Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are of special concern to thegovernment. Reform and regional autonomy triggered the implementationand development of a new public service bureaucracy (NPS) into theadministration of public services. NPS places the citizens to be served. Onegovernment program is One Stop Service (OSS). OSS uses the principle ofwork easy, cheap, fast and can be transparent. Thus, the institutionconcerned makes communication strategy based on media strategy so thatpeople are more familiar and actively participate. This study aims to find outhow the implementation of the communication strategy, and how theeffectiveness of communication strategies to the public in Sragen regency.Data were collected by interviewing the resource persons involved in thecompilation and implementation of the communication strategy and bycollecting supporting data. The results show that DPMPTSP works togetherwith related SKPD, improvise to formulate and run socialization andpublication through media according to the typology of audience. DPMPTSPavoids high-cost media and further maximizes the potential of existingresources. As a mainstay for further development is the online media.Nevertheless DPMPTSP has succeeded in improvisation as evidenced bythe increase of applicants for permits and growth of SMEs.Keywords: SME, one stop service, government communication strategy

Abstract

This research is conducted to analysis the significance effect of: (1)organisastion climate to the nurses work productivity, (2) training to thenurses work productivity, (3) work ability to the nurses work productivity. Thepopulation is entire nurse at RSJD Surakarta as many as 100 nurses. Thesample is taking by simple random sampling, so get sample as many as 80nurses. The technique of gathering the data is using questioner throughvalidity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses doubleregression with classical assumption. The analysis result shows that:(1)regression equation Y= 2,103 + 0,290X1 + 0,651X2 + 0,600X3; (2) t testclimate organisation variable have significance value < 0,05; t test trainingvariable have significance value < 0,05; t test work ability variable havesignificance value < 0,05; So that the three independent variables have asignificant effect on work productivity of nurses. The adjusted R2 amount0,717; it means that the magnitude of influence contributions of climateorganisation, training anad work ability to nurses work productivity amount of71,7%, the rest was influenced by other variables.Keywords: organizational climate, training, work ability, nurses workproductivity

Abstract

The objective of the research to analyses (1) effect of restaurant imageto behavioral intention, (2) effect of restaurant image to customer satisfaction,(3) effect customer satisfaction to behavioral intention, (4) effect of restaurantimage to behavioral intention, through customer satisfaction as the mediatingvariable. Population on this research are all customer of restaurant inKaranganyar. The samples of this research consist of 100 respondent, takenwith accidental sampling. To test the hypothesis, the researcher using thepath analysis. Result of this research reveals that (1) restaurant image havesignificance effect to behavioral intention; (2) restaurant image havesignificance effect to customer satisfaction; (3) customer satisfaction havesignificance effect to behavioral intention; (4) effect of restaurant image tobehavioral intention mediated by customer satisfaction. Abstract

The influence of Communication and leadership against theperformance of the employees of the Secretariat of this research aims toanalyze the influence of communication and leadership against theperformance of an employee with discipline as intervening variable. Thisstudy used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitativeand quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondarydata. The population in this study are all employees of the Secretariat of theHouse of representatives District of Boyolali 52 employees. The number ofsamples in the study as many as 52 employees, so it is a research census.Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire. Technique of dataanalysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions ofclassical, and path analysis. The results of the analysis of the data obtainedto the conclusion that: the communication and leadership of the influentialsignificantly to discipline employees work the Secretariat RepresentativesBoyolali Regency Area. Communication, leadership and discipline work effectsignificantly to the performance of an employee of the Secretariat of theRegional House of representatives Boyolali Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the significance of theinfluence of work environment, motivation, job satisfaction on theperformance of education personnel Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta,moderated by job satisfaction. The population in this study is all the staffs atSlamet Riyadi University Surakarta, amounting to 137 people. Determinationof sample using proportional random sampling, each part / unit is taken 60%from total population and then each member is chosen randomly with theamount of sample of research as much as 82 people of education. Methodsof data collection using questionnaires that have been tested for validity andreliability. The conclusion of this study is that the work environment has nosignificant effect on the performance of education personnel; work motivationhas a significant effect on the performance of education personnel; jobsatisfaction has no significant effect on the performance of educationpersonnel; job satisfaction moderate the influence of the work environmenton the performance of educational personnel; job satisfaction does notmoderate the effect of work motivation on the performance of educationpersonnel.Keywords: work environment, motivation, job satisfaction performance

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the financial perspective as aperformance measurement and to know significancy non-financialperspective are simultaneously significancy with performance; financialperspective, customer perspective, internal business process, learn andgrowth perspective are significancy with performance. This research issurvey research which is located at Homeschooling Kak Seto Solo. Thesample is 60 persons which are using sensus method to inquiry sheetthrough validity and reliability test. The analysis technique uses doubleregression with classical assumpttion. The analysis result shows financialperspective as a performance measurement and non-financial variable isaffect to the performance too. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of significance between: 1) JobStress toward Employee Performance, 2) Job Stress toward EmployeeSatisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance, 4) JobSatisfaction as mediating the influence of work stress toward employeeperformance of Bank Mandiri Branch Madiun. Population of 64 people.Samples taken on census Technique of data collection through validity andreliability test. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression andclassical assumption test. Hypothesis testing with Path Analysis, t test, sobeltest, F test and . The result of regrestion 1, obtained t test value equal to5,737 < 0,05, Test F equal to 32,915 < 0,05 coefficient of determination ( )= 34,7%. Result of regrestion 2, obtained value of Test of t equal to 2,910,5,835 < 0,05, Test of F obtained value 47.849 < 0,05 which means jobsatisfaction have an effect on signifikan to employee performance.Coefficient of determination 61,1%. The ratio of indirect effect 0,339, totalinfluence 0,627 and result of value score test get value of Z equal to 4,1014 >1,96 so it can be concluded that job satisfaction is able to mediate theinfluence of work stress toward employee performance of Bank MandiriBranch Madiun. Conclusion of result of hypothesis stated that "there issignificant effect of work stress on performance, there is significant influenceof job stress to job satisfaction, there is significant influence of satisfaction onperformance and job satisfaction able to mediate influence of work stresstoward employee performance of Bank Mandiri Branch Madiun" tested thetruth.Keywords: Job stress, work satisfaction, performance.

Abstract

The creative industry sector in Surakarta has potential to compete in theera of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), to exploit the potential ofcreative Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surakarta shouldimprove productivity and company performance. This study aims to analyzeof financial performance of creative MSMEs in Surakarta with operating profitas a proxy of performance, as well as analyze of capital and sales.Hypothesis in this study (1) Capital influence on sales (2) Capital influence onMSMEs performance (3) Sales influence on MSMEs performance. This studytook a sample of 117 MSMEs entrepreneurs spread across 5 districts inSurakarta, with purposive sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing is done byusing multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of the hypothesis testresults (1) capital has positive and significant effect on sales, (2) capital hasnot significant effect on creative MSMEs (3) sales have positive andsignificant effect on the performance of creative MSMEs in Surakarta.Keywords: capital, sales, operating profit, performance of creative MSMEs
