Abstract

Life time distribution of warranted product, for example like automobile and photocopier is an interesting studies. Based on the fact that mostly, life distribution of warranted product is somewhat skewed to the right, this suggests that usual failure distribution such as Weibull distribution may provide a reasonable fit to the data. Related to these studies, parameter estimation is directly applicable since life distribution function is a function of parameters. There are no closed solution for Weibull likelihood function maximation. Therefore, numerical approximation could be an alternative solution. In this paper, Newton-Raphson and bisection method were employed to estimate the scale and shape parameter of Weibull distribution for photocopier failure data for since 4,5 years. Performance of those method were compared based on their approximation result and how fast they get into the solution. Data were taken from Bulmer and Eccleston (2003) research about photocopier realibility model.

Abstract

Tsukamoto method is one method of fuzzy inference system on fuzzy logic for decision making. Steps of the decision making in this method, namely fuzzyfication (process changing the input into kabur), the establishment of fuzzy rules, fuzzy logic analysis, defuzzyfication (affirmation), as well as the conclusion and interpretation of the results. The results from this research are steps of the decision making in Tsukamoto method, namely fuzzyfication (process changing the input into kabur), the establishment of fuzzy rules by the general form IF a is A THEN B is B, fuzzy logic analysis to get alpha in every rule, defuzzyfication (affirmation) by weighted average method, as well as the conclusion and interpretation of the results. On customers at the case, in value of 16 the quality of services, the value of 17 the quality of goods, and value of 16 a price, a value of the results is 45,29063 and the level is low satisfaction

Abstract

Message is a privacy statement which is made by a person and addressed to another person with the consent of people who have made the message. But with the development of modern technology resulted in a high level of privacy for their safety message. Especially lately act haeker (security breaker) are increasingly rampant and alarming message makers. To address this, the authors will examine and discuss the cryptographic cipher to convey a secret message privacy. Message in the form of a password using cryptography in this paper Combining of Hill Cipher Method and Caesar Cipher Methods.In the operation process of encryption and decryption passwords cryptography, the steps using the Caesar CipherMethods, whereas in steps using keys by using Hill Cipher method. In the making and the first decoding the message makers and recipients know how the operation technique. Thus the expected delivery of message privacy secured.

Abstract

Mass balance of reactor equation express the change of mass concentration of substances in and out of the closed system. This equation has inhomogeneous boundary conditions, that is the conditions at the time of its entry to the reactor and the conditions under which the substance out of the reactor. In this study, the mass concentration of substances produced after the reaction in the reactor is zero. In the inhomogeneous boundary conditions, using the method of separation of variables, there are obstacles to complete the equation. So we need to first transformation. Transformation is done with the aim to change the conditions which originally inhomogeneous boundary into a homogeneous boundary condition, so the method of separation of variables can be used to solve partial differential equations that have a homogeneous boundary conditions. The results obtained by the analysis, the faster a substance that spreads to the reactor, the less amount of mass concentration of substances that undergo a change; the greater the mass coefficient of substances that react in the reactor, the more the number of mass concentration of substances that are subject to change

Abstract

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is beginning little by little to replace the task of an expert, even with the ANN can be a tool to replace a doctor. One of kind of ANN is Backpropagation networks, this network can be used to training programs in order to be able to recognize whether it is pig or cow wave spectra. To determine the output in Backpropagation training required suitable activation functions. Therefore, in this research will be compared to some of the activation function that can be used in training. Activation functions will be tested with the ratio test to determine the interval convergence. After tested with the ratio test it was found that the activation function was the best activation function to use the Backpropagation network training, because it has a weight range that can meet the methods used in the determination of weights. When tested with the data, the activation function is able to recognize correctly all trial datas. Expected in future research to examine the weight that makes the interval training to achieve fast convergence and the error bit.

Abstract

This paper discuss multi-agent model of the N-dimensional space with the function of attraction and repulsion. In this model is given the disturbance function which is a bounded function. In this paper also discuss about stationary of each agency and stability of the models use stability of Lyapunov. From the analytical results obtained center of the multi-agent is stationary. Also test the stability with Lyapunov method is obtained that the proposed model is a stable model. Numerical simulation results show that each agent will converges to a region that has a certain distance to the center of the multi-agent model

Abstract

Human pembagunan Index (HDI) is a composite index that includes three basic dimensions of human development is considered to reflect the status of the population's basic abilities of health, educational attainment, and purchasing power. Data IPM classified into four, namely low, lower middle, upper middle, and high. Therefore, determining the HDI can be done with the data probit regression approach. In the data found that there were similarities between the HDI value of geographically adjacent regions which resulted in the classification of the adjacent HDI same region. This is presumably due to the inter-regional dependency. This phenomenon is suspected because of the spatial dependencies can be described through spatial methods. From the explanation above, the HDI of data in this study are based on the spatial probit regression method are compared with the probit method. This study aims to assess the predictors for estimating parameters and testing parameters were applied to the data classification IPM in Java. MCMC is used as a method of estimating the parameters in the assessment. While the assessment test parameters used are 25% to 75% of the estimated parameters

Abstract

Commuting graph is a graph that has a set of points X and two different vertices to be connected directly if each commutative in G. Let G non abelian group and Z(G) is a center of G. Noncommuting graph is a graph which the the vertex is a set of G\Z(G) and two vertices x and y are adjacent if and only if xy≠yx. The vertex colouring of G is giving k colour at the vertex, two vertices that are adjacent not given the same colour. Edge colouring of G is two edges that have common vertex are coloured with different colour. The smallest number k so that a graph can be coloured by assigning k colours to the vertex and edge called chromatic number. Abstract

Model persediaan digunakan untuk menentukan kebijakan mengawasi tingkat persediaan. Oleh sebab itu keberadaan persediaan perlu dikelola dengan baik sehingga diperoleh kinerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model integrasi produksi–distribusi untuk produk deteriorasi dengan kebijakan backorder. Model persediaan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Single Item digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan model. Algoritma pencarian solusi model dibuat untuk mendapatkan solusi dari model. Abstract

Sugeno method is one method of fuzzy inference system on fuzzy logic for decision making. In-Zero Order Sugeno method in fuzzy logic consists of four stages: 1. fuzzification. 2. The application functionality implications, the implication function used is function MIN (minimum). 3. The composition rule using the function MAX (maximum). 4. Defuzzification weight average. Based on case 1, each student with non-formal education and informal education by 12 by 19 has a value of 20.7 and a variable linguistic personality is MEDIUM. Suggestions for further research can use other parameters in determining the level of personality of students with fuzzy logic
