Abstract

The results showed that the process of making plans a program of activities has been through thestages recommended in the Guidelines for the Implementation of PNPM-MP at Ketaon Village.Starting RWT (Rapat Warga Tahunan) which accountability of BKM (Badan KeswadayaanMasyarakat) to communities and a program of activities and make plans for the next year. Allprogram activities are planned to be implemented, because the process is always accompaniedby a facilitator, by making of the program plan, formation of KSM (Kelompok SwadayaMasyarakat), proposal development activities, the implementation of activities to preparingreports KSM accountability. Communities of Gakin (Keluarga Miskin) feel very fortunate withthe program and they generally expect these programs continue.Keywords: Rural, Development, Public, Welfare

Abstract

This research explains about the Indonesian climate change policy as an effort to accommodate framework of Paris Agreement using sustainable development framework. Background of this research is the vulnerability problem cause by the climate change, such as unstable rainfall and extreme climate, which eventually will affect foods needed such as corn and rice staples. This research uses regime theory and sustainable development to explain climate change policies in Indonesia as an effort to accommodate environmental and sustainable development frameworks of Paris Agreement. The research is using qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data source of this research is secondary data, found from books, journal and also information from electronic media. The result of this research explain that Indonesia has incorporated frameworks from Paris Agreement to its policies concerning environment and sustainable development issues.Keywords: Climate change, Paris Agreement regime, Sustainable development, Indonesian climate change policy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communications conducted by progressive digitalprinting and advertising branch simo in increasing customer loyalty. In this study, using thetheory of Kotler's marketing communications and customer loyalty theory of Buchari Alma. Themethod used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting data usinginterviews, observation and documentation so that the data are presented accurately. Data wereanalyzed using an interactive analysis and research models move between the three componentsof data: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding with the data collection component.The results of analysis of this study that conducted marketing communications company managedto increase customer loyalty by using marketing communication in the form of promotion mixwhich includes Advertising (Advertising) were performed using print media such as banners,Sticker affixed in the car or commonly known as (Branding Car) and face to Face (PersonalSelling) conducted by plunging directly into the field came to prospective customers to provideinformation and the Sales Promotion (Sales Promotion), which is done by giving bonuses, freeoffers and discounts.Keywords: Marketing Communications, Customer Loyalty, Progressive

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the policy of economic nationalism imposed on Russia by President Putin to replace the previous liberal economic system imposed by Yeltsin. With these problems, this research aims to determine the implementation of the policy of economic nationalism under President Putin is able to reinforce the Russian economy after crisis in the Yeltsin period. To achieve the research objectives, the research method use the type of descriptive study with data collection techniques through library (library research) are sourced from books, journals, documents and a valid website. While the authors analyze the data using qualitative analysis techniques with deductive writing techniques. From these results it can be seen that the policy of economic nationalism imposed by President Putin influenced by political conditions, economy and culture that form a strong Russia’s nationalist sentiment after the collapse of the Soviet Union. President Putin's policy of economic nationalism by the nationalization of strategic companies, decisive action against the oligarchs were considered detrimental to the national economy, as well as a series of deregulation of fiscal policy package proved able to restore the Russian economic crisis.. Abstract

Development of Rural Regions is a combination of inter-village development in one (1)District /City. Development of Rural Regions implemented in an effort to speed up and improve the qualityof care, development, and empowerment of village communities in Rural Areas throughparticipatory development approach. development of cooperation between villages in rural areasof development, it is necessary to formulate a concept of sustainable development of rural areas.In the sustainable management of rural areas, there are four pillars or attributes. Abstract

Communication is on important thing in human life. Teacher and student communication have an important role for achieving good and effective learning goals. Communication between accompanying teacher and students SMPN 12 Surakarta is an inclusive school that receives student with special needs to follow the education in public school. From the explanation above, it was found the problem formulation of how the effectiveness of communication conducted by the accompanying teacher at SMPN 12 Surakarta to student with special needs, through inclusive education. The purpose of this study was to describe how the effective communication of accompanying teacher at SMPN 12 Surakarta to students with special need through inclusive education. The type of the research used in this study is descriptive research with qualitative research methods. The theory used is the opinin of Jalaludin Rakhmat (2011) which states that the effectiveness of communication is an effect in communication that will arise if there is a change in the perceived, liked, or hated. This effect is related to emotions, attitudes, effect on real behavior can be observed, in the form of action patterns, and changes in knowledge. The accompanying teacher communicates using clear and soft indonesian. The accompanying teacher motivated student with special needs so that the enthusiasm in attending the lesson and the accompanying teacher would simplify the material provided by the class teacher so that student with special needs easily understood the subject matter the result of the study explained that communication carried out by the accompanying teacher in improving the understanding of the material of students with special needs has been effectiveKeyword : communication effectiveness, accompanying teacher, student with special needs

Abstract

Participation is the act of participating mentally and emotionally of person group situation whichencourages responbility in them and Participatory Village Development Planning Meeting(PVDM ) basically is a village development planning forum particularly designed as one of theinstruments used to accommodate society's needs in the development programs. With this forum,all of the development programs are directed to be able to cope with the real problems faced bythe society so that the development results can significantly contribute to the increasing of theirwelfare as PVDM reflecting people’s participation. The aim of this research was to understandthe of people’s participation in development planning meeting at Jebres village Surakarta, bydescriptive qualitative methods. The results of research shows that the development Planningmeeting is still far from the basic ideas of participatory development planning, likely more formalthan substantial.Key words : Participation, Planning, Development

Abstract

The result of this study is that community participation in rural development in the village of Mojo is still influenced by a variety of things such as employment issues, economic inequality, and still dependent society with government, village government, and central government. Abstract

Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) shows a significant increase, both globally and locally. The market for creative industries in Global Market is wide open. For Indonesia, the creative industry sector is also a leading sector. This potential continues to be maximized by the Indonesian government with the establishment of the Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (Bekraf) as a non-ministerial institution that focuses on managing the creative economy sector in 2015. The study aims to determine Bekraf's role in encouraging the export of creative economic products to the global market. This study uses qualitative methods with literature study. Conclusion of this research, regarding the role of Bekraf in efforts to increase exports of Indonesia's creative economy include: (1) mapping the potential of Indonesia's creative economy; (2) promotion assistance abroad; (3) Human Resources competency improvement programs and utilization of digital technology.Keywords : creative industry, Europe market, export.
