<![CDATA[The success of PembangkitListrikJawa Bali (PJB) UP MuaraKarang ‘s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program is inseparable from the solid collaboration between the community and the CSR’s staff of PT PJB’s UP MuaraKarang. PT PJB MuaraKarang is a unit of PT PJB which achieved a green propeer in 2016. To keepits achievements, it is important to do a continuous study of the extent of the level of community satisfaction carried out so that program performance continues improvement. The data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 community respondents who were community members. The communities that were used as the object of research were the mangrove community, folding houses and also the Trash Bank community living in the MuaraAngke area, North Jakarta. Based on the results of the analysis using IPA and CSI show that overall the level of satisfaction of the community or community members towards the implementation of the Social Responsibility program of PT PJB UP MuaraKarang brought good results (86.17%.)]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian cosmetics industry has increased as population is predominantly influenced by generation Z. Emina is a new local cosmetic brand product that needs to be strengthen its brand equity in order to enchance both competitiveness and repurchase intention in the future. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of generation Z customers, to find out brand equity, and to determine the effect of brand equity on repurchase intention in generation Z customers of Emina. The study was conducted in the city and district of Bogor with criteria for women aged 12-24 years purchased Emina products at least once with total of respondent are 290. The sampling method used a purposive sampling technique with analytical tools descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that all brand equity variables simultaneously influenced the repurchase intention. Partially, brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand loyalty variables significantly influence repurchase intention]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of service recovery consisting of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on consumer satisfaction and repurchase behavior. Respondent data were 105 Larissa Aesthetic Center consumers taken using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that service recovery consisting of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and repurchase behavior. Based on these results it can be concluded that service recovery plays an important role in increasing satisfaction and shaping consumer repurchase behavior]]>

<![CDATA[The use of environmentally friendly products as a solution to global warming continues to be improved in all aspects. The HANKUSPI (Coffee Wrap Handicraft) product is one of the products of MSMEs that is environmentally friendly, because it is only made from the remaining coffee packs. However, the demand for environmentally friendly products especially HANKUSPI is relatively low. This research will discuss about increasing purchase intention through product design, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and attitude as intervening variables. The sampling collection technique uses a purposive sampling method. 160 respondents will be used as respondents. The results of the study prove that there is a positive influence of subjective norms on the intention to purchase HANKUSPI products indirectly through the attitudes of green consumers. The perceived behavioral control does not affect the purchase intention of HANKUSPI products. However, product design has an influence on purchase intentions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of consistency, work discipline, honest, responsible, creative and future orientation towards the level of income. This type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The variables used are work discipline, honesty, consistency, creative, future orientation, responsibility (independent) and income level variables (dependent). Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire given to respondents through the google form application. Then the data obtained were tested with multiple regression models through the application of SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate that work discipline variables have a significant positive effect on the level of opinion, honest variables have a significant positive effect, consistency variables have a significant positive effect, future orientation variables have a negative effect not significant, the responsibility variable has a significant positive effect. And simultaneously the independent variable significantly influence the level of income (dependent).]]>

<![CDATA[Puri mataram is a tourist destination located in the village of Tridadi, Sleman and was officially opened on November 1, 2018. Puri mataram was established by BUMDes Tridadi Makmur with financial assistance from the government and local residents. Funds used to build this tourist village amounted to Rp. 5.1 billion, of which 51% comes from villages. Managers also come from local residents. This 4.5 ha tourism destination has the cultural theme of the kingdom of Mataram, tourists can also enjoy traditional nuances with thick cultural values.In this study an analysis of benefits and costs arising from the development project Puri Mataram Tourism Village. The method used is a financial feasibility study by calculating the value of NPV, IRR, and Payback Period, and the method of comparison between benefits and costs, namely Benefit Cost Ratio. This study compares the benefits and costs for 12 years with a Discount Rate of 12.97%.From this study the NPV value of Rp. 2,180,078,195, an IRR value of 24%, a Payback Period with a payback period of 6 years 1 month, and a BCR value generated of 1.19 which as a whole has fulfilled business feasibility.]]>

<![CDATA[The Human Development Index (HDI) is an internationally recognized measure of importance to describe the success of human development. Therefore, the development of HDI needs to get an important spotlight in determining development policy. One important dimension of HDI is education, as measured by Expected Years of Schooling (EYS) and Mean Years of Schooling (MYS). The EYS figure illustrates people's expectations for continuing education by basing themselves on government-made education policies. While MYS describes the reality of the old school that can be enjoyed by the community. Central Java indicates that the EYS is larger than the MYS but with a narrowing distance. This fact illustrates that education policy in Central Java is increasingly accessible to the public. However, nationally the level of education in Central Java is still low. This research is done with purpose to find out its roles in supports the auditor. The kind of research that has been used is quantitative descriptive with questionnaire data accumulation. The respondent is auditors that work in BPKP Central Java Delegation and Inspectorate in Central Java area. <![CDATA[This study aims to observe several factors that contributed the local government accountability of local government performance the samples were selected by using a purposive sampling method. Involving all the staff of government employees on the financial section at the local government organization around units of Semarang City local government with the total number of 59 respondents. Source of data in this study are primary data. It was the data were collected by using sets of questionnaire measured by using likert scale. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression supported by SPSS version 20 software. The results of the study indicated that: (1) there was a not positive and significant effect application of public sector accounting on the accountability of local government performance, (2) there was a positive and significant effect of financial management on the accountability of local government performance, and (3) there was a positive and significant effect control of financial statement quality on the accountability of local government performance Keywords: Application of public sector accounting, financial management, control of financial statement quality, and accountability of local government performance.]]>
