Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) patient who had routine Haemodialisis (HD) usually experiencing the over volume extracellular fluid because degradation of kidney`s ability to excreting fluid. Patient obidience to intake less fluid is the top priority for Nursing  diagnosis on HD nurse to give the best medical servise. dominant factor that influencing patien`s obedience is not positively understandable yet. It might influenced by any other factors. The aim of this study is to analyze influencing patient compliance factors toward fluid intake for chronic renal failure patients who undergo hemodialisis at Margono Soekardjo Hospital of Purwokerto Analytic descriptive with cross-sectional design was used in this study. Data collected by closed ended questioners to the target subjects (routine HD patient) at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto on September-October 2008.The result show that age, length of hemodialisis, education, nurses involvement, family patient involvement, self concept, knowledge level have significant level at, p= 0,100,  0,074, 0,000, , 0,000, 0,000, 0,016 and 0.001 respectively. There are five factors (education, nurses involvement, family patient involvement, and knowledge level) that have significant factor toward fluid intake. Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Menstruation is a sign of puberty for female adolescents. The common menstrual disorder experienced by adolescent is called painful menstruation (primary dysmenorrhea). Primary dysmenorrhea triggers both physical and psychological symptoms. One of the psychological impacts is anxiety. Self-tapping is a non-pharmacological therapy which can reduce anxiety.Aim: To figure out the effect of self tapping toward anxiety level among nursing students experiencing menstrual cramps. Methods: This study was a quasy-experimental research with non equivalent pretest-posttest with control group. The total 60 respondents were divided into intervention and control group with 30 respondents each. Self tapping was practiced in intervention group, meanwhile deep breath was performed in control group. The instruments to measure anxiety were anxiety screening questionare and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Wilcoxon statistical test was applied to compare the level of anxiety before and after the treatment in both groups. Besides, Mann Whitney satistical test was used to compare the effectiveness of both treatments in reducing the anxiety level in each group. Results: The anxiety mean score of the intervention group decreased from 24,63 to 16,03 after self tapping (?=8,6; p=0,000), while the anxiety mean score of the control group decreased from 23,5 to 17,73 after the implementation of deep breath technique (?=5,77; p=0,000). There was a significant difference between self tapping and deep breath technique in reducing anxiety level (p-value=0.006). Conclusion: Self tapping indeed has impact towards anxiety level among nursing students experiencing menstrual cramps.

The CES-D (Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depressed Mood Scale) was used to assesed depressive symptoms while the DFBC (The Diabetes Family Behavior Checklist) to determine the total score of family support. Chi Square, t-test independent and a multiple logistic regression were used to examine the relationship of depression and family support with blood glucose. The result revealed that there were significant relationships among depression and blood glucose level (p value 0,0005) and family support (p=0,0005). There was no significant correlation between economic status and blood glucose level (p=0,052). In addition, family support became the most dominant factor related to blood glucose level (OR=10,925). Meanwhile, age, education level, and complications became the confounding factors. It concluded that there were relationship among depression and family support with blood glucose level of type 2 DM patients. Relaxation is autogenic relaxation specific which implies that you have the ability to control body functions, such as heart rate, blood pressure and blood flow. The design of this research was quasi experiment with the approach pre and post test only design. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of autogenic relaxation to decrease blood pressure in hypertensive clients in the region of Palembang Ilir 23 health centers in 2015. The sample in this study was accidental sampling. Autogenic relaxation on the respondent performed three times and measured blood pressure as much as six times. Statistical test used T Dependent. The result of this research are there were some effects of autogenic relaxation namely the decreasing of blood pressure (p value = 0.000). It was concluded that there was effect of autogenic relaxation on decreasing blood pressure of hypertension clients. Based on the results of this study are expected to autogenic relaxation techniques can be applied to lower blood pressure in hypertensive clients. And to disseminate the research results to the clients of hypertension, so people know the benefits of hypertension autogenic relaxation in lowering blood pressure.
