Abstract

Funds used to carry out daily operational activities are called working capital. Working capital is expected to be able to return in cash to the company within a specified period through the sale of production and revenue services. In a Cooperative, the optimal working capital is also required to maximize profitability. This research aim was to measure the level of adequacy of working capital in improving the profitability of the cooperative in joint responsibility implementation. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach, hereinafter referred to descriptive qualitative research is by doing interviews with the management of Cooperatives and analyzing the financial statements. This research was conducted at Setia Budi Wanita Cooperative in Malang. Results indicate that working capital is owned by cooperative SBW is not fully optimal in improving profitability. This is indicated in GPM and ROA ratios that are declining. But when seen from the ratio of ROE, the cooperative has been able to maximize service revenue and sales to repay its debts.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe financial performance of traditional market on local market at Pasuruan Regency. The evaluation of financial performance based on economic principle, efficient and effectively that used to analysis development potency  to be  a region enterprise. This research used an anual financial report and management report in 2007 untill 2011. The analysis result describe that assets has owned by traditional market can be a base capital become a region enterprise of market with pay attention  increased financial performance. Based on  the evaluation value for money concluded that financial performance on traditional market  is economic, effective but inefficient.  Based on the result of financial ratio analysis conclude that traditional market at Pasuruan Regency was autonomous yet, low activity, low capital expenses,   the  growth  of expenditure  is  always higher than the growth of income,  but the equity ratio gives diskription  that traditional market can pay by self to get his assets.

Abstract

Financiers expect the presence of Sukuk or Islamic State Securities driving growth of Islamic financial markets, especially in Indonesia. In addition, as one of the state budget funds, Sukuk also have a strategic role for the government as a benchmark of Islamic financial instruments. State Sharia Securities (SBSN) or can also be called Sukuk Company will publish SBSN is a company specifically formed for the purpose of publishing this SBSN (special-purpose vehicle SPV). SBSN or Sukuk this state is an instrument of debts without usury as in bonds, in which the Sukuk is issued based on a reference asset in accordance with Islamic principles. Sukuk may be used as an alternative to institutional investors such as banks, pension funds, and insurance also can invest surplus funds that had invested only in stocks, mutual funds, Seritifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI).

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe workplace spirituality practices in Islamic banking according based on biographical characteristics. Total respondents in this study are 125 people. Biographical characteristics of respondents analyzed in this study include age, gender, marital status, and education. Data analysis was used analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Independent sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that workplace spirituality practices highly essential for Islamic banking employees.  Therefore, manager of Islamic banking should incorporate human resource development programs to the needs of the nature of spirituality

Abstract

Rapidly changing business environment has led to the change of supply change management (SCM) implementation. This paper attempts to discuss the benefits of SCM and how the companies manage it in order to maintain their competitive advantage. Illustrations from several companies are included. To achieve sustainable competitive advantage, five basic steps in supply chain management i.e. plan, source, make, deliver and return as discussed earlier should be conducted and evaluated carefully and continuously. SCM should take into consideration the choice of strategic partnerships not only based on the most efficient and effective cost structure but also the legal aspect of the supplier to avoid the company being shut down by the government. Trust and relationships with the suppliers should be maintained and finally, the technology innovation in SCM of a company should be developed more advanced, compared or combined with other companies to sustain competitive advantages.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to find out the direct effect between job rotation, work stress towards job satisfaction, and to find out the indirect effect between job rotation, work stress towards organizational commitment through job satisfaction. The population was 52 respondent of banking employees. The results of this study provided evidence that there was a significant effect between job rotation towards job satisfaction, work stress towards job satisfaction, and job rotation towards organizational commitment; whereas between work stress towards organizational commitment, and job satisfaction towards organizational commitment showed the insignificant effect.

Abstract

The research has been done at KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri  in Nganjuk. It examines the influence of disciplines on the employee performance. The objective of this research is, that the employee don’t have discipline in the works so  that influence the employee performance. The fisrt  result from this reseach show that discipline and properous, discipline and punishment, certain on discipline done, discipline support the purpose, participations of the discipline, and the example from leader as key a discipline  were influencing the work spirit or performance. The second  result show that the dominant factor influence work spirit or performace employee is certained on the discipline done. So we have the conclution that this conditions suitable with actual conditions in KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri – NGANJUK. Although prosperously has a good condition but work spirit or performance employee don’t maximal. This is make H2 refused, but if certain on disipline done built up make work spirit or performance employee good  more.

Abstract

The aims of research are to examine and to analyze whether workplace spirituality to turnover intention through the organizational commitment (the study of the employee non-nurse medical directorate RS. Al – Irsyad Surabaya). The sampling technique of research used proportionate stratified random sampling, with 86 respondents as sample. Statistical analysis method used partial least square (PLS). Based on causality test, showed that spirituality in the workplace has positive and significant on the organizational commitment.  Organizational commitment has negative and significant on the turnover intention. The value of the coefficient indirect effect of spirituality in the workplace against turnover intention through organizational commitment is greater than the direct effect of spirituality in the workplace against turnover intention. The result that organizational commitment as mediation of spirituality in the workplace to turnover intention.

Abstract

This study intends to test of: first, the effect of earnings, residual income, economic value added, and Operation Cash Flow simultaneously on returns received by shareholders manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and second the effect of earnings, residual income, economic value added, and Operation Cash Flow partially on returns received by shareholders manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses linear regression to see the contribution of each independent variable in influencing stock returns. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2008-2011. Being sampled in this study was determined using purposive sampling method. With purposive sampling method found 40 companies that meet the criteria and deserves to be sampled. Based on the analysis it can be concluded simultaneously Earnings, Economic Value Added, Residual Income and Cash Flow Operation significant effect on the return. In partially, only Earnings and Cash Flow Operation significant effect on the return.

Abstract

Business industry progress of the country not always runs same way with ethic rule and law, this reality is disadvantage. One of sources is the personal quality of religious back ground. In spite of that this writing to give solution which how to develope human resources developmant bocome spiritual personality in thinking and acting.  The sources are taken from library text, media on line, electronic and paper media were critized in Islamic law or maqashid al-Syariah. Based on analized that recommended of developing the future human resources development can be hold by Islamic college, School as like honesty canteen, family and society. By this approach is hoped building the complete HRD in spitituality, knowledge, morality, professionality and  good Islamic relationship. Therefore they, human economic-materilistic, do economic activity as The Islamic law, theology approach, which bring their life to be good, humanity, ethic value and justice. We do hope.
