Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya tergantung dari kinerja sumber daya manusia yang terlibat di dalamnya. CV. Sarana Karya sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang mebel, kontraktor bangunan dll, harus mampu melakukan identifikasi terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Permasalahan: (1) apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepemimimpinan, komunikasi, kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV. Sarana Karya? (2) apakah variabel kesejahteraan memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV. Sarana Karya? Tujuan penelitian untuk : (1) menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh kepemimimpinan, komunikasi, kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV. Sarana Karya (2) menganalisis pemoderasian variabel kesejahteraan pada kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV. Sarana Karya. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. Sarana Karya yang berjumlah 97 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, kemudian dianalisi dengan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji-T, Uji-F, adjusted R² dan regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) hasil analisis persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah Y = 6,441+ 0,312X1 + 0,252X2 + 0,257X3 sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya (2) hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya, sedangkan kepemimpinan dan kesejahteraan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya (3) nilai t-hitung variabel kepemimpinan lebih besar dibanding variabel komunikasi dan kesejahteraan, berarti pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya adalah dominan dibanding pengaruh komunikasi dan kesejahteraan (4) hasil analisis uji-F menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya (5) koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan sekitar 37% variasi variabel dependen (kinerja) mampu dijelaskan oleh variasi himpunan variabel independen (kepemimpinan, komunikasi, kesejahteraan). Sedangkan 63% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini (6) hasil analisis variabel moderasi (kesejahteraan) tidak memoderasi variabel kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. CV. Sarana Karya as one company engaged in furniture, building contractors, etc., must be able to identify the factors that affect employee performance. The problems are: (1) whether there was a significant effect of kepemimimpinan, communication, welfare on the performance of employees in the CV. Sarana Karya ? (2) whether the welfare variables moderating influence of leadership and communication on the performance of employees in the CV. The ingredients work? The purpose of this study was to: (1) analyze the significance kepemimimpinan influence, communication, welfare on the performance of employees in the CV. Sarana Karya (2) analyze the welfare pemoderasian variables on leadership and communication on the performance of employees in the CV. Sarana Karya. In this study population used is all employees in the CV. Sarana Karya totaling 97 people. Data were collected through questionnaires, then analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression, T-test, F-test, regression adjusted R ² and moderation. The results of this study are: (1) the results of multiple regression analysis equation is Y = 6.441 + 0.312 X1 + 0.252 X2 + 0.257 X3 so it can be used to predict the effect of variable leadership, communication and welfare of the employee performance CV. Sarana Karya (2) the results of t-test analysis indicates that communication has no significant effect on employee performance CV. Sarana Karya while leadership and employee well-being affects the performance of CV. Sarana Karya (3) t-value of the variable count is greater than the variable leadership communication and well-being, the effect of communication on employee performance CV. Sarana Karya is the dominant means of communication and influence than welfare (4) F-test analysis showed that the variables of leadership, communication and welfare of a significant effect on employee performance CV. Sarana Karya (5) the coefficient of determination (R ²) showed approximately 37% variation in the dependent variable (performance) can be explained by variations in the set of independent variables (leadership, communication, welfare). While 63% is explained by other variables outside the model of this study (6) the results of the analysis of moderating variables (welfare) not moderate leadership and communication variables on employee performance CV. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pedagang kaki lima yang menjual makanan tradisional di jalan Slamet Riyadi memproduksi sampah padat maupun cair. Menurut teori penegakan hukum ada tiga determinan yang menentukan masyarakat mematuhi hukum, yaitu subtansi hukum, struktur hukum dan budaya hukum. kebiasaan masyarakat membuang sampah di tempat sampah, yang kemudian dikumpulkan petugas sampah dan mengatur serta menyimpaan peralatan usahanya merupakan budaya yang mendukung pelaksanaan Perda Pengelolaan PKL. namun demikian kebiasaan membuang limbah cair di jalan menyebabkan kotor atau kumuhnya area city walk. Key words; kultur legal, vendor street, penegakan hokum ABSTRACT There are much vendor street in Slamet Riyadi sell tradisional food, they have much garbage when production and marketing proses. Depend on law in forcement theory there are three determinant cause society obey to rule, that are legal substance, legal structure and legal culture. The vendors street customs is part of the legal culture, it support implemented the rule. Their customs dispose garbage to the basket and it were carried by cleaning offical, manage their equipment as the conditio sine quanon of implemented the vendor street regulation, but they remove the liquit waste consisted water, soap and oil in the public area., so this waste caused dirty in city walk or pedestrian area. Abstract

ABSTRAKKebijakan pemerintah dalam merencanakan kenaikan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) mendapatkan respon atau reaksi dari masyarakat di berbagai daerah seluruh Indonesia, bentuk reaksi berupa protes, unjukrasa. Sebelum dan sesudah terjadi penundaan, bahwa informasi tentang harga BBM naik sudah merebak ditelinga masyarakat. bahkan perdebatan terjadi di lembaga legislatif. Pedagang Pasar Legi menyatakan bahwa kebijakan yang direncanakan pemerintah itu akan membuat perekonomian semakin tidak teratur sebab saat issue sudah terdengar oleh masyarakat perubahan sudah terjadi dalam proses transaksi perdagangan, realitas harga barang pada umunya sudah menunjukkan adanya kenaikan. Dengan diputuskannya penundaan pelaksanaan kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak, keadaan tersebut bertahan dan sulit untuk kembali turun sesuai harga semula.Kata kunci : Opini pedagang, kebijakan Pemerintah, feek komunikasi.Opinion Merchant Pasar Legi Solo After The Plenary Session Of Parliament About The Delay Increases FuelABSTRACTSGovernment policies in plans to increase fuel price get a response or a reaction from the sociaety in various regions all over Indonesia. The form of reaction are protest and demonstrations. Before and after the delay, the information about the price of fuel has spread to the society. Even a debate going on in the legislature. Pasar Legi traders stated that the government’s policy that already planned will make economy more disorganized because of issue was heard by the society have accurred in commercial transactions, reality prices of goods in general, have shown an increase. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dengan judul Analisis Kepimpinan, motivasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan industri kayu di Kartasura Sukoharjo Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada 10 perusahaan industri. Kayu olahan sebanyak 100 karyawan, di mana semua populasi diambil sebagai responden, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik kuesioner melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk menguji hipotesis peneliti menggunakan metode analisis jalur, sedangkan uji digunakan adalah uji multikoloniaritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji normalitas. .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan karyawan, 2) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap budaya kerja. 5) budaya kerja tak berpengaruh terhadap gaya kepemimpinan.6) budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bahwa semua hipotesis terbukti kebenarannya. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Budaya kerja dan Kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT The research aims 1) to determine the effect of motivation on the leadership style of Processed timber industry employees in Kartasura Sukoharjo. The population in this study were employees of the 10 companies in the wood processing industry Wirogunan Kartasura Sukoharjo district as many as 100 employees, of which all the population is taken as respondents, the data collected through the Questionnaire technique trough validity anda realibility for research to test hypohtesed using path analysis method, while the test classical assumptions used are multicolinierity test, outocorrelation test, heteroskedasticity test, and test for normality. The results showed 1) Motivation significant effect on employee leadership style, 2) leadership style effect employee performace, 3) Motivation effect on employee performance. 4) Motivation affect work culture. 5) work culture affects leadership style, 6) work culture affect the performance of the company’s employees. Abstract

ABSTRAK Peran pemimpin jaman dulu sebagai patron yang paternalistik mempunyai sifat ngayomi (melindungi), membangun keselarasan hubungan, tuladha (contoh), bersifat humanis. Pada saat sekarang jaman telah bergeser, sejalan dengan konsep Kaizen (dalam Sudarwan Danim, 2005:7-9) perubahan-perubahan kecil yang bersifat kontinu menghasilkan produk dan pelayanan pendidikan, cenderung berubah sebagai inovator, motivator, dinamisator selalu mengikuti perkembangan jaman serba modern diatur oleh peraturan birokrasi, sehingga pengetahuan kognitif yang dikejar sekolah. Permasalahannya bagaimana upaya melestarikan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan budaya Jawa sebagai kepribadian dan jati diri bangsa Indonesia? Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi nilai-nilai budaya Jawa melalui ajaran kepemimpinan Mangkunegara di Surakarta, ditulis melalui studi Pustaka pada Reksa Pustaka Mangkunegaran, dilengkapi dengan studi deskreptif kualitatif dan naratif tertuang dalam pesan moral, wasiyat dan ajaran-ajaran yang telah diciptakan oleh Mangkunegara I, dan Mangkunegara IV. Kesimpulannya pemimpin bisa berperan: (1) memimpin, (2) menjadi guru, (3) menjadi hakim, (4) menjadi suri tauladan, dan (5) menjadi bapak/ibu. However, in this era it has changed, in line with the concept of Kaizen (in Sudarwan Danim, 2005:7-9), that is small continuous changes with the effort to provide products and services educational. A leader is an innovator, motivator, dynamisator that will always follow modern era regulated by cognitive knowledge bureaucracy required by school. The problem is how to keep the values of Javanese cultural leadership as a personality and identity of the Indonesian nation? The aim of article it is to describe the implementation ofVolume XXV No. 2 Februari Tahun 2013 255Javanese cultural value through Mangkuneran Leadership in Surakarta, written from library studi at Reksa Pustaka Mangkunegaran Library, and descriptive qualitative study of leadership values contained in the moral message of Mangkunegara, wills and teachings that have been created by Mangkunegara I, and Mangkunegara IV. In conclusion, the leaders can play as a: (1) leader, (2) the teacher, (3) a judge, (4) to bea good example,and (5) a father/mother.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kebutuhan dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru mesin otomotif SMK Teknologi dan Rekayasa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru- guru mesin otomotif di SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta, SMK Warga Surakarta, SMK Pancasila Surakarta, SMK Bhineka Karya Surakarta, dan SMK Murni Surakarta. Ukuran sampel sebesar 47 guru yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Angket disusun dalam bentuk skala semantik diferensial dengan 5 skala. Setiap butir pertanyaan menanyakan 2 hal yakni: (1) tentang kemampuan yang senyatanya dimiliki; (2) tentang kemampuan yang seharusnya dimiliki. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Uji t bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata setiap kompetensi antara kondisi nyata dan kondisi ideal. Perbedaan rerata antara kedua kondisi tersebut menujukkan kebutuhan guru dalam pengembangan kompetensinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada 5 kompetensi yang dibutuhkan guru dalam pengembangannya yakni (a) kompetensi general (19,9%) ; (b) kompetensi engine (22,3%); (c) kompetensi power train (23,5%); (d) kompetensi chasis dan suspension (21,7 %); (e) kompetensi electric (27,2%). Kata kunci: kebutuhan, pengembangan kompetensi, SMK Teknologi dan Rekayasa NEEDS IN DEVELOPING COMPETENCE OF AUTOMOTIVE TEACHERS OF SMK TEKNOLOGI DAN REKAYASA ABSTRACTSThe research aims at finding needs in developing the competence of automotive teachers of SMK Teknologi dan Rekayasa. The subjects of the research are automotive teachers of SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta, SMK Warga Surakarta, SMK Pancasila Surakarta, SMK Bhineka Karya Surakarta, and SMK Murni Surakarta.The sample size is 47teachers that is determined by using random sampling technique. The data were obtained by using questionnaire. The questionnaire was in form of semantic differential with scale 5.Each item of questionnaire questioned 2 cases, namely (1) about the factual of teachers’ competence; (2) about the desire of teachers’ competence. The analysis of data used t test.T test aims at determining the differents between mean of the factual competence and the ideal competence of automotive teachers.The gaps between the two are the needs in developing teachers’ competence. The findings of this research are (1) there are 5 competence that are needed to develop teachers’ competence. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap kepuasan konsumen (2) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen (3) pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen Solo Paragon Mall (4) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Solo Paragan Mall di Surakarta yang terdiri tiga tenant yaitu ACE Hardware & Informa, Carefour, dan Foodcourt. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik kuesioner melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Untuk menguji hipotesis, menggunakan analisis jalur, sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS Release 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Citra Solo Paragon Mall berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan p value (0,000) < 0,05. (2) Citra Solo Paragon Mall berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan p value (0,005) < 0,05. (3) Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Solo Paragon Mall, dengan p value (0,000) < 0,05. (4) Kepuasan konsumen memediasi pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen, hasil analisis jalur, di mana koefisien pengaruh tidak langsung (0,574) > koefisien pengaruh langsung (0,275). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa semua hipotesis terbukti kebenarannya. The result of the research is (1) there is a significance effect between image of Solo Paragon Mall toward consumer satisfaction, with p value (0.000) < 0.05; (2) there is a significance effect between image of Solo Paragon Mall toward consumer loyalty, with p (0.005) < 0.05; (3) there is a significance effect between consumer satisfaction toward consumer loyalty, with p (0.000) < 0.05, (4) there is a significance effect between consumer satisfaction toward consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as the intervening variable, showed coefficient of the indirect effect (0.574) is greather than that coefficient of the direct effect (0.275). Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar hasil belajar Biologi pada materi Memahami berbagai sistem dalam kehidupan manusia siswa kelas VIII B SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013dengan memenfaatkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi dengan strategi Pembelajaran tipe Jigsaw yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penilaian kognitif dan afektif dalam setiap siklusnya. This research is a class act consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection using jigsaw type learning strategy that is done in two cycles. The study is conducted with the cognitive and affective valuation in each cycle. The obtaining results show that the student average value in the first cognitive cycle increase to 71 and the second cycle increase to 75 from initial value of 57, while the effective value of the initial conditions of low motivation are increase at the final conditions. Abstract

ABSTRACT People nutsedge is an important weed, because beside complete also excreted the allelopathy. Related in cultivated crop, decreased of growth and yield due to this important weed was studied. Weed growth performance due to different of material propogation on number and infestation pweiod ia very important to study either. Onion as a cultivatwd crop was planted on this ewsearch bwcause it has height nutrient value, Research was conducted on pots, in gren house Mojosongo at an altitude 125 m above sea level, ans started on April 2002 until August 2002. Completely Randomizes Block Design two factors was used on this research. The first factors was early density of weed (P) 2,4,6 tubers per pot. The second factors was  investationperiod (1): 2 weeks before planting, timely planting, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after onion planting. Result of this research showed that different in infestation period caused different early density did not cause different in growth and yiel of onion but that different in infestation period caused different in growth and yield of onion. The highest result weight of bulbs was found on combination of treatment P3I4(density 6 tuber per pot and investation periode 4 weeks after planting) 96,03 gr Key word : Purple nutsedge, onion, density, infestation

Abstract

Abstract Governance in level of RT/RW represent level of lowest governance at one blow as back part harpoon from grand system of governance of exist in Indonesia. Pattern of Management system of good governance have righteously reach system of governance in level of RT/RW of according to reform trust. Problem of RT/RW do not limited to the hygiene problem, work to devote, security, social and the other classic problem. But there is dissimilar problem which during the time not yet got good attention and serious the than manager RT/RW, governmental, and also citizen of meaning will be important of management of better administration with applying of accountancy of RT/RW to increase quality of presentation of finance information. Applying of accountancy in level of RT/RW conducted to increase accountability, function manajerial, transparency, and balance usher generation. Although Standard of Accountancy of Governance only arrange in level of central government and also area, but accountancy RT/RW remain to be applicable according to principle accepted by a public although with a few the exemption. Accountancy of RT/RW made by more simple remember ability of accountancy of citizen of society which relative lower. Payes manager of low RT/RW and lack of support from area Government can become constraint in applying of accountancy RT/RW, for that require to be done by a more wise approach and strategy how accountancy of enforceable RT/RW better. Financial statement of RT/RW consisted of by Balance sheet of RT/RW and Cash flow statement; therewith enlist its supporter like: Daily Cashbook, Enlist Supply, Enlist Plant Asset, Enlist Citizen Deposit, Enlist Citizen Loan, Card of Saving and lending Citizen, and Enlist Contribution Giver.
