Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze (1) effect of the motivation to employee performance; (2) effect of the job satisfaction to employee performance; (3) effect of the compensation to employee performance; (4) the role of compensation as a moderator of the effect motivation to employee performance; (5) the role of compensation as a moderator of the effect job satisfaction to employee performance. This research uses population research while the population is all employees in KSP Ben Silatu Grobogan consist of 33 respondents. Data collecting with questionaire technique through validity and reliability test. The analyze data use the multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis through standardized residual method, and previously the researcher uses classical assumption test. The hypothesis test uses t test. The analysis results which could be reported are the questionaire of all variables are valid and the reliable. The result of classical assumption test show that the model is no multicoliniearity, no heteroskedasticity, no autocorrelation and the residual is normal. Results of t test indicate that: (1) motivation has a significantly effect to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,003) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 1; (2) job satisfaction has significantly effect to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,016) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 2; (3) compensation has significantly effect to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,011) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 3; (4) compensation has moderate the effect of motivation to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,009) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 4; (5) compensation has moderate the effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,047) > 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 5. Keywords: compensation, job satisfaction, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of the use of leisure time, the intensity of the interaction of the teacher, and the intensity of family interaction on student achievement at SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. The research data were taken through a questionnaire as much as 258 students. Data analysis tool that is used by multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and Adjusted R2. Based on t-test is known that there is a significant effect of the partial intensity of family interaction on learning achievement, and there is no significant effect between the use of leisure time and the intensity of the interaction of teachers on student achievement XI SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. Based on the F test indicates that there is significant influence between variables simultaneous utilization of spare time, the intensity of the interaction of teachers and parents on student achievement XI SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) analyze the significance of the effect of job descriptions, career development and job satisfaction on the performance of the employee, (2) analyze the moderating effect of job satisfaction in the job description of the employee's work performance, (3) analyze the moderating effect of job satisfaction in career development the performance of the employees. This study is the population using all respondents Technical Unit employees as the Education Office Grobogan regent a total of 97 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires through validity and reliability. Regression test requirements using classical assumption test. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis and regression testing moderating the absolute value of the difference and hypothesis testing through t test. The results of this study indicate that (1) job descriptions, career development and job satisfaction significantly influence job performance, (2) moderate the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the job description of employees, (3) did not moderate the effect of job satisfaction on job performance of career development employee of the UPTD regent of Grobogan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research are to test the influences of the leadership, the competence, on the performance of officers with the motivation as an intervening variable at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. Data was collected from 116 officers as a sample. It was collected directly with a questioner and observation. Tools of analysis such as Path analysis with t test, F test, determination coefficient test are used in this reseach: The t test also prove that the leadership influential positive and not significant on the motivation at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. The competence influential positive and significant on the motivation at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. The leadership influential negative and not significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. The competence influential positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. The motivation influential positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. F test or simultaneous influential the leadership, the competence and the motivation on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Klaten. Determination test (R2 test) shows that dependent variable can be cleared by the leadership, the competence and the motivation that be researched for the fist and second of equation of double linear regression about 55,9% and 44,1% be cleared out side of variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT The expected goal of this research are to: (1) analyze the significance of the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher competence, (2) analyze the significance of the influence of labor discipline on the competence of teachers, (3) analyze the significance of the effect of achievement motivation on teacher competence, (4) analyzing the significant influence achievement motivation in moderating the influence of principal leadership on teachers' competence, and (5) analyze the significance of achievement motivation in moderating the influence of labor discipline on teacher competence. The study population was all civil servants in the state primary school teachers Gondangrejo Karanganyar District. Research sample 84 respondents with sampling proportional random sampling. Types of data using qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data. Techniques of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses test validity, test reliability classical assumption test, linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results showed: (1) the principal's leadership has a significant effect on teacher competence, (2) work discipline has a significant impact on teacher competence, (3) achievement motivation has a significant effect on teacher competence, (4) achievement motivation moderate the effect of principal leadership on teachers' competence, (5) moderate the influence of achievement motivation work discipline to teacher competence. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research are to test the influences of the leadership, the communication, and competense on the performance of officers with the motivation as a moderating variable at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. Data was collected from 50 officers as a sample. It was collected directly with a questioner and observation. The result of the this research prove that equation of double linear regression shows: The t test also prove that the leadership positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. The communication influential positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. The competense influential positive and not significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. The education influential negative and not significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. The motivation influential positive and significant on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri.. F test or simultaneous the leadership, the communication, and competense, and the motivation on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. Determination test (R2 test) shows that dependent variable can be cleared by the leadership, the communication, and competense that be researched for the fist and second of equation of double linear regression about 91,7% and (8,3%) be cleared out side of variable. The motivation didn’t moderate the influence of the leadership, the communication, and competense and education on the performance of officers at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Wonogiri. Abstract

ABSTRACT Job satisfaction overseers PNFI (Non-Formal and Informal Education), particularly in  Education Office of Sukoharjo generally still does not meet expectations, due to the results of functional training, emotional intelligence, and performance has not been fully supported. To improve job satisfaction bishops PNFI the improvement and development of the results of functional training, emotional intelligence, and performance necessary to obtain better compliance. This study is a population with 36 respondents bishops PNFI in  Education Office of Sukoharjo. Data were collected through a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the results of functional training has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction PNFI overseers, (2) emotional intelligence and significant positive effect on job satisfaction PNFI overseers, (3) performance and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction PNFI overseers; (4) performance variables have a dominant influence on job satisfaction PNFI inspector. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) analyze the significance of the effect of motivation on work performance, (2) analyze the significance of the influence of leadership on job performance variables, (3) To analyze the significance of individual variables influence the dimensions of job performance, (4) analyzing the independent variables (motivation leadership, individual dimension) that have a dominant influence on the performance of the teachers SMP Negeri 3 Bendosari Sukoharjo. The population in this study were all teachers SMP Negeri 3 Bendosari Sukoharjo totaling 42 people. The sampling method with census techniques. Data were collected by questionnaires and data sources are all teachers SMP Negeri 3 Bendosari. Of the 42 questionnaires given to the respondents, only 40 questionnaires were filled completely. The data obtained were processed by multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the regression analysis yields: (1) the regression equation Y = 12,915 – 0,963 X1 + 0,653 X2 + 0,666 X3, (2) t test showed: motivation significantly influence job performance; leadership variables do not significantly influence job performance; individual dimensions variable significant effect on job performance, (3) F test indicates the variables of work motivation, leadership and individual dimensions simultaneously have a significant impact on job performance. Abstract

  ABSTRACT Unit of District Education Office Polokarto Sukoharjo is a government organization that aims to implement educational services for the community. To achieve that purpose, support the good performance of all employees. The number of samples taken 40 people in full of the entire employee population UPT District Education Office Polokarto Sukoharjo. Data were collected through questionnaires, then analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression, F-test and t-test. The studies results are: (1) communication has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance Unit District Education Office Polokarto Sukoharjo, (2) discipline does not have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (3) has no responsibility for a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance Unit District Education Office Polokarto Sukoharjo, (4) Approximately 14% of variation in the dependent variable (performance) can be explained by variations in the set of independent variables (communication, discipline, and responsibility). Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable significance discipline, remuneration, and exemplary leadership on employee motivation Sukoharjo District Health Office. The population in this study were all Civil Servants Health Department Sukoharjo totaling 100 people. Study sample totaled 50 people taken from populsi by simple random sampling technique. Baseline data were collected by questionnaire and documentation techniques. The data obtained were processed by multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the analysis stated discipline variables do not significantly influence employee motivation, variable remuneration significant effect on employee motivation and exemplary leadership variables significantly influence employee motivation Sukoharjo District Health Office. Assay coefficient of determination R2 = 0,467, which means the amount of donations variable discipline, remuneration and exemplary leadership on employee motivation District Health Sukoharjo of 46,7%.
