Abstract

Era globalisasi menuntut sumber daya manusia memiliki kemampuan yang dinamis dan mencerminkan gambaran dari perusahaan tempat ia bekerja melalui kinerjanya. OCB adalah perilaku pilihan yang tidak menjadi bagian dari kewajiban kerja formal seorang karyawan, namun mendukung berfungsinya organisasi secara efektif. Pekerja yang memiliki OCB akan memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi perusahaan dan dengan sendirinya akan merasa nyaman dan aman terhadap pekerjaannya oleh karena itu KSPS Sarana Aneka Jasa Klaten  diharapkan mampu meningkatkan OCB karyawannya untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik lagi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi OCB salah satunya adalah employee engagement. Karyawan yang memiliki engagement yang tinggi maka memiliki kecenderungan yang rendah untuk meninggalkan organisasi. Faktor lain adalah kepribadian. The big five personality digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena pendekatan ini paling sering digunakan dalam penelitian perilaku keorganisasian dan sering dikaitkan dengan pencapaian kinerja atau prestasi seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan KSPS Sarana Aneka Jasa Klaten dan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh big five personality terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karywaan KSPS Sarana Aneka Jasa Klaten.Penelitian ini merupakan survei. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karywaan KSPS Sarana Aneka Jasa Klaten. Sampel penelitian 109 karywan dengan cara simple random sampling Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture motivation on employ ee performance in Ponorogo Regency's Regional People's Representative Assembly (DPRD,hereafter)Secretariat with leadership as a moderating variable. This research involved 44 state civil servants.The results of this studyshows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat. Increasing work motivation will further improve employee performance. In addition, organizational culture also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat where the better the organizational culture, the more employee performance will be. Leadership also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat. The better the leadership role, the better employee performance will be. Leadership is also significantly able to strengthen the positive influence of work motivation on employee performance at Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat. In other words, the role of leadership is able to moderate the influence of work motivation on employee performance and leadership can significantly strengthen the positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Ponorogo Regency DPRD Secretariat.Researchers found the fact that the role of leadership is able to moderate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Keywords: influence, motivation, organizational culture, performance, leadership

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh semangat kerja, insentif, dan sistem birokrasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ponorogo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ponorogo.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuntitatif yang menggunakan data primer, yang diperoleh dari responden secara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada Pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Kabupaten Ponorogo. Populasi dan jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis melalui analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F dan R2.Hasil analisis diperoleh: (1) Semangat kerja tidak tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja pada pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan dan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Ponorogo. (2) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pada pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan dan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Ponorogo. (3) Sistem birokrasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pada pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan dan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Ponorogo. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara insentif dan sistem birokrasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan dan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Ponorogo.

Abstract

PT. Hanie Kurnia Jaya is a Properties Developer that is located in Madiun City, East of Java. The problem of the research are the impact of product’s quality, price, promotion and customer satisfaction to the purchase decision and how customer satisfaction can moderate the quality of the product, price and promotion to purchase decision. The purpose of this research to give PT. Hanie Kurnia Jaya recommendation to increase their revenue and to become a reference for there other researchers. The method of this research are questionnaires that are given to customers of PT. Hanie Kurnia Jaya. The technique of data analisys of the research is multiple linear regression analisys , T-test, F-test, coefficient determination and absolute deviation. The result os this research shows that the product quality does not affect significantly on purchase decision of the customers, the price affects significantly on purchase decision of the customers, promotion affect significantly on purchase decision of the customers, customers satisfaction affect significantly on puechase decision of the customers, customers satisfaction does not moderate the affect of product quality on puechase decision of the customers and cutomers satisfaction moderate the affect of promotion on purchase decision of the customers in PT. Hanie Kurnia Jaya.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine: (1) the influence of Brand Awareness on the purchase intention of Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta, (2) the effect of product attributes on the buying interest in Oriflamecosmetic products in Surakarta, (3) the effect of advertising on the buying interest in cosmetic products. Oriflame Surakarta, and (4) the influence of brand awareness, product attributes, and advertisements on buying interest in Oriflamecosmetic products in Surakarta. While the hypotheses in this study are: (1) Brand Awareness variable has a significant effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta City (2) Product attribute variables have a significant effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta (3) Advertising variables have a significant effect on interest. buy Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta City (4) Variables Brand Awareness, Product Attributes, and Advertising simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta. The research was conducted in the city of Surakarta. Based on the calculation results, the number of samples used was around 96.04 respondents or rounded to 97 respondents, using accidental random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire method, documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques in this study were the Instrument Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. From the Multiple Linear Regression Results, the Multiple Linear Regression Equation is obtained as follows: Y = -7.452 + 0.835 X1 + 0.587X2 + 0.310 X3 + e. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) Brand Awareness has a significant positive effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta. (2) Product attributes have a significant positive effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta. (3) Advertising has a significant positive effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta. (4) Brand Awareness, Product Attributes, and advertisement simultaneously have a significant positive effect on buying interest in Oriflame cosmetic products in Surakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the factors influencing entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation that affect entrepreneurial interest in students of management at the Faculty of Economics, Surakarta University. This research approach is a quantitative approach, because this research is presented with numbers. The sample in this study was students of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Surakarta, totaling 65 people. The model of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS VERSION 17.0, 2015. The results of the statistical analysis of this study were the Multiple Linear Regression Test Y = 4.010 + 0.510 X1 + 0.174 X2. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality dimensions consisting of credibility, responsiveness, courtesy and security on Gojek service user satisfaction. This is motivated by the tendency of changing consumer behavior in using transportation services from conventional to online. And this requires companies to provide quality service in accordance with changes in consumer behavior. The population in this study were students of the University of Surakarta who used Gojek services. The population size in this study cannot be known with certainty. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, with a total sample size of 100. The data analysis techniques used included the coefficient of determination (R2), multiple linear regression, F test and t test. The results showed R2 of 0.529, this means that 52.90% of Gojek service user satisfaction is explained by the dimensions of service quality consisting of credibility, responsiveness, courtesy, and security, while the remaining 47.10% is explained by other variables. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 0.305X1 + 0.224 X2 + 0.123 X3 +0.239 X4. Abstract

BAPEDA Litbang Ponorogo Regency in managing employees puts forward the vision and mission of innovation and the ability of employees to improve their ability to carry out their duties. The success of an organization in achieving goals cannot be separated from the role of employees. The most important resources in an organization are human resources, the people who give their energy, talents, creativity and efforts to the organization. One of the main problems in human resource management is how to find the best way to improve employee performance. Things that can affect employee performance are promotion, performance benefits, and leadership. The problem is: do promotion, performance allowances, and leadership have a significant effect on employee performance at the Ponorogo District Research and Development Agency Office? This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of promotion, performance allowances, and leadership on employee performance at the Bappeda Research and Development Office of Ponorogo Regency. The population of this study were 60 employees at the Bappeda Research and Development Office of Ponorogo Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and literature studies that have passed the validity and reliability tests. The regression requirements test uses the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing was carried out by means of the t test. The results of this study indicate that promotion, performance allowances, and leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Research and Development Planning Agency of Ponorogo Regency. The variable that has the dominant influence on the performance of employees at the Ponorogo District Research and Development Agency Office is the variable of promotion because the value of the highest coefficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, quality and packaging design on Teguh Raharjo jenang purchasing decisions in Ponorogo district. The population in this study were all buyers in Teguh Raharjo in Ponorogo district in February March 2020 as many as 150 respondents. In this study, the sample technique used was purposive sampling, namely sampling in accordance with what the researcher wanted, The number of samples in this study were 57 respondents. the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test. The analysis results obtained (X1) price, (X2) quality, (X3) packaging design with reliability test is reliable. Multicolinearity test passes the test, heterocedasdicity passes the test, autocorrelation passes the UI and the normality passes the test, The results showed that price, quality and packaging design had a positive effect on Teguh Raharjo's jenang purchasing decisions in Ponorog district. The research suggestion is that the company should always develop the quality of jenang products and make innovations about the packaging design of jenang products and pay attention to prices so that consumers always buy jenang products at Teguh Raharjo

Abstract

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DENGAN PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KANTOR BALAI DESA CANGKOL Program Pascasarjana Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Februari 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masayakat di Desa Cangkol baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasai Persepsi Masyarakat di Kantor Balai Desa Cangkol Kecamatan Plupuh Kabupaten Sragen. sampel diambil berdasarkan rendom samping sebesar 10 %, dengan jumlah 108 pupulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melaului uji validatasi dan reabilitas. teknik analisis melalui analisis jalur (path) dengan uji asumsi klasik. Dari hasil uji validitas, instrumen penelitian dari variabel kualitas pelayanan publik, persepsi masayrakat ¬dan Kepuasan masyarakat valid. Hasil uji reabilitas adalah reliabel. Dari uji asumsi klasik, uji multikolinieritas lolos uji, uji heteroskedastisitas lolos uji, uji autokorelasi lolos uji dan uji normalitas lolos uji. Hasil analisis menujukan bahwa Kulitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi masayakat. Persepsi masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Cangkol Kecamatan Plupuh Kabupaten Sragen.
