Abstract

In the global era, development of the retail industry in Indonesia is so fast, the development of the retail industry in Indonesia has increased over the last 10 years, both retail supermarkets and retail non-self-service, with the rapid development of the retail business, then competition in the field of retail marketing or retail are increasingly increased. This study aimed to analyze the effect of customer service, merchandise assortments, perceived price, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions in Matahari Department Store Semarang. The population is all consumers who ever bought at Matahari Department Store Semarang. Samples in this study were 100 respondents to the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Analysis tool used to test the hypothesis in this study is t-test and f-test. In this study using a test instrument to test the validity by factor analysis (KMO) and reliable test. The results showed that customer service, merchandise assortments, perceived price, and store atmosphere had positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

An organization would expect the productivity of its employees for the achievement of organizational goals. Work productivity is seen as the ability of employees to achieve the desired results, in achieving the desired results would require a positive work attitude of employees. Therefore it is expected for the organization must be aware and create a management system that takes into account the factors that affect the work attitude of employees in order to achieve the goals of the organization itself. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence and career development to organizational commitment in the EmployeeSeamanshipPolytechnicSemarang. Abstract

Success and agency performance can be seen from the performance achieved by its employees, therefore, the agency demanded that the employee is able to display optimal performance. Increasing the performance of the employees needs to be done in order to be optimized to work out where the performance is determined by the organizational culture, leadership, motivation and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine how much influence organizational culture, leadership, motivation and organizational commitment on organizational commitment. To determine the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance The population in this study were all employees of Semarang Merchant Marine Polytechnic as many as 190 people. Samples taken a number of 74 employees and the technique used is proportional random sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted on the multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded; There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant impact of leadership on organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture, leadership and motivation together to organizational commitment, Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze 1) to determine the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 2) to determine the influence of achievement motivation on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 3) to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 4) to determine the influence of organizational commitment, achievement motivation and leadership style simultaneously to employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari.Population of this study are employees of PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari which totaling 200 employees. In this study sample was taken 30% of the population that is 60 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. Techniques of data analysis in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 23 . Abstract

This study is aimed at examining the effect of financial statement presentation, qualitative characteristics, accessibility and internal control on financial reporting transparency of local government at SKPD in Magelang regency. The main background of this research is motivated by empirical studies on transparency which are still diverse and growing importance of local governments in realizing good governance with transparency and accountability of financial reports. The research sample consisted of 87 employees of the finance department consisted of staffs and part of Renmonevlap at SKPD in Magelang regency. This study provides evidence that the qualitative characteristics and internal share positive effects of financial report transparency in Magelang regency. Meanwhile accessibility and presentation of financial statements do not provide positive effects on the transparency of local government financial reports. Abstract

The main issue of the research is concerning CSR expenditure related with voluntary disclosure, investment (ROA) and signaling (divident). Efectivity of social cost dilemma is the trigger of economic motive or social motive in CSR expenditure. The purpose of the current research is to examine the effect of CSR expenditure to voluntary disclosure, CSR expenditure to investment (ROA) and CSR expenditure to signaling (divident). Population of the research was all companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange, from 2013-2014. The total of research samples were 141 companies with 69 annual reports done by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used was classical assumption test and hypothesis test with multiple regression analysis. The result of the research indicated that CSR expenditure positively and significantly affected to investment (ROA). Meanwhile, CSR expenditure did not significantly affect to voluntary disclosure and signaling (divident). The practical implication of the research is that the firm should be based on community excess concept in social responsibility practice. Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to determine the result of prediction analysis of potential bankruptcy on four manufacturing companies in food and beverage sector which has been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013 to 2015. Type of research used in this study is descriptive research with quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data such as financial statements of company with data collection documentation and library research. Based on the results and conclusions of the analysis using Altman Z-Score method showed that: (1) PT Mayora Indah Tbk in 2013 and 2014 were in vulnerable bankruptcy (grey), but in 2015 PT Mayora Indah Tbk could improve its financial performance so as tp be in healthy category. (2) PT Indofood Sukses Makmur in 2013 to 2015 are in vulnerable bankruptcy (grey). (3) PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk in 2013 to 2015 are in healthy category (not insolvent). (4) PT. Abstract

This study examined the influence of brand, product quality and promotion to purchasing decisions for sport equipments tennis table at Oke Sport in Wonosari district. The population in this study are all the consumers of Oke Sport in Wonosari district, which the number of population is not known exactly with a sample 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature. Data analysis techniques in the study is using multiple linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination. The results of this study show that: 1) Simultaneously variables brand, quality products and promotional influence on purchase decisions at Oke Sport in Wonosari district. 2) Partially variables brand, quality products and promotional influence on purchase decisions at Okay Sport in Wonosari district. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility towards the company's image in the community around company PT Pandatex measured variables of the Corporate Social Responsibility of Commu nity Support, Environment and Non teritorial. Operation. It is hoped the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to improve the activities and the quality of Corporate Social Responsibility so that more can improve the corporate image in the future. This research using quantitative methods by conducting a survey of about PT Pandatex. This research data analysis using multiple linear analysis and the conclusion that the gets Community Support and Environment does not have significant influence towards corporate image whereas Non u.s. Operation to the image of the company. As for the details of the value of the variable third as follows: Community Support registration -1,298 Environment of 0.385 and Non teritorial Operation 7,381. Abstract

The purpose of the researh is for analyzing an influence of psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior, studies at Family Planning Educator of Village in Office of Women Empowerment and Family Planning, Batang District, Central Java Province. The research belongs to purposive sampling method it is for every people that have period about 5 to 20 years in their work. There are 133 people, and just 115 persons as the sample. Measurement of the instrument response by using likert scale 7 (seven) as an alternative of the respond. The instrument of the test by using validity and reliability test, model test by using determination coefficient and F test (Goodness of Fit). The hypotesis test is in the research by using t test with frequency distribution to significance level (α) 5%. The result showed several changes from the variable of psychological capital, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction can be done by Family Planning Founder of Village performance in the model. The result of hipotesis test showed that the psychological capital and OCB have a positif influence and significant to the performance of employees, thus satisfaction job can mediate psychological and OCB to ward Family Planning Educator of Village in Office of Women Empowerment and Family Planning performance, but direct influence was stronger.
