Abstract

Diskretisasi model merupakan prosedur transformasi model kontinu ke model diskret. Diskretisasi dilakukan dengan metode analogi persamaan beda, yaitu dengan menganalogikan persamaan diferensial yang menggunakan aturan limit, dengan persamaan beda yang menggunakan beda antar titik waktu diskret. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Lorenz yang merepresentasikan aliran konveksi udara di atmosfer yang terjadi karena perbedaan suhu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkonstruksi model diskret Lorenz dan membandingkan perilaku antar model diskret dan model kontinu. Langkah yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu konstruksi diskret, diskretisasi masing-masing persamaan dan validasi model diskret dengan membandingkan hasil simulasi grafik kontinu dan diskret.

Abstract

Proses kompresi merupakan proses mereduksi ukuran suatu data untuk menghasilkan representasi digital yang padat atau mampat, namun tetap dapat mewakili kuantitas informasi yang terkandung pada data tersebut. Pada citra, video, dan suara, kompresi mengarah pada minimalisasi jumlah bit untuk representasi citra digital. Dalam penelitian ini, proses kompresi citra menggunakan dua wavelet yang terkenal, yaitu wavelet Haar dan Daubechies Db4. Citra yang digunakan terbatas hanya citra grayscale berformat .jpg. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan wavelet manakah yang baik dalam kompresi citra. Dari hasil yang didapat, wavelet Haar dan Daubechies Db4 berturut-turut mempunyai nilai RMSE sebesar 6,54 dan 6,5. Sedangkan rasio kompresi untuk wavelet Haar adalah 25%, lebih besar dibanding wavelet Daubchies Db4, yaitu sebesar 22%.

Abstract

Constant Elasticity of Substitution (CES) production function is the intrinsic nonlinear regression models that are often used to estimate the data in an industry. Intrinsic nonlinear regression model is a kindof nonlinear regression that can not be linearized, so as to estimate the beta parameters nonlinear statistical model used was Nonlinear Least Squares (NLS) using a first order taylor series approach used in the GaussNewton iteration. One of the problems often encountered in the analysis of data is an outlier, the presence of outliers in the data analysis greatly influence the results of the analysis so it becomes less valid and the estimationbecome biased. One method that is resistant to outliers regression is a method of Nonlinear Least Trimmed Squares. This research aims to determine the characteristics of parameter CES production function whichcontains outlier. The result shows that parameter of the production function CES which contains outliers are bias, inconsistent. So the CES production function which does not contain outliers better than the are containsoutliers.

Abstract

Graf dengan pewarnaan sisi disebut pelangi sisi terhubung, jika setiap titik pada graf dihubungkan oleh lintasan yang memiliki sisi-sisi dengan warna yang berbeda. Rainbow connection pada graf yang terhubung, disimbolkan oleh yaitu bilangan terkecil dari warna yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat graf menjadi pelangi sisi terhubung. Sedangkan graf dengan pewarnaan titik adalah pelangi titik terhubung, jika setiap titik pada graf dihubungkan oleh lintasan yang memiliki titik-titik interior dengan warna yang berbeda. Rainbow vertex-connection pada graf yang terhubung disimbolkan oleh yaitu bilangan terkecil dari warna yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat graf menjadi pelangi titik terhubung. Penelitian ini menganalisis besarnya bilangan dan dari graf hasil penjumlahan dan perkalian kartesius dua sebarang graf. Penjumlahan dua graf dan yang dinotasikan mempunyai himpunan titik dan himpunan sisi . Bilangan rainbow connection dari graf adalah: 1) dan adalah graf komplit, dan 2) atau adalah bukan graf komplit sedangkan bilangan rainbow vertex-connection dari graf adalah graf komplit.

Abstract

Outlier is an observation that much different (extreme) from the other observational data, or data can be interpreted that do not follow the general pattern of the model. Sometimes outliers provide information that can not be provided by other data. That's why outliers should not just be eliminated. Outliers can also be an influential observation. There are many methods that can be used to detect of outliers. In previous studies done on outlier detection of linear regression. Next will be developed detection of outliers in nonlinear regression. Nonlinear regression here is devoted to multiplicative nonlinear regression. To detect is use of statistical method likelihood displacement. Statistical methods abbreviated likelihood displacement (LD) is a method to detect outliers by removing the suspected outlier data. To estimate the parameters are used to the maximum likelihood method, so we get the estimate of the maximum. By using LD method is obtained i.e likelihood displacement is thought to contain outliers. Further accuracy of LD method in detecting the outliers are shown by comparing the MSE of LD with the MSE from the regression in general. Statistic test used is Λ. Initial hypothesis was rejected when proved so is an outlier.

Abstract

According to Kerchoffs (1883), the security system should only rely on cryptographic keys which is used in that system. Generally, the key sequences are generated by a Pseudo Random Number Generator (PRNG) or Random Number Generator (RNG). There are three types of randomness sequences that generated by the RNG and PRNG i.e. pseudorandom sequence, cryptographically secure pseudorandom sequences, and real random sequences. Several statistical tests, including diehard battery of tests of randomness, is used to check the type of randomness sequences that generated by PRNG or RNG. Due to its purpose, the principle on taking the testing parameters and the test statistic are associated with the validity of the conclusion produced by a statistical test, then the theoretical analysis is performed by applying a variety of statistical theory to evaluate craps test, one of the test included in the diehard battery of randomness tests. Craps test, inspired by craps game, aims to examine whether a PRNG produces an independent and identically distributed (iid) pseudorandom sequences. To demonstrate the process to produce a test statistics equation and to show how craps games applied on that test, will be carried out theoretical analysis by applying a variety of statistical theory. Furthermore, empirical observations will be done by applying craps test on a PRNG in order to check the test effectiveness in detecting the distribution and independency of sequences which produced by PRNG

Abstract

This research aimed to obtain construction procedures lampshade form through incorporation and election of parameters shape shifter Bezier surface. Thus, it product a sholid lampshade that both symmetrical and varied. In contruction lampshade it requires learning about the physical (expose) and geometrical aspects. In terms of geometry model-making of lampshade sitting which has existed in general still monotone and built of object cut model. Dealing with the problem, so this research is divided into four stages: Firstly, prepare the data of building sitting lampshade. Secondly, study about technique of building symmetrical sitting lampshade. Thirdly, construct overall lampshade. The results of this research is procedures by contruction of sitting lampshade: First, The main axis split into three sub segments axis non-homogeneous. Second, build parts of the sitting lampshade (the base, the main part, the roof) by combining the components lampshade deformation results geometry objects. Third, fill each sub-segment of non-homogeneous parts with parts of the lampshade and build a boundary curve resulting lampshade varied models, innovation, and symmetry.

Abstract

Fuzzy geometry is an outgrowth of crisp geometry, which in crisp geometry elements are exist and not exist, but also while on fuzzy geometry elements are developed by thickness which is owned by each of these elements. Crisp projective geometries is the formation of a shadow of geometries element projected on the projectors element, with perpendicular properties which are represented by their respective elemental, the discussion focused on the results of the projection coordinates. While the fuzzy projective geometries have richer discussion, which includes about coordinates of projection results, the mutual relation of each element and the thickness of each element. This research was conducted to describe and analyzing procedure fuzzy projective geometries on the plane and explain the differences between crisp projective geometries and fuzzy projective geometries on plane.

Abstract

Analisis klaster merupakan teknik interpendensi yang mengelompokkan suatu objek berdasarkan kemiripan dan kedekatan jarak antar objek. Pengelompokan objek dengan jumlah banyak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Salah satu analisis klaster yang dapat digunakan dalam situasi ini adalah analisis klaster non hierarki, yaitu K-means. Pada artikel ini mengelompokkan data luas grup sunspot dan data grup sunspot klasifikasi Mc.Intosh yang membangkitkan flare soft X-Ray dan Hα. Untuk mengetahui luas grup sunspot dan grup sunspot klasifikasi Mc.Intosh yang berpeluang membangkitkan flare soft X-Ray dan Hα dengan intensitas ledakan yang tinggi dan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh dua klaster yaitu klaster pertama yang tergolong mampu membangkitkan flare Soft X-Ray dan Hα dengan intensitas yang tinggi. Sedangkan klaster kedua yang tergolong mampu membangkitkan flare Soft X-Ray dan Hα dengan intensitas yang rendah
