Abstract

With the development of technology, especially in the IT field, the more developed also the current exchange of information using internet technology. Security of information transmitted via the Internet network is a must to maintain the confidentiality and originality of the information. Technology to maintain the security of the information used in this paper is a cryptography and steganography. Application cryptography to secure information on the text, then the information is hidden in digital images. So that only users who have a lock / unlock passwords only, can read the message in greeting such information.

Abstract

Abstract— Arabic language has a slightly different pronunciation than the Indonesian so to learn it takes a long time. In Arabia itself, there are variants in the pronunciation of the Arabic language or dialect. Dialect is a language, and letters are used by a particular group of people in a clump that makes the difference between the readings even greeting one another. In Indonesia, alone speakers of Indonesia itself have a different dialect to native speakers. This study was analyzed of Arabic writing suitability by Indonesian speakers using  Linear Predictive Coding extraction techniques. The text produces different patterns of speech. This also happens if the text is spoken by a speaker who is not the mother tongue of the speakers. The data training in this study is using the Arabic speaker sound. The feature extraction is classified using Hidden Markov Model. In the classification, using Hidden Markov Model, voice signal is analyzed and searched the maximum possible value that can be recognized. The modeling results obtained parameters are used to compare with the sound of Arabic speakers. From the test results' Classification, Hidden Markov Models with Linear Predictive Coding extraction average accuracy of 78.6% for test data sampling frequency of 8,000 Hz, 80.2% for test data sampling frequency of 22050 Hz, 79% for frequencies sampling test data at 44100 Hz.

Abstract

Abstract—Geographic information systems can improve the health services to the community. This system able to provide spatial considerations in determining the type of health services and accessibility to public health facilities. The increase of health care needs, especially in Kabupaten Malang still has an unbalanced ratio between health-care facilities and service needs, so that the necessary to improve the facility and medical personnel. In this research is to developed a geographic information system that provide the visualization. The visualization of the mapping is visualization the distribution of medical personnel in Kabupaten Malang. The system generates mapping visualization that equipped with a comparative analysis of the number of medical personnel and the population of Kabupaten Malang. In this system also provides a potential data of health facilities in Kabupaten Malang. The system is also supported with data management to change facilities and medical personnel data. Results from the mapping showed that the health personnel, particularly physicians uneven. Nine of a total of thirty-three districts in Malang has a number of doctors that excessive when compared with the rest of the other districts are still lacking.

Abstract

Abstract— Speech recognition is a system to transform the spoken word into text. Human voice signals have a very high of variability. Speech signals in the different pronunciation text, also resulting in distinctive speech patterns. This, furthermore, happens if the text is spoken by a speaker who is not the mother tongue of the speakers. For example, text Arabic words spoken by Indonesian speaker. In this study, Mel Frequency cepstral Coeffisients (MFCC) feature extraction techniques explored for voice recognition of the Arabic words for Indonesian speakers with data training using Arabian native speakers. Furthermore, features that have been extracted, classified using Hidden Markov Model (HMM). HMM is one of the sound modeling where the voice signal is analyzed and searched the maximum probability value that can be recognized, from the modeling results will be obtained parameters are then used in the word recognition process. Recognized word is a word that has the maximum suitability. The system produces an accuracy by an average of 83.1% for test data sampling frequency of 8,000 Hz, 82.3% for test data sampling frequency of 22050 Hz, 82.2% for test data sampling frequency of 44100 Hz.

Abstract

Abstract - Learning is a process of transformation that is initially not knowing to knowing. Has developed a lot of learning strategies from simple to more complex models even complicated and required a lot of tools in its application. Literacy is a basic of knowledge for humans.  They can read by improving their quality, which leads to the high intellect of a person. Especially at this time humanity has entered the information age. The phenomenon of globalization is happening now accelerating so quickly, as the impact of  application of Hi-tech society (high-tech society), which causes humans followed on interaction patterns very quickly. Using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) could be developed multimedia teaching materials with the concept of learning by playing fun and implemented on a mobile based learning applications. The use of mobile devices that is easy and flexibility is very useful to support the learning process for the illiterate.

Abstract

Abstract– String Matching translated as sequence of processes that must be passed to resolve the problems in finding a pattern arrangement of character strings with each other exactly in the same structure. Brute-Force Algorithm explain the concept of matching strings in a line theory and source code. Consider the advantages and disadvantages that exist, the expected application of existing theory on Brute-Force algorithm can simplify the process of checking the suitability of the user answers with the answer key for building applications on the Java script learning among students as the students have to pass on the existence of java script. This application need 0.003210462 second for lesson in level 1. And need 0.003294419 second for lesson in level 2, 0.003478261 second for lesson in level 3.

Abstract

Abstrac – Lighting installation is very necessary in designing a building. The amount oflight intensity on each room is different depending on the us ability of the room it self. Simple Additive weighting (SAW) method could be used in selecting the right lamp. The greater the value of alternative earn edit the better alternative. Based on this SAW method, it is advisable touse lights that are LED with the highest on value of 9.66, then the TL lamps with a criteria on value of 6.93.

Abstract

Abstract— Pesantren is an institution or organization that is engaged in Islamic religious education-based community education diniyah or integrated with other types of education. As a boarding school organization requires good management information systems by implementing an integrated boarding school. The information system is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that covers all business processes in a boarding school and focused on planning and documentation of transactions. ERP is the application used by the manufacturing company in operation. There is therefore a fundamental conceptual differences between the manufacturing process with the process of education at boarding school, so as to generate the appropriate ERP and can be used by the boarding school, the system needs to be modeled. Modelling done by creating a process diagram and diagram data.

Abstract

The number of uncertain risk factor in heart disease makes experts difficult to diagnose its disease. Computer technology in the health field is mostly used. In this paper, we implement a system to diagnose heart disease. The used method is Adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system which combine the advantage of fuzzy and neural network. The used data is UCI Cleveland data that have 13 attributes as inputs. Output system diagnosis compared with observational data for evaluation. System performance tested by calculating accuracy. Tests were also conducted on the variation of the learning rate, iteration, minimum error, and the use of membership functions. Accuracy obtained from test is 65,657% where using membership function Beta.
