Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the significance of work motivation, incentives, and bureaucratic systems simultaneously on the Employee Performance of the Community Empowerment Office and the Village of Ponorogo Regency. The population of this research is all employees of the Community Empowerment Office and the Village of Ponorogo Regency, the research sample is 30 people. The technique of collecting data uses validity and reliability tests. Analysis techniques through multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and R2. The analysis results obtained: The work spirit is not significant to the performance of the Ponorogo Village Empowerment and Community Service employees. Positive and significant incentives for performance for Ponorogo Village Empowerment and Community Service employees. The bureaucratic system has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Ponorogo Regency Empowerment and Community Service staff. The conclusion of this study is that there are some significant incentives and bureaucratic systems to the performance of the Ponorogo Village Empowerment and Community Service employees. Keywords: work morale, incentives, bureaucracy system, employee performance.

Abstract

Basically, many factors affect the work motivation of an employee in a company or an organization. First is the organizational culture which is the core thing for an organization or company, because it will always be related to life in the company. Many things determine the culture of the organization itself: there is a work team, leadership, organizational character and administrative processes that apply so this becomes very important because in it there are habits and norms that will continue to be followed by members of the organization and will strengthen the organization and accommodate organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction and work facilities on work motivation in the Inspectorate of Ponorogo Regency. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a purporsive sampling method. The data analysis technique is done by using multiple regression analysis methods. Organizational culture influences work motivation in Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. Furthermore, job satisfaction affects work motivation at the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. Work facilities affect work motivation in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. known the magnitude of the effect of the variable job satisfaction on work motivation is 0,677 or 67,7%. After interacting with the moderation variable in this case the work facilities, the r square value in accordance with the results of the study amounted to 0,705 or 70,5%, an increase of 2,8%. Based on the results of these comparisons, it can be concluded that the fifth hypothesis is accepted, namely that work facilities moderate job satisfaction in influencing work motivation in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. Keywords: Influence, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Work Facilities, Work Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence between: (1)Leadership on job satisfaction; (2) The work environment for job satisfaction; (3) Leadership towards performance; (4) Work environment on performance; (5) Job satisfaction on performance; (6) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of leadership on performance; (7) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of the work environment on performance.The population of PT Timbul Jaya Motor Boyolali employees in 2019 is 125 people. Samples were taken in total sampling of 125 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire through the test of validity and reliability. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the classic assumption test. The technique of gathering the data is using inquiry sheet validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses double regression with classical assumption. Conclusion of research results; (1) The hypothesis which states there is a significant influence of leadership on job satisfaction is verified; (2) The hypothesis which states there is a significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction is verified; (3) The hypothesis that there is a significant influence of leadership on performance is verified; (4) The hypothesis that there is a significant influence of the work environment on performance is verified; (5) The hypothesis that there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on performance is verified; (6) The hypothesis that there is a significant influence of leadership on performance through job satisfaction is verified; (7) The hypothesis which states there is a significant influence of the work environment on performance through job satisfaction is verified.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone merek Oppo. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah survei pada mahasiswa Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta selaku konsumen handphone merek Oppo di Surakarta. Sampel  sebanyak 100 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.  Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka.Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone merek Oppo pada mahasiswa di Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta.  Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone merek Oppo pada mahasiswa di Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta.  Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone merek Oppo pada mahasiswa di Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Kata kunci : promosi, kualitas produk, harga, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the RSU. Sarila Husada Sragen in the nursing unit with a population of 119 nurses. Data collection techniques with a questionnaire through the test of validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 test previously performed classical assumption test. From the results of the validity test showed that the research instrument was declared valid. The reliability test results are stated reliably. From the classical assumption test shows that the research instrument was declared to pass the multicollinearity test, pass the hiteroskedasticity test, pass the autocorrelation test and the normality test. The results of the research analysis show that organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the RSU. Dari hasil uji validitas menunjukan bahwa instrument penelitian dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas dinyakatan reliabel. Dari uji asumsi klasik menunjukan bahwa instrument penelitian dinyatakan lolos uji multikolinearitas, lolos uji hiteroskedastisitas, lolos uji autokorelasi dan uji normalitas. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan bahwa komitmen organisasi,organizational citizenship behavior (ocb)dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan RSU. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotion on consumer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Grab's online motorcycle transportation service. The type of data is qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques are questionnaires and literature study. The population is unlimited, so the Paul Leedy formula is used to determine the number of samples. This research used 100 people as the samples. This research shows that promotion and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, promotion also has a significant effect on consumer loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction.Keywords: Promotion, Customer Satisfaction and Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi faktor kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi faktor motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang diteliti adalah pegawai Puskesmas Juwangi Kabupaten Boyolali. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode sensuk, sebanyak 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik, dan uji pengaruh tidak langsung menggunkan uji sobel. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, faktor motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, faktor kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, faktor kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, faktor motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, faktor kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan dalam memediasi faktor kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, faktor kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan dalam memediasi faktor motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environmental uncertainty on managerial performance mediated by management accounting system during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study takes SMEs  of batik business in Solo as an object, using sample of 107 manager. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that environmental uncertainty has a significant positive effect on management accounting system and managerial performance, management accounting system has a significant positive effect on managerial performance, and management accounting systems mediates the effect of environmental uncertainty on managerial performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:  1) Tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Litbang Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hal ini dibuktikan nilai hasil  thitung sebesar 4,106 dengan nilai probabilitas (0,000) < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja  pegawai Bappeda Litbang Kabupaten  Ponorogo. 2) Masa kerja tidak berpengaruh positif  dan signfikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Bappeda Litbang Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hal ini dibuktikan nilai hasil  thitung sebesar  1.785 dengan nilai probabilitas (0,082) > 0,05 maka Ho diterima atau Ha ditolak berarti terdapat tidak  berpengaruh  masa kerja terhadap kinerja  pegawai Bappeda Litbang Kabupaten  Ponorogo. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja kinerja Pegawai Bappeda Litbang Kabupaten Ponorogo.  Hal ini dibuktikan nilai hasil  thitung sebesar 6.405  dengan nilai probabilitas (0,000) < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja  pegawai Bappeda Litbang Kabupaten  Ponorogo. Kata kunci: Tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja    ABSTRACT The population of this research is all BAPPEDA Litbang Ponorogo employees, amounting to 43 people. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is done through t test.The results of this study indicate that: 1) The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bappeda Research and Development Agency in Ponorogo Regency. This is evidenced by the value of the tcount of 4.106 with a probability value (0,000) <0.05 then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence on the level of education on the performance of the Bappeda R & D Ponorogo District employees. 2) The length of service does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bappeda Research and Development Agency in Ponorogo Regency. This is proven by the value of the t-test result of 1,785 with a probability value (0.082)> 0.05 then Ho is accepted or Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no effect on the working period of the performance of the Bappeda Litbang Ponorogo employee. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bappeda Research and Development Agency in Ponorogo Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Perum pawnshop salama bima branch. This research is an associative type by explaining using a quantitative approach, assisted by using the SPSS version 21 statistical program. Data collection techniques in this study use observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The population of this study uses employees at PT. Perum pawnshop Salama Bima branch as many as 40 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 36 employee respondents at PT. Perum pawnshop salama bima branch, which has the status of permanent and honorary employees. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, dermination and t test. In this study the coefficient of determination shows that the assessment of motivation is influenced by employee job satisfaction of 72.0% while the remaining 28.0% is influenced by other factors not referred to in this study, while the t test value is 9.341 and the Sig. 0,000 will then be compared with the provisions if Sig <0.05 then it is stated that there is an influence between variable X and variable Y and if sig. > 0.05, it is stated that there is no influence. The sig value of the SPSS output of 0,000 is actually smaller than 0.05 (Sig. 0.00 <0.05), so it is stated that there is a significant influence of work motivation on job satisfaction.
