Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality, and perception of value influence to Smartphone user satisfaction in Surakarta. The object of research is the Smartphone users who become the sample. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the quality of information, system quality, service quality, and value perception have an effect on customer satisfaction of Smartphone user in Surakarta. Abstract

High profit growth signifies a prosperity that every company wants to achieve. The purpose of this research was to analyze the significance of the influence of financial ratios consisting of current ratio, net profit margin, total assets turnover, debt to assets ratio and return on assets to the company's profit growth. The research population used data from food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013. From 20 companies listed, 13 companies were taken as research sample, where they have complete financial statement information. Data analysis used classical assumption test, descriptive, static, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the five financial ratios partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the profit growth. Thus, it can be concluded that financial ratios partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the profit growth of food and beverages companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the significance of the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, to know and analyze the significance of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, and to know and analyze the significance of the influence of trust on consumer satisfaction. The population of this study are consumers who use services in PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo is not known exactly how many, the number of samples as many as 100 people with sampling techniques with convenience sampling technique. Technique of collecting data using questioner through validity and reliability test. Analysis technique through multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and R2. The analysis results obtained: (1) Quality of PT products. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo not has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Quality of service of PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo not has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (3) Trust PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is there is significant influence of product quality, service quality, and trust to customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Solo. Abstract

This research is a survey research based on the decline in the number of customers in PT BNI Syariah Branch Yogyakarta from 2013 - 2017. This study aims to examine the significant influence between: product, promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Sharia Branch of Yogyakarta. The research population is 380 customers, the sample used is 44% of the population, namely 167. This study uses path analysis with multiple linear regression, using the classic assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the t test, namely product, promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty in PT BNI Syariah Yogyakarta Branch. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R square (R2) of 0.604 means that the contribution or influence of the product, promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction is 60.4% while the remaining 39.6% is explained by other variables outside this research. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the extent of the influence of communication, conflict, work stress and work environment to employee work productivity at Silver Company Tom 'Silver Yogyakarta. From the results of analysis shows that there is influence simultaneously (together) between communication, conflict, work stress and work environment of work, to work productivity of employees. This results also shows thatcommunication (X1) and working environment have a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y). The variables of conflict (X2) and work stress (X4) are shows the different results. Both of them show that there are haven’t significant effect to employee work productivity (Y).R Square (R2) shows that the magnitude of the effect of communication, work conflict, work stress and work environment on employee work productivity is 52.2% and 47.8 % influenced by other factors. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah Pengaruh service quality dan relationship marketing terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Syariah Kota Surakarta. Pengaruh service quality, relationship marketing dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah di Bank Syariah Kota Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah di  Bank Syariah Kota Surakarta sejumlah 1200 nasabah yang berkunjung pada tanggal 01 Juli 2018 s/d 10 Juli 2018. sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 10% dari populasi, yaitu 1200x10%= 120. Teknik yang digunakan adalah random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak. Teknik análisis menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Syariah Kota Surakarta. Relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Syariah Kota Surakarta. Service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas Nasabah di Bank Syariah Kota Surakarta. Relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah di Bank Syariah Kota Surakarta. Kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah di Bank Syariah Kota Surakarta. Hasil analisis jalur menuinjukkan Pengaruh tidak langsung service quality terhadap loyalitas merupakan jalur yang efektif. Pengaruh tidak langsung Relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas merupakan jalur yang efektif

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect restaurant image and location on customer satisfaction, analyze the significance effect of restaurant image, location and satisfaction on consumer loyalty and analyze the significance effect of restaurant image and location on customer loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variables. This type of research is survey. The population of this research is consumer Go Martabak Kafe in Solo with a sample of 97 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection used a questionnaire and literature. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that the restaurant image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The restaurant image has a significant effect on loyalty consumer. Location has a significant effect on the customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has mediates the effect of restaurant image on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has mediates the effect of location on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research (1) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the satisfaction of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (2) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the loyalty of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (3) Analyze the significance of the brand trust on the loyalty of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (4) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the loyalty by mediating customer satisfaction in Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta.This research took the location of Retno Skin Care in Surakarta using a sample of 100 respondent of Retno Skin Care services users in Surakarta. How to take sample with questionnaires. Based on the result of testing each hypothesis shows that wich states “consumer confidence has a significant effect on consumers loyalty” proved the truth. The third hyphotesis states that “consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty by mediating consumer satisfaction in retno skin care consumers in Surakarta”, proven true.

This study is sensus research, using location in State Treasury Service Office/KPPN Solo Raya, using sample of 109 employees. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) motivation have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (2) job satisfaction have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (3) motivation have a significance effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction have a significance effect on employee performance; (5) organizational commitment have a significance effect on employee performance; (6) effect of motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment.
