypothesis tested by multiple regression analysis models, t test and F test. Regression test results obtained Y = -2,981 + 0,415 X1 + 1,073 X2 + 0,453 X3. The research results were: application of accounting information systems, utilization of information technology, and internal control influenced employee performance, either partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Penyuluhan pengembangan motivasi wirausaha budidaya Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Desa Sewurejo Kecamatan Mojogedang Kabupaten Karanganyar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan wanita agar mampu memberikan sumbangan manfaat ekonomi dan menambah penghasian keluarga. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan pada hari Rabu, 7 Maret 2018 di Balai Desa Sewurejo dengan peserta sebanyak 25 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, serta diskusi. Respon masyarakat sangat baik terhadap kegiatan tersebut dan mengakui bahwa dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dalam memanfaatkan pekarangan dan alam sekitar untuk pengembangan dan budidaya tanaman obat keluarga yang mampu membawa pada peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kata kunci: penyuluhan, tanaman obat keluarga, manfaat ekonomi Abstract Counseling on the development of entrepreneurial motivation for family medicinal plant cultivation (TOGA) in the female farmer group (KWT) in Sewurejo Village, Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency aims to increase women’s empowerment to be able to contribute economic benefit and increase family income. This activity was held on Wednesday, March 7th, 2018 at the Sewurejo Village Hall with 25 participants. The method of implementing activities is carried out by speech session, question and answers session, and discussion. The community has responded very well these activities and acknowledges that it can increase awareness in utilizing the yard and surrounding nature for the development and cultivation of family medicinal plants which could lead to increase family welfare. Abstract

Tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Sewurejo adalah memberikan wacana kepada pelaku bisnis Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap pentingnya melakukan strategi dalam rangka mengantisipasi adanya dampak dari pandemi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan entrepreneurship antisipasi dampak pandemi bagi pelaku bisnis UMKM Dusun Tepos Desa Sewurejo Kecamatan Mojogedang Kabupaten Karanganyar. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan di rumah Bapak Kepala Dusun Tepos dengan dua metode, yaitu presentasi dan tanya jawab. Evaluasi keberhasilan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditunjukkan oleh beberapa indikator, yaitu banyaknya peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan yang terdiri dari pelaku bisnis berbagai bidang, yaitu makanan, pertanian, dan peternakan. Disamping itu, peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir. Suasana tanya jawab (diskusi) berjalan seru karena banyak peserta yang mengajukan pertanyaan. Keinginan peserta agar kegiatan ini bisa dilanjutkan lagi pada periode mendatang. Kata Kunci: pengembangan bisnis, pemasaran online, UMKM, media sosial. Abstract The aim of the community service activities in Sewurejo Village is to provide discourse to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business actors on the importance of implementing strategies to anticipate the pandemic's impact. Community service activities are carried out by providing entrepreneurship counseling in anticipation of the impact of the pandemic for MSME business people in Tepos Hamlet, Sewurejo Village, Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency. The counseling activity was carried out at the house of the Head of Tepos Hamlet using two methods, namely presentation and question and answer. Evaluation of the success of this community service activity is shown by several indicators, namely the number of participants who took part in the activity consisting of business people in various fields, namely food, agriculture, and animal husbandry. Besides that, the participants were very enthusiastic about the activity from start to finish. The question and answer (discussion) atmosphere was lively because many participants asked questions. Participants wish that this activity can be continued again in the coming period. Keywords: business development, online marketing, MSMEs, social media.
