Abstract

The increase in the number of creative industry entrepreneurs on the scale of UMKMs in Indonesia must be supported by several factors so that these businesses can develop. These factors range from business conditions, environment, facilities, and infrastructure, to technology. In terms of the use of technology, UMKM business actors can use it in various fields including the procurement of raw materials, the production process to the marketing and promotion stages of the products produced. This analysis aims to determine the weight the importance of the criteria to create an element of UMKM sales volume. In addition, it also helps UMKM actors in making decisions in choosing and using which alternative best suits their needs. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be concluded that alternative social media is a priority criterion in increasing the sales volume of UMKM actors. Based on the overall average weight value, the alternative for social media is to expand the market by increasing the intensity of promotions with various social media. Such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others to increase product sales for UMKM actors.

Abstract

The pandemic period has greatly affected various business sectors which also resulted in the decreasing income of most people. This is coupled with the implementation of PPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities) in several areas, so that community activities are very limited. One of the impacts of this pandemic is being felt in the hotel business, where many hotels and inns are not selling well and this business has to go out of business. Hotels and inns that can still survive are forced to reduce the number of employees and reduce operational costs, one of which is the cost of room maintenance. Along with the number of vacant rooms due to lack of customers and reduced number of employees, resulting in vacant rooms are rarely opened which will become damp and stuffy. If this is left for a long time will result in the growth of mold in the hotel room, so a process of monitoring temperature and humidity is needed. These problems can be solved by utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT). From the results of testing the temperature and humidity sensor readings using DHT11, the results are quite accurate with an error rate of 1.30% for measuring temperature and 3.79% for measuring humidity. Making an IoT system using Blynk can be done very easily because it does not require programming skills in its manufacture.

Abstract

The Regional Government Information System (SIPD in Bahasa) is a management information system that is used to administer, document, and process regional development data into information. It serves to make decisions, and policies and build a unified database. The data is integrated from district/city, provincial and national levels. This study uses path analysis with a total sample of 43 employees. In the research, the coefficient value of the System Quality variable on User Satisfaction has a direct effect of 0.414. The Information Quality variable on User Satisfaction has a direct effect of 0.352. The System Quality variable on Employee Performance has a direct influence of 0.229. The variable Information Quality on Employee Performance has a direct effect of 0.449. Furthermore, the influence of System Quality on Employee Performance through User Satisfaction has an indirect effect of 0.186 with a total amount of 0.415. The influence of Information Quality on Employee Performance through User Satisfaction has an indirect effect of 0.158 with a total amount of 0.610.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product development on the business growth of batik in Banyubiru Village, Ngawi Regency with the role of e-commerce as an intervening variable. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sample in this study was 60 batik craftsmen who were taken by incidental sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and observation. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis, where X1 refers to product development variables, Y1 to e-commerce, and Y2 to business growth. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that product development did not have a positive and significant effect on business growth, and e-commerce did not mediate the effect of product development on business growth.

Abstract

Salak is a potential horticultural sector that is a leading commodity in Banjarnegara. Salak fruit varieties have fruit categories that have their advantages. Variants of salak fruit include ivory salak, granulated sugar salak, pondoh salak, and honey salak. Based on data released from the relevant government agencies, further research was carried out related to analyzing and conducting research to predict salak fruit varieties. This variety is suitable for land in every area in Banjarnegara with predictive analysis using the C4.5 algorithm. This method has been widely developed to classify and predict a case with a fairly high degree of accuracy. From this study, researchers hope that it can contribute farmers to determining the type of salak fruit that is most suitable for the land they own so that later the harvest obtained by farmers can be maximized

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the effect of the quality of human resource information systems, training and development, and work discipline on employee performance. The technique of analysis uses a linear regression analysis. The population of this sample was 116 workers. The findings have shown the quality of human resource information systems and training and development will enhance the discipline of work. This ensures that the quality of human resource systems accompanied by the seriousness of the workers in training and development will strengthen work discipline. Therefore, the quality of human resource information systems and training & development will enhance the employee performance. Moreover, the work discipline mediates the impact of the quality of human resources information system as well as training and development on employee performance.

Abstract

A map is drawn on a flat plane and reduced or scaled. The use of scale on a map is a comparison between the image plane and the actual surface of the earth. The earth's surface is impossible to draw according to the original, so it must be reduced by a certain ratio. The determination of the coordinates on the map is needed to determine the accuracy of the location on the home address. The coordinates which are commonly used in determining position on a map are latitude and longitude. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of the Euclidean Distance method in mapping the coordinates of the home address. The population data taken is from the taxpayer population in Beru Village, Wlingi District. The coordinate point mapping was done using the Mapbox application. Then, the results of processing the coordinates of the map were analyzed using the Euclidean Distance method. The methods of data collection were carried out using interviews, observation, literature studies and documentation in order to obtain effective data collection.

Abstract

The development of internet technology in Indonesia, especially in the use of computer technology for data processing, is also a concern in the business world. Through computerized data processing, all items that have been sold can be quickly identified, along with their advantages. Toko Afridah Cake is a business that sells various types of cakes and snacks in Tembilahan which is still with an offline transaction system.  Therefore, it is necessary to build a point of sale information system at the Afridah Cake store so that it makes it easier to develop a business.  Researchers use the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system development method and use pieces analysis.  The system is designed using three levels of users, namely admin, cashier, and consumer. The system can be used to exist at Toko Afridah Cake because it has passed the blackbox testing stage without any errors.  This web-based point of sale system makes it easier for store owners, especially to monitor the transaction process in the store without having to come to the store because the system is web-based so that it can be accessed anywhere while still being able to connect to the internet.

Abstract

Kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling terutama pada pendidikan sekolah menengah atas memegang peranan penting bagi perkembangan siswa, dengan adanya data bimbingan konseling, Guru Bimbingan Konseling dapat mengetahui perkembangan siswa dari kelas awal hingga akhir sehingga mampu memberikan pengarahan yang tepat kepada siswa. Pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling di SMAK Frateran Malang dilakukan secara periodik namun data bimbingan belum sepenuhnya terdokumentasi dengan baik seperti ketika siswa yang melakukan konseling ditulis hanya kedalam buku rekap konseling dimana hal ini dimungkinkan rawan kehilangan data, lalu konseling yang dilakukan secara lisan dan belum tercatat dalam buku, hal ini menimbulkan kesulitan reabilitas data konseling. Dalam peneliti ini menggunakan metode penelitian model software development life cycle dimana dalam tahap analisa dan perancangan menghasilkan empat aktifitas sistem yaitu aktifitas pengaturan sistem, aktifitas data konseling, aktifitas data siswa, dan aktifitas data pelanggaran, dimana terdapat dua pengguna yaitu Guru Bimbingan Konseling dan siswa yang dapat langsung melakukan interaksi kedalma sistem, selanjutnya tahap implementasi sistem menggunakan framework PHP Codeigniter. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sebuah prototipe sistem informasi bimbingan konseling yang mampu mendokumentasi setiap aktifitas konseling dengan baik dan reliabel sehingga data tersebut dapat dipakai untuk pengarahan siswa dengan tepat

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on many things. Education, which is one of the important aspects in supporting human life, also felt the impact of the pandemic. Based on Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies during the emergency period of the spread of COVID-19, the government has a policy that face-to-face education is not allowed to be carried out. Therefore, the world of education began to implement distance learning or e-Learning.  In addition to how to teach and learn, there are other things that need to be considered for the success of the process. Another thing is student learning motivation. Changes in the teaching and learning process also have an impact on student learning motivation. In this study, a questionnaire has been distributed to find out the core drive of student learning motivation. Based on a questionnaire that has been filled out by 167 respondents, the core drive that influences students' learning motivation is at a high level. This indicates that the level of student learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic is still high.
