Abstract

This research aims to explain how the implementation of local government cooperation withforeign countries or foreign NGO in 2012 until 2017 on around the region of Surakarta. Thedata of that kind cooperation was really hard to get in the newspaper and also by search it onthe internet, researchers want to collect all of international cooperation by local goverment onaround the region of Surakarta in 2012 until 2017. This is because, with the implementation oflocal government autonomy in Indonesian cities and region, now they can make cooperationwith foreign countries or foreign NGO but must still give priority on Indonesian nationalinterest. Researchers believe that altough we could not get it in internet, internationalcooperation between local government exist. By using the theory and concept of diplomacy,international cooperation and national interest, this research make use of qualitative methodwith primary data from the interview with local government staff in cooperation section and alsouse document-based research and explained by descriptive method. Through analysis weconcluded that local government on around the region of Surakarta already have severalinternational cooperation with foreign countries, cities or NGO in 2012 until 2017. But there arestill many obstacles in the implementation of MoU or LoI which already signed by both partiessuch as lack of coordination with national government, local goverment and also agencies whichdirectly involved with international cooperation, lack of capabilities in lobbying and negotiation,lack of english, and budgeting problems.Key words: Local Government, Diplomacy, International Cooperation, National Interest

Abstract

Professionalism crew includes two factors that is the impact from in and encouragement fromthe outside felt by all crew can increase working spirit and work crew. Crew who feelcomfortable with work done will make professionalism crew and growing his handiwork so thatit can be had an impact on the produce the program as a whole. With increasing produce alsoaffected with work performance and maintain rating program. The kind of in and motivationfrom out of professionalism crew resulted in which impressions message belongs to be toldcommunicator to communicant to realize motive connection. In this research that refers to theirprofessionalism crew factor that is applied to the program Si Bolang Trans7. One theory usedresearchers is as revealed by Tjokrowinoto (1996: 191) “ Their professionalism is the ability toplan, coordinates, and carry out its function in an efficient way, innovative, flexible, and havetheir work high ethic”. The research is the kind of research descriptive kualitatif by using themethod data collection of interview, observation, and documentation. This study attempts todescribing and analyze professionalism crew in maintaining rating the Si Bolang Trans7program. Interview this was done in Producer, Camera person, Reporter, and Editor programthe Si Bolang Trans7. The research result show that professionalism crew from the urge from theand encouragement from outside formed very good for crews in the program the Si BolangTrans7. This can be seen from the achievement of various indicators which is in encouragementfrom within. And there are also from the urge from outside. Professionalism crew was formedaffect business crew in reaching a the purpose of the program. And most importantly for all crewkeep professionalism in giving impressions to the spectators and get achievement program alsodefended a good rating.Keywords: professionalism, communication,production, television.

Abstract

Many university students use social media, in the good side it can increse their knowledgeand in the other side can give bad influence such as not appreciate about time and getimpact about what became trens in social media. The existence of social media has becomea part of the pattern of life of students. A little To much will exert influence in the creationof or changes to the identity of users of social media. This research uses qualitativeresearch methods, descriptive phenomenology of approach with research on the method ofphenomenology is to (1) Textural description: what is the subject of research on aphenomenon. (2) Structural description: how the subject experiencing and interpret herexperiences with regard to the utilization of social media among students in aspects of thedevelopment and establishment of self-identity. Some of the views to see all socialrelationships with social media-based internet identity in the formation of a one-semesterstudent is at a cycle of development that are transitional towards a more mature phase.Social media became a staple in the lives of students. Related with undergraduate studentidentity in the Department of Communication Sciences of Slamet Riyadi University in theuse of social media, that the media usage is more adapted to the mood. Abstract

The research is qualitative research using data collection technique direct observation to thecourt and interviewing deeply .This report aims to review the communications strategy ofmarketing used by PT. Pondok Solo Permai raising interest in buying consumers. TheInformants in this research is from parties of the company, The General Manager andPersonnel, Head of Marketing and Promotion .Whereas the information from the outside, arefrom some prospective consumers. Abstract

FLEGT-VPA, created in 2006 and has been through the consideration for 6 years andthen the days of the post of Minister of Forestry Zulkifli Hasan has been approved and signed theagreement with the European Commissioner for Environment Janez Potonik and the Minister ofEnvironment of Lithuania Valentinas Mazuoronis which is Presidency of the EU, at theEuropean Union Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium on 30 September 2013. in an effort toreduce the problem of illegal logging or illegal trade is the case of Indonesia to the EuropeanUnion. This research uses a qualitative research, the object of this research is PT. AnugrahRimba Nusantara in Kalijambe, PT. Roda Jati in Kalioso, teak plantation owners in Gemolong,Indonesian Furniture Association (ASMINDO), and the Ministry of Trade through theDirectorate of Bilateral Cooperation with Sub Europe. Data collection techniques areinterviews, observation, and library research. Data analysis technique used is interactive. Thestudy concluded that with the signing of the agreement between Indonesia FLEGT-VPA with theEuropean Union, slowly Indonesian government can overcome the problems mentioned abovegradually. For wood manufacturers in Sragen recognize more easily the export process usingSVLK. The impact of the timber trade that occurred after the entry into force of SVLK is timberexports to the EU are likely to decline in 2013 since the first year of implementation of SVLK, aswell as the increase in 2014 but did not reach the value of exports in 2010 before using SVLK,which tend to be more export value. Abstract

Coffee is one commodity exports in Indonesia, not only that, Indonesia is also 10 majorcoffee producer in the world. The United States is one of Indonesia's largest export market sharein terms of quantity and economy. Authors using diplomacy and Multi-Track Diplomacy tomeasure effort of increasing coffee export to United States of America 2011-2015. The purposeof this study is to describe the influence of the perpetrators of the coffee business bothgovernment and non-government of Indonesia that is affecting to increasing the numbers ofIndonesian coffee exports sale to the United States in 2011 to 2015. This research uses aqualitative method based on secondary data put on the subject of Indonesian coffee businesspeople of both government and non-governmental organizations. The results of the research ofthe track one or governments : 1. have a role as a regulator in the legislation which serves tomaintain quality standards. 2. The facilitator for the international coffee events as part of thepromotion of Indonesian coffee. 3. The actor or actors coffee business itself both as seller and asa mediator coffee business. In track 2 or non-governmental namely : 1. Businessman coffeefrom Indonesia who sells coffee in the United States. 2. Barista, Q Grader and Roaster as expertin coffee things .3. Non-governmental organizations that have a specialization in the field ofcoffee and play a role in the process of import-export of coffee in Indonesia. By workingtogether the two parties, the interests of the State can be fulfilled, such as maintainingdiplomatic relations among nations following the event, titled coffee, keeping fixed their importexportactivities that can improve the country's foreign exchange. Abstract

This study aimed to describe and analyze the extent to which corporate idnetity of Aziza Hotelas a Sharia Hotel. The results of this study indicate that corporate identity is carried out byAziza Hotel includes the symbol of the company such as the name of company, logo, uniforms,colors and designs of buildings; behavior and also communications did. In its application,about the symbol, Aziza Hotel choose Islamic names, using a specific color choice. Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a strategic location on the trade route, almost allcountries use that trade route which led intercorrelation about acculturation and assimilationculture that affecting each other. This also follows many problems, especially in the area whichdirectly adjacent to Indonesia. Therefore, Indonesia initiated to held some dialogues in thoseregion. South West Pacific Dialogue (SWPD) is one of the dialogue which then produces somecooperation, one of the cooperation in the field of culture, namely Indonesian Arts and CultureScholarship. Culture is a 'soft power' of Indonesia, it then utilized earnestly in order to restoreand enhance the image of Indonesia in the international world through cultural diplomacy. Thetype of research used in this paper is a qualitative research approach to literature. The dataused is secondary data. The techniques of secondary data collection used from documents whichinclude terms of reference of Indonesian Arts and Culture Scholarship from the website of theMinistry of Foreign Affairs and some supporting data of cultural diplomacy obtained by theresearcher. Data analysis techniques using three main components: data reduction, datapresentation and conclusion that accompanied by verification data by data sourcestriangulation. Based on the research results obtained by the researcher, it can be concluded thatcultural diplomacy undertaken by Government of Indonesia through the Indonesian Art andCulture Scholarship program became one of the tools of diplomacy Indonesia through theapproach of 'people to people contact'. It can be seen from the participants of Indonesian Artsand Culture Scholarship are increasingly every year. The former of Indonesian Art and CultureScholarship programcan contribute to Indonesia as a cultural ambassador of Indonesia in theirrespective countries. Abstract

With the opening of global markets, so the employer is required to do improvement of itsperformance in order to fulfill the quality of products or services which is desired by the market(consumers). Consumers is knowing of brand image as the most important part of a product,because the brand image reflects about a product. The research‟saim was to determine theeffect of Brand Image both jointly and partially to Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor YamahaR15 di Dealer pangging Motor Solo. The variables studied were Corporate Image (X1), UserImage (X2) and Product Image (X3) as the independent variable, and KeputusanPembelian (Y)as the dependent variable. The total sample of 100 respondents was taken by AccidentalSampling technique of the population, namely the consumers who use Sepeda Motor SportYamaha R15 Di Dealer Panggung Motor Solo. Statistical analysis method used was multiplelinear regression with data processing tools SPSS version 16. With the constant description of7.902 indicates that when variables Corporate Image, User Image, and Product Imageconstants or 0 then the purchasing decisions of 7.902. To improve Corporate Image by 1 so asto improve the purchasing decision amounted to 0,439. In an ever User Image by 1 so as toimprove the purchasing decision by 0.298. Each additional Product Image by 1 so as to improvethe purchasing decision by 0.385. From the results of the t test variable Corporate Image (X1),User Image (X2), and Product Image (X3) partial effect on purchasing decisions. And theresults of tests F Corporate Image (X1), User Image (X2), and Product Image (X3)simultaneously on purchasing decisions.
