ULUL ALBAB Jurnal Studi Islam (ISSN 1858-4349 and E-ISSN 2442-5249) is the journal published biannually by Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The journal puts emphasis on aspects related to Islamic studies, with special reference to Islamic law, Islamic education, Islamic politics, society, Islamic philosophy, Quran and hadith, and theology. Ulul Albab has been accredited by The Ministry of Research Tecnology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (SK Dirjen Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi No. 48a/E/KPT/2017). The languages used in this journal are Indonesia, English and Arabic.

By using case study in STAIN Malang, this study objected to obtain some data about the profile of and the motivations and obstacles of scientific productivity facing by lecturer in STAIN Malang. The study gives us informations that Muhaimin, M. Zainuddin, and Roibin are the most productives lecturer. Various spirits of life and of credibility and also the spirit of professionalism of lecturer represent big motivations in lecturer productivity, while, workload in family, administration and occupy most position in some communities often become resistors of lecturer productivity in STAIN Malang.

Synonyms are words that have the same meaning in other words the same language. The language and the ushul fiqh have a view memorize the phenomenon of synonyms. The reality is that synonyms are found in Arabic, Al-Qur 'an and Al-hadith. Some experts view that it can be a word in the order of sentences replaced by synonyms, except da! am case of Al-Qur'an. Hi it's because the Qur'an, pronunciation and its meaning are Allah's revelations, read it worship.

This research is to describe the change of characteristics of national education which is secular to be confessional, it starts from the independence until this time. This change will be known from the changing of the aim of national education which is as mirror of nation needed to make the ideal which is needed as a result of the education. According to the result of research, it can be concluded that national education, step by step gets changing from the secular to be confession. As the consequence, the position of religion education in structure of national education getschanging from the marginal position to central position, it becames one of the field that should be given to all strata's, types and ways of education in Indonesia.

This research of marital rape at fisherman community on Sendangbiru. By using the sociological paradigm and of the case approach and the descriptivequalitative analysis, this research find out that: (1) There are marital rape realities in fishennan community environment; (2) Some factors that pushing the marital rape are: so ciological, a n thropological and psychological factors that sustained by understanding of nonnative and textual of religion doctrine; (3) the Marrital rape can be enforcing rapist, physical and psychical victim, and prostitution rape, that is woman become" social-prostitute". By the orhertype the caracrerlstic of marrital r ape can be defined as: anger rape, exploitation rape, and humanity crime or sadistic rape; (4) The fisherman community view that this reality showing the stereo typing socialize and the social tradition influenced by textualist'dogma of religion, namely the woman considered to be "steward" and "subordination" of men (the husband); and (5) Meanwhile, the majority of woman is over a barrel in answering the problems, so that they look this facts as factual reality, as what religion (Cristien and Islam) desire. Partly among the woman try to solve the problems through the law, but they just remain to be find "the justice" in gender deflected.

Chomski linguistic flow presents theoretical concepts and views which is very meaningful in the formation of the paradigm of the nature and characteristics human language. Reasoning that underlies linguistic ideas, especially ranges the process of obtaining a second language or foreign language, including the concept of competence and performance, concepts of internal structures and surface structures, and structural concepts syntactic, provides a clear frame of mind about the position of understanding flow this linguistics in looking at human language. The issue that was born give a meaningful contribution to linguistic development donâ€™t the implication in teaching second language or foreign language.

Rawls' justice theory is based on three basic concepts: concept of property from John Locke, social contract from Rousseau, and imperative categories from Kant. This Rawls' justice conception itself emerges as a respond for social injustice in society as well as i nequitable behavior affected by the ethics of utilitarianism. Furthermore, according to Rawls, justice is fairness. The principles of justice are, (1) equal and maximum feasible liberty for all, (2) power and wealth to be distributed equally, except where inequalities; would work for the adage of all and where all would have equal opportunity to attain the higher position. The first principle supposes as permanent principle and, which cannot be interpreted. On the other hand, theÂ second principle degrades two formulas: (a) everyoneâ€™sÂ advantage (b) equally open. So forth, from formula (a) can be degraded two possibilities: principle of efficiency and principle of differentiation, whereas from formula (b) also can be degraded two possibilities: equality as careers open to talents and equality as equality of fair opportunity): Hencefonh, from possibility of (a) and (b) yielded four possibilities of justice interpretation: natural freedom, free equality, free aristocracy and the equality democratize.Â Â

At a glance, there is no relation between language and politics. In Jae:, both and politics have mutual and equal relationship. Language is not only a means of political communication, but also a medium of political practice. As a symbolic reality, language can be used as a means to understand pm1Â·er dynamics and hove power works. Realizing the important role of language in political practice, every regime uses it as a significant instrument to carry out power consolidation by creating certain political idioms. Therefore, controlling public awareness and social collective memory through a symbolic reality always becomes a part of agenda of the authority to maintain their power. It is, therefore, eiÂ·ery change of regime is always followed byÂ the changes of new terms based on the ideology to struggle.

A tendency to make liberation as paradigm to interpret holy book (al-Qur' an) is the new tendency. That is fonn of unsatisfaction into products of intepretation which is considered no relent ,with contemporary problems. Regarded the products of interpretation have ignored the revolutionary values that hare been being the ultimate mission of revelation. That is the Ali's reason to use hermeneutical approach in interpretating al Qur 'an. According to Ali Indian's conditions has relemncy with al-Qur 'an when revealed. In hermeneutical approach Ali explored the liberation and revolutionary values in the verses of Qur 'an. Ali has concluded that all verses of Qur'an have liberation values for who oppressed like in India.

Value is the essence which causes it to be appropriate to be done by human beings. Value has close relationship with goodness. Although both of them are not same. remembering that a good thing does not always have high value for someone or on the contrary, in order value to be a part of individual, then it needs to be given through educational process. Educational value is not only one thing that increases. On the other hand, it is an essential thing in the whole educational process. Some religious values and humanity values that need to be fought in educational process in school are ikhlas, tawaddu ', ashamed, qonaah, zuhud, iffah, eagerness, honest, care ness and empathy, cooperative, brave, great heart and commitment, fear, like helping, honesty and integrity, humor, independence and self confidence, self discipline, loyalty, patient, feel proud, cleaver, respect, responsible and tolerance. However, approach that is used in educational value includes evocation approach, inculcation approach, awareness approach, moral reasoning, value analyses approach, value clarification, commitment approach, and union approach.

There are instructions from the theory of speech acts that in the initial period, there were differences of opinion among experts. Philosophy, just like the difference between Ibnu Sina and Thomas Hobbes, the first time to examine the problem firmly and complete namely research conducted by J.L. Austin (linguist). This library research intends to study whether two prominent writers in the field semantics namely John Lyons in his book "Linguistic Semantics" and Ruth Kempson in his book "Semantic Theory" involves Austin's ideas in discussion they. Based on the data obtained and the discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the two semantic experts involved Austin ideas in their discussion in semantics. However, the way they involve ideas Austin in their discussion varies from one another, ha / this is in line with the development of social sciences which have never been constant including semantics, as mentioned in previous discussions. Furthermore, it can also be concluded that the two semantic experts took advantage of Austin's ideas in their discussion, even though sometimes their opinions are different from Austin.
