Abstract

Intisari - Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan motivasi yang mendorong wisatawan Surabaya untuk membagi pengalaman berwisatanya saat berada di Luar Pulau Jawa, Madura dan Bali melalui media sosail. Media Sosial yang dipilih terbagi menjadi delapan jenis media sosial antara lain Instagram, Facebook, email, dll. Target populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan domestic yang bertempat tinggal di Surabaya dan pernah melakukan perjalanan wisata di Luar Pulau Jawa, Madura dan Bali. Dipilihnya responden tersebut dimaksudkan agar informasi atau data yang didapat untuk kebutuhan penelitian sesuai dengan kenyataan (obyektif). Aras yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis aras yaitu interval. Pengumpulan data berasal dari data primer yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Sampel yang ditetapkan dalam peenelitian ini sejumlah 150 responden. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,statistik deskriptif, dan tabulasi silang dengan statistic uji chi-square pada signifikansi 0,05 % (p<0,05) dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa ada motivasi yang mendorong wisatawan Surabaya untuk membagi pengalaman wisatanya di Luar Pulau Jawa, Madura dan Bali melalui media sosial. Dimensi yang memiliki frekuensi setuju tertinggi adalah community-related motivations dengan pernyataan setuju tertinggi pada pernyataan saya ingin menolong orang lain. Kata kunci: Media Sosial, Wisatawan, Sharing Motivation Abstract - The purpose of this research is to encourages Surabaya tourist to share their experiences Java, Madura, and Bali through social media. There are eight types of social media such as instagram, facebook, email ect. Target market used in this research were domestic travelers who reside in Surabaya and had experience to travel outside Java, Madura and Bali. The intended respondent were choosen so that the information or collected data obtained consistent with the fact (objective). Aras used in this study using a type of cedar that interval. The collection of data derived from primary data by distributing questionnaires distributed to respondents. Sample set forth in this penelitian total of 150 respondents. Data processing method used in this study include use validity, reliability test, descriptive statistics and cross tabulation with the chi-square test statistic at 0.05% (p <0.05) using SPSS 20.0 This research showed that there is a motivation that encourages travelers to share their tourism experiences outside Java, Madura and Bali through social media. . Dimensions that have the highest agree frequency is community-related motivations with the highest agreed statement is I want to help others. Keywords: social media, tourist and Sharing Motivation

Abstract

The research conducted to discuss about intrinsic motivation analysis for Universitas Surabaya’s students in career decision making in Big Four or non-Big Four public accounting firm. This research aims to unlock the mystery of whether the drive (the intrinsic motivation theory) can be applied or notto the decision making of student career in Big Four or non-Big Four public accounting firm. This research is expected to give benefit to the students as the main subject especially the accounting majors to have an insight about career decision in Big Four or non-Big Four public accountant firm. Research data, participant observation, and interview results that have been processed in a structured design, have produced a key to answer the mystery in this research. Using data from a viewpoint of the Big Four or non-Big Four public accounting firm’ personnel, carries an outcome where the drive cannot be entirely applicable in career decision making but drive can be the basis for a person to establish himself in career decision making. In addition, the drive that becomes a shield can control a person to keep on track in a career decision that suits him/her.

Abstract

PT.X engaged in the palm oil industry in Surabaya City, employs over 1000 employees and has a high risk of danger in its production process. Therefore, research about operational audits related to hazard and disaster event risk is necessary to evaluate the Occupational Health and Safety Management System applied by PT.X. The audit process to be performed on PT.X is related to the occupational health and safety management system applied by the company in the production cycle. The method that will be used to perform the data settlement is by conducting interviews, observation, and document analysis. PT.X has implemented a Occupational Health and Safety Management System in its company but for 8 years the system has been applied, the company has never reached the goal of implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System that is achieved "zero accident" in each year, which means hazards and disaster events risk on uncommon operational activities of the company still exist. Therefore, an operational audit of hazard and disaster event risk related to PT.X is required to improve the occupational health and safety management system of the company.

Abstract

Intisari - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh online servicescape dan trust terhadap niat konsumen melakukan reservasi hotel secara online. Objek yang diambil adalah Hotel Shangri-La. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 respomden yang pernah melakukan reservasi secara online pada situs web hotel shangri-la Surabaya minimal 6 bulan terakhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melalui pengujian secara statistik. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan Analisis of moment structures (AMOS 16). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor behavioral intentions mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan yaitu antara Aesthetic Appeal terhadap Trust. Financial Security memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Trust dan Trust memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Purchase Itention. Sedangkan faktor Layoutand Functionally menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan dengan Trust. Katakunci: E-Servicescape, Consumer Trust, Purchase Itention, E-commerce, Servicescape. Abstract - This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of online servicescape and trust the intentions of consumers conduct online hotel reservations. Objects taken is the Hotel Shangri-La. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 150 respomden ever make reservations online on the hotel website shangri-la Surabaya at least 6 months. The sampling technique of this study was non-probability sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach through statistical testing. Testing is done using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of analysis of moment structures (AMOS 16). The results indicate that behavioral intentions factors had a significant relationship is between Aesthetic Appeal against the Trust. Financial Security has a significant relationship to the Trust and the Trust has a significant relationship to pruchase Itention. Abstract

Abstract - Implementation of good governance is not only required by private companies or BUMNs, but also required in all organizations such as cooperatives. Good Cooperative Governance (GCG) can assist in achieving organizational goals and determining performance monitoring techniques. The implementation of the five GCG principles is influenced by the role of internal controls, it is necessary to apply appropriate internal controls to enable the cooperative to operate effectively. This study aims to evaluate the application of internal controls in support of the implementation of GCG principles to obtain a picture and knowledge about the effectiveness of internal controls of savings and loan activities that have been applied. The results of research conducted on Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) X in Sidoarjo showed that the application of control to support the achievement of GCG has been implemented quite effectively because most of KPRI X has implemented GCG principles and internal control has been run in accordance with the objectives.

Abstract

This study was made to look at management control systems, acculturation, and cross-cultural communication barriers that appear in Restaurant "T". Cultural differences that exist This research is included in the basic research. The writer hopes this research can provide a picture about the cultural differences between Korean owners and local staffs. The research methods are interview,observation and document analysis.Cultural acculturation between owners with Korean citizenship and Indonesian citizenship takes place in the "T" Restaurant. The existence of some cultural differences also causing the owner to adapt to the local culture that surrounds them.

Abstract

This is a qualitative research with the purpose of explanatory research and have the quality of applied research because it is based of the fraud problem in revenue cycle. Internal control is an important thing because it gives assurance to achieve an organization’s goal. If the internal control is weak, then it will cause problem in the revenue cycle. Revenue cycle is a cycle where there is a cash inflow in an organization. If this inflow is obstructed, then it can affect the operational of the company, so it needs internal control. The basic theory that used is COSO Internal Control Framework, because it is used either internationally or nationally. The object used in this thesis is “Toko X” and the methods used are interview, observation, and document analysis. This research’s result conclude that “Toko X” has applied internal control, but there is still some deficiencies that need correction so that it can overcome fraud problem that might happen in the future.

Abstract

Intisari - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaanmotivation travelling terhadap Culture, Pleasure-Seeking/Fantasy, Relaxation, dan Physical untuk mengunjungi tempat wisata. Objek yang diambil adalah Bali. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Bali minimal dalam 2 tahun terakhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melalui pengujian secara statistik. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Independent–T Test dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS windows 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwaculture, pleasure-seeking/fantasy, relaxation , dan physical memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap motivation travelling. Pada hasil Uji Independen-T menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara wisatawan pria dan wanita dalam melakukan sebuah perjalanan, dan adanya perbedaan usia serta jenis kunjungan wisatawan dalam melakukan sebuah perjalanan. Katakunci: Motivation Travelling, Culture, Pleasure-Seeking/Fantasy, Relaxation, and Physical. Abstract - This studyaimed toidentify and analyse the differences in Motivation Travelling on Culture, Pleasure-seeking/ Fantasy, Relaxation, and Physical. The object is taken from Bali. The data used in research is primary data obtained from questionnaires. Respondent in this study were 150 respondents who’ve been to Bali minimum of 2 years. The sampling technique of this study was non-probability sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach through statistical analysis. Tests conducted using Independent-T test using SPSS windows 16. These results of this study indicate that culture, pleasure-seeking, relaxation, and physical have a positive influence on Motivation Travelling. In the Independent-T test results indicate that there is no difference between male and female travelers in a journey, and the difference in age and the type of tourist arrivals in making a journey. Abstract

Employees are the company's valuable asset. To keep the employees do well to carry out operational activities, a proper management control system is required. There are three types of complementary controls: result control, action control and cultural control. The purpose of this study is to explore and explain the relationship between the management control system with the application of Bushido values to overcome the deficiencies that occur in the department PPIC PT Maspion Sidoarjo. There are eight main values of Bushido used as a basis for overcoming the shortcomings. The research used is applied research with qualitative approach method. This research attempts to provide recommendations on the shortcomings contained in the PPIC department of PT Maspion Sidoarjo. The results of this study found that there are some deficiencies that occur in the operational activities of the department of PPIC due to lack of motivation in employees due to the weakness of the control system. The values in Bushido provide the basis for the researchers to provide recommendations to address the motivational problems that occur in employees.

Abstract

ABSTRAK - Berdasarkan pengamatan, dapat d iketahui bahwa masalah yang sedang dihadapi oleh toko roti Olivia Bakery di Mojokerto adalah jumlah produk cacat yang dihasilkan selam a proses produksi kue brownies dan kue tart blackforest, telah melebihi batas toleransi yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, yaitu ≥6% dari jumlah produksi tiap bulannya. Oleh karena itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pengendalian kualitas menggunakan pendekatan PDCA dan Alat Statistik pada Toko Roti Olivia Bakery di Mojokerto. Analisis pengendalian kualitas menggunakan alat statistik berupa check sheet, peta kendali p, diagram pareto, diagram sebab-akibat, dan FMEA. Alat statistik tersebut diimplementasikan ke setiap tahap yang ada pada siklus PDCA. Hasil analisis peta k endali p menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan produksi berada diluar batas kendali. Hal ini dapat dilih at pada peta kendali di mana ada beberapa titik yang telah melewati batas atas dan batas bawah pada peta kendali. Selain itu ada beberapa titik yang mengalami pelompatan dan perulangan pada peta kendali. Dari analisis diagram sebab-akibat, dapat diketahui faktor penyebab terjadinya cacat pada produk berasal dari faktor manusia, mesin oven, bahan baku, lingkungan, dan metode kerja, sehingga perusahaan dapat mengambil tindakan perbaikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Pengendalian Kualitas, PDCA, Alat Statistik ABSTRACT - Based on observations, it can be seen that the problems being faced by Olivia Bakery bakery in Mojokerto is the number of defective products generated during the production process brownies and tarts blackforest, has exceeded the tolerance limits set by the company, which ≥6% of the total production of each month. Therefore, this study aims to determine how the implementation of quality control using PDCA approach and Statistic Tools Bakery Olivia Bakery in Mojokerto. Analysis of quality control using statistical tools such as check sheets, control charts p, Pareto charts, cause-effect diagrams, and FMEA. Statistical tools are implemented to any existing stage in the PDCA cycle. P control chart analysis results indicate that the production activities are beyond the control limit. This can be seen in the map control where there are several points that have exceeded the upper and lower limits on the control chart. Additionally there are several points that experience jumping and looping on a control chart. From the analysis of cause-effect diagram, it can be seen the factors that cause defects in products derived from human factors, oven machinery, raw materials, environment, and working methods, so that the company can take corrective action to overcome these problems.
